Carla Salido (2/5): Cambio de departamento el mismo día del ingreso , códigos para retiro de llave nunca funcionan. - Me cambiaron de departamento a uno mucho menos lindo q el inicial el mismo día que llegaba. El que yo había alquilado incluía amenities era un departamento lindo y con un buen Balcon. El q m dieron era en un edificio viejo con un balcón que daba al pulmón del edificio. Lo único q destacó es que por lo menos me sostuvieron el precio. Además no me confirmaban el ingreso al departamento sino hasta ese mismo día cuando les consulte múltiples veces y les comenté q necesitaba entrar antes de las 17 hs que iba por trabajo y estudio y lo necesitaba. La mayoría de los checkin son a las 14 no a las 17. Accedo al cambio de departamento sin hacer mucho problema ya que necesita un lugar para estudiar con desesperación para darme que cuando llegó a retirar la llave el código que me dieron no funcionaba. Estuve 40 minutos tratando de comunicarme para q no quieran atenderme el teléfono. Cuando por fin m contestaron me pasaron un código QR que tampoco funcionaba. Para que después de haber perdido 1 hora y media en ese kiosco me pasen el que era. Para el check out el mismo problema nuevamente el código no funcionaba. Además la chica del kiosco donde se encuentra el locker me comentó que esto pasa siempre que no soy la primera y más de una vez la gente se fue sin retirar las llaves.
