- Nigel R. (8/5): A delightful and convenient property that needs better owner management to make it 100%. - Size and amenities of apartment. Location was good with close proximity to city and shops, etc. Great difficulty accessing information about location of property. Information about key pick up was with a good video, however, keys did not have Apartment Number on them, therefore necessitating further contact with agent and delaying entry. A 100 euro cleaning fee is charged for this property. I was stunned to note the freezer was FULL of ice - despite this having been reported by a traveller (Gary, October '25)- I spent more than 75 minutes to defrost. The floors needed immediate sweep and TV remote didn't work - I replaced batteries. Reported toaster not working, but nothing eventuated.

- Karen (7/5): Lovely stay — in the (local) heart of Márbella - We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was great – slightly away from the main tourist areas, which gave us a more local experience. The beach was easily accessible, and we often walked to the port (around 5 km) – a beautiful and relaxing walk along the coast. Our host was fantastic, very helpful and responsive. She assisted with all the visa paperwork and made the check-in process smooth with clear instructions for finding the property and collecting the keys. We were four adults staying, which was comfortable, but I would not recommend more than that, as it could feel a bit crowded, especially when sharing the bathrooms. The linen and towels could definitely be improved – especially the pillows. It is manageable, but a little upgrade would make a big difference. The kitchen equipment was somewhat limited. There were only five mugs and basic plates and bowls, which could be inconvenient if more than four people are staying. Also, there was only one dishcloth and a small tablecloth, which was not sufficient for drying dishes. The host recommended using the dishwasher, but having a few extra kitchen towels would have made things easier. It is also worth noting that dishwashing liquid and washing machine soap are not provided, apart from a very small starter amount for one or two washes — so plan to bring or buy your own.

El quinto día de nuestra estancia encontramos otro juego de llaves debajo del felpudo de la puerta (muy peligroso). Por la zona huele continuamente a marihuana. El congelador estaba totalmente lleno de hielo y no se podía usar. Solo se pueden usar las luces de los ventiladores (con mando). No hay ningún enchufe en el salón para poder trabajar, solo el de la TV. No volvería. Anfitriona muy desagradable cuando me he quejado. Poco profesional.
