The beds in both rooms were extremely comfortable and the whole place was kept very clean. We loved the backyard area and that there was a bbq available. We had a great stay! • Lisa (10/5): Relaxing stay that had all you could ask for - Clean spacious nicely styled house with beautiful back yard in a quiet yet easy to reach area. Close to town, stunning beaches & vineyards. The beds were huge, comfortable and linen was crispy white yet soft. Kitchen was fully kitted out and we loved the bbq and outdoor daybed in the afternoon sun. Large comfy couch for the 4 of us if you want to watch Netflix and 2 dining tables to complete a super-comfortable stay all in all. We truly loved this property and had the best relaxing time here…with thanks to the great host who made sure everything went smoothly. Faultless

• Abbie (10/5): The Panda Patch is a delightful short stay option at the gateway to Margaret River. The hosts have gone above an beyond - We loved the birds in the yard in the morning and the fully loaded fire pit. The hosts’ attention to detail and anticipation of their guests’ every whim was amazing. We felt very welcomed and cared for. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Loved sitting outside watching the birds in the morning including wrens and a flame robin. She was also very friendly and welcoming and accomadting to our needs. I loved the marshmallows and chocolate left and the panda accessories left out. The backyard firepit and the airfyer and the games and the blue tableware.

Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. Bathroom had lots of bench space. Dressing gowns provided - bonus! Firewood provided for one night of outdoor fire pit use. Owners very helpful and responsive. Very clean, comfortable and tidy. Not left wanting for anything. Everything was great. No complaints.

The hosts have thought of everything that you would need for a comfortable Stay. There is even books, games and toys for kids, adults. the beds and especially the pillows are so comfortable for a great night's sleep. I can't recommend this place enough. • Christopher (10/5): A lovely and comfortable hideaway close to Dunsborough - Panda’s Patch is a lovely hideaway in a quiet spot close to Dunsborough. The accommodation is well set up for a family or one or two couples. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom and shower works well, the interior is spacious and there is a pleasant covered seating area outside ideal for BBQing and relaxing. The property is located in the hills behind Dunsborough Lakes and close to Simmo’s Icecreamery, a short 8 minute drive from the town centre. Communications with the owners was efficient, accessing the property was straightforward with parking available for two cars and the wifi worked well. This property, while being self-contained and with separate access, is adjacent to the owner’s residence and next to other house in a semi-rural setting.

Well located and situated in a bushland setting which was wonderfully calming after such a hectic day. Chalet was very well equipped and beds were super comfy. We used the BBQ for dinner that night and had breakfast whilst watching the native finches flitting about the garden the next morning. A lovely overnight stay. Would thoroughly recommend

It takes a short ride to reach local places of interest like the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse or Ngilgi Cave. The owners are very friendly. The kitchen was provided with everything we needed.
