• Eleonora (10/5): - Отличное местоположение, район тихий и безопасный. Внутри было очень комфортно. Было абсолютно все. Стиральная и посудамоющая машина с моющими средствами. Утюг, микроволновка. Очень много полотенец, постельного белья и одеял Вежливый персонал, который отвечал сразу. Нет замечаний

En general casi todo! El sofá cama no resultó nada cómodo, te hundías hacia el medio.

• elod (10/5): Great apartment in a top location! - Excellent location about 18-20 min walk from the Duomo in an elegant and quiet neighborhood with a tram stop a few steps away. As a bonus on the street side of the building there was a coffee shop called Cafezal winner of best coffee in Italy in 2024 and also a great pizzeria called Fradiavolo. Overall highly recommend it!

• Peter (7/5): Schöne Lage und ideal für Familien - Lage ist TOP, schön geschnittene Wohnung die gut ausgestattet ist. Alles fussläufig, viele schöne Restaurants und perfekt an den ÖPNV angebunden. Ausziehsofa nicht zum schlafen geeignet Klimaanlage kann nicht vom Gast eingestellt werden. Läuft dauerhaft.
• Anna (6/5): Pleasant - Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The building was in the process of renovating so workman were all over the place. There was nothing luxurious about the apartment.
• Kılıç (6/5): Pleasant - Its got a tram station right in front of the building, its close to the bus and metro stations also. Its spacious so it was good for 5 guests. You get a message from the host saying “don’t hesitate to contact me”, but when you do, it takes a couple hours for the host to respond and doesn’t answer phone calls. The AC barely had any impact, we brought it to the attention of the host, we stabilized a time for someone to come and take a look at it, sacrificing 1-2 hours from our day waiting for the guy to arrive. Not only did he not make it on time, he made us wait around 2 hours, and didn’t even show up.
• Natalia (6/5): Pleasant - Good location in close proximity to majority of the main Milan sites. Big apartment and great for 3-4 adults. The aircon was not good at all, you wouldn’t even know it was on and during the summertime the apartment is very very hot

• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - Good location close to the tram station and restaurants The sofa bed is so uncomfortable. The person who used it wasn’t able to sleep well for the whole duration(3 nights) of the stay. The sofa bed needs to be replaced.
• Sameena (9/5): Beautiful apartment, located in central milan. Any and every amenity required available. Clean, spacious & easy to - There is not a single thing I can fault about this property. Spacious, clean, perfect location, amazing condition & very easy to access via the self check in process. Anything you can think of this property had! A store cupboard full of endless towels, pillows, extra toilet tissue, cleaning supplies, anything and everything to the point you feel as if you are in the comfort of your own home. Beautiful & clean bathrooms. Strong wifi in every room, TV in every room (3 tv’s in total) all which were pre set up logged onto the wifi & also youtube accounts so you could easily start using the apps. Location is max 10 min walk from the famous Duomo Cathedral & located in a bustling area. Many metro access points within max 5 min walks. I felt very lucky to be able to stay here! Only reason I rated a 9 is due to the confusion on the day of check out. We asked for a slightly later checkout (Needed an extra hour). The agent we were in contact with through out told us this was fine but then on the day we had the owner turn up and didn’t seem so happy as the agent had not communicated to him that we could stay an extra hour so we packed in a rush which wasn’t great.
• Telma (10/5): The he place was clean, really comfortable and the host was extremely helpful! Would stay again. - I liked the self check-in process. Very well explained and very easy to use. The house was very clean and the host was kind enough to leave some complimentary waters. We were a family of six and all beds were comfortable, including both sofa beds available. The two bathrooms make it easy with the logistics and the bathrooms were very modern and nice too. The transportation is all around which makes easy to commute everywhere. The city is very flat and walking around is easy. I recommend staying here, the location is impeccable. The elevator is really really small but worked just fine. Nothing can be done about that because that's what is possible but if someone is claustrophobic they need to get ready for 6 flight of stairs and that will be the only option. To our family this was fine.

• Alyssa (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the rooms and bathrooms. Very modern look and spacious. There was free wine on arrival and many facilities in the kitchen. TVs in all the rooms and good WIFI and great location. 20 min walk to Duomo and trams come very often. Sometimes the wooden door is hard to open but overall, I received help very quickly from the host.
