• Natasha (6/5): The toe incident ruined the rest of weekend as I couldn’t walk anywhere. - Lots of space Nice balcony There’s a rim as you come out of the toilet and I stubbed my toe really badly that it pulled the nail half off. No warning of the rim and we couldn’t find a first aid kit or even any plasters.

• Yu (9/5): The apartment was nice and clean, wifi was decent and location was perfect. - It was in a great location as it was close to shops and area was not too busy. The apartment was fairly hot even in the evening with windows open. There were fans there so was bearable.
• India (8/5): Nice over night stay - Really nice property, comfortable and well kept Only issue was the heating, it felt very warm over night and wouldn’t stay a low temperature

An empty can was left lying on the balcony floor. 4. Ashtray loaded with cigarette butts left unemptied on the table at the balcony.

• Richard (9/5): Comfortable apartment with fabulous views and great for getting to Heathrow - We - a family of 5 - stayed enroute to Heathrow for a long flight the next morning. My five year old loved it so much he wanted to move in! The apartment was wonderful - an easy walk from the tube (there are a flight of stairs at nearest station where you’ll need to carry your luggage.) Clean and well-laid out, the flat had a fabulous balcony where we could watch the planes coming in to land, plus a host of fascinating activity. Wonderful feeling of privacy there too. Very comfortable with good vibes. The beds were not terribly comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more dishes for cooking and some sort of receptacle to make coffee! We did prepare our evening meal and breakfast there. I found the interior balcony, which connects all the flats, a bit less than ideal as people were passing my bedroom window loudly in the night. Still, we will definitely stay here again as the pros far outweighed the cons!
• Tricia (7/5): Great location - The location is great. Asda supermarket and tube location are within walking distance. The kitchen is equipped sufficiently. The bed in one of the bedrooms is very very soft. We couldn’t sleep well and woke up 2 hours later. We ended on sleeping on the floor for the remaining night.
• Brent (1/5): Beware this place is nothing like its title. DUMP!!!!!! - We liked nothing, this place is a dump with a terrible host. This place was not what was described. First of all the couch was broken and when I messaged the host they told me they knew that. So we could not use the couch. Towels had blood on them, more than one towel. I have pics of all of this. The beds were the worst excuse for a bed with a kids type thin mattress with plastic covers. You could feel the springs and the slots of the cheap frames. Some of the windows didn't lock and the ceiling was water scared and mold was present. I got sick after staying there. When I messaged for the Wi-Fi after we had a conversation about the couch they never replied and there was no information on how to get onto the wi-fi and there were no directions on how to leave the apartment. Lastly there was no directions on how to get into and out of the building. If I could give this a 0 stars I would. Beware this place it is a terrible experience with a non-responsive host and trash place.
• Naomi (9/5): Lovely all round. - Location was fantastic just few minutes walk to the train station and few minutes walk to town centre. And the apartment is very spacious clean and beds were comfortable. There is nothing I can complain about really. It is a good place to stay.
