Fara aer conditionat, mobila veche, baia mica si cu furnici , miros urat si inchis la interior , plasele de tantari la geamuri deteriorate, o usa de tabla.la intrare precum am mai vazut doar la un beci . Pozele de pe booking sunt neconforme cu realitatea din apartament.
• Grit (9/5): Sehr gerne wieder. - Sehr große und geräumige Unterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer inklusive Küche. Typisch italienische Wohnung. Gutes WLAN. Sehr freundliches Personal, das telefonisch oder per WhatsApp immer weitergeholfen hat. Manchmal etwas Verkehrslärm.

• Hanna (1/5): Bad - A little bit out of town, but not too bad and a safe feeling location. Absolutely awful stay with hosts who blatantly lied to Booking.com (I have messages which prove this) after we had no option but to complain. There were two major problems followed by so many other issues. 1. The oven tripped the entire house every time we tried to use it. This obviously meant we had no kitchen, which was the specific reason we had selected this property. When we raised the issue we had to sit in the pitch darkness for half an hour before it was explained to us how to reset the switch. Each time we turned the oven on it tripped the whole house instantly, which meant we could not use the kitchen at all. The management company told us that was not acceptable and said they would get back to us "immediately" to tell us if they could authorise us expensing our meal to the apartment (we spent a lot of money on food to cook which we had to throw away). To this day we have never heard a word from them again - they have simply ignored all communication and LIED to Booking.com and told them the issue was resolved immediately when they investigated. 2. There was only one key, and the door could not be opened without it, which meant my partner and I were forced to spend our evenings in the apartment - we could not go out as we would be locking his parents inside a property with no fire escape. Obviously we did not travel to Florence to essentially be locked in our apartment from 7pm onwards. To pay for a kitchen, have no kitchen, be forced to throw away lots of expensive food and then pay extra to eat out, then have the management company lie to Booking.com as well as being effectively curfewed against our will absolutely ruined our holiday and is disgraceful behaviour. Other issues were: 3.The toilet seat was badly broken and hanging off. 4. There were only enough towels for two people even though four were booked. 5. One bed was very small and not a suitable size for two people. 6. The whole kitchen equipment was unclean.
