• Sarah (4/5): Quite disappointing - A lot of space, fridge, own bathroom, comfortable bed, air condition, good towels, balcony, laundry My stay at this accommodation during my Southeast Asia trip was unfortunately quite disappointing. Before booking, it was stated that early check-in would be possible, but this was not the case upon arrival. After a long flight, I had to wait around five hours with my luggage before I could check in. Since there was no lobby or common area, I had to find somewhere else to spend that time. When I returned at 2 PM, I stood outside the gate for about 15 minutes without any response. When I was finally let in, the older man who manages the property already seemed somewhat annoyed, as if I was disturbing him. This immediately made me feel quite unwelcome. The host itself was never present in person and could only be reached via WhatsApp, often replying late or not at all. Communication was difficult throughout the stay, as the older man did not speak English, so everything had to be handled through Google Translate. The cleanliness of the accommodation was poor. Although towels were clean and the bedding was acceptable, the rest of the space was not properly cleaned. Mirrors were dirty, sinks had visible residue, and there were hairs on the floor. Overall, it felt neglected. There were also issues with electricity. When I arrived, the power was initially off, and on my second-to-last evening it went out completely. I received no information or updates and spent the entire evening in the dark. Attempts to contact the host were unsuccessful, and the language barrier prevented any help on-I site. The issue was fixed the next morning, but without any communication. The apartment itself is spacious, but poorly maintained and oddly equipped. The kitchen, for example, had plenty of plates but no knives and no microwave, despite having a large fridge. Additionally, the location is not ideal, as it is not central and mostly surrounded by locals, with limited English spoken in the area, which made communication even more difficult.

• Jude (6/5): - I liked the spaciousness of the room it looks like somewhere i could of stayed for a few days. The facilities inside where convenient. The bed was comfortable too. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom that lingered into the room that was there when we arrived.

• Leon (8/5): Clean, good enough for one with strong wifi and heated water - it’s an ample space for one person who’s thinking of a place that’s not too close to the old quarter. the basic necessities are there for you, like the hot water, the strong ac, the comfy bed and pillows and good wifi. and besides certain areas where it could be dusted better, everything is clean. it constantly has ants and bugs coming into the unit. which I know to some stayers, they might not like it. also they do not provide shampoo and body wash the regular way - they give you sachets to use and if you need more, you can ask for more.

• Emma (7/5): Good - Convenient for being out of the main city and it had everything you need in the flat. It was dusty and check in took quite a while. It was also difficult to find - you need to go down into the garage and ring the bell, they’ll then let you in to do check in.

• Tzuyu (1/5): Worst-ever accomodation - Nothing 1. The reception staff originally didn't give me enough change. He should give me 20k but only give me 19k. I don't think 1k is a huge amount to be argue, but his integrity made me quite unhappy and insecure in the accomodation. 2. The cleanliness is the worst I have ever seen. The sticky table surface attracted lots of ants. Apart from that, the restroom was also full of mosquitos and ants as well. 3. The bedding didn't meet my expectations either. There was only duvet cover without duvet?????? I've never seen this kind of accommodation before. 4. The door to the balcony is transparent and no curtains for the privacy. 5. My room is located next to the lift and I can hear the sounds of its opening all the times. 6. There were 2 times of fire alarms in the morning. 7. The gate requires the card key for unlocking. I requested the cars for several times but in vain. Even I finally got the card, but the card was still not in function????? It seemed like I was imprisoned. 8. The staff told me the wifi password on the instruction card is wrong and tool my phone directly for setting, of which behaviour annoyed me already. Afterwards, I found he didn't input the correct password, which made me angrier. 🤬 I've never given such a bad feedback in any other reservation platforms. Totally a nightmare for me. Originally I planned to stay for 2 nights, but I reserved another hotel immediately on my first night.

• Gabrielle (5/5): Passable - Comfy bed and it was a private little apartment. It's pretty far from the city centre. The check-in was very strange felt like a dodgy situation and I wasn't sure what was happening. The bathroom was all wet when I entered, and the dishes were drying, which was strange. It's smaller than it looks and quite expensive for what it is, especially given it's location. I'm not sure if I had wifi included, never even got the password. Overall I don't think I would stay there again.
• Linh (4/5): Not clean, uncomfortable, not worth the money - Good location, near a big train station Thuong Dinh station. - I booked a bigger apartment but they didn’t have my booking detail when I came. The owner called someone on the phone then quickly showed me my room, which was literally a shoebox. It can’t be more than 10m2, splitting into 2 floor, and if you’re tall (> 160cm) you will need to crawl to bed. - Fridge not working, no kitchen supplies even though advertised, sink dirty with food leftover from previous stay. - The entrance door is a steep downhill from the street, I almost trip while trying to push my luggage down. The reception is basically a garage with lot of bike storage and the owner also has a bed to sleep near the elevator. No sense of privacy. - It’s noisy and hard to sleep at night, as the elevator bell keeps ringing every 5 minutes. Outside noise from traffic and train can also be heard from inside. Overall not worth the price, even though the owner is nice and helpful, I stayed there for only one night but definitely wouldn’t be back.

• Trang (1/5): Bad - The room was brand-new since we booked it just after it appeared on booking for a few days. I forgot some of my brand-name clothes inside the closet but when I contacted the owner they said they found nothing. I don't appreciate the unprofessional here, as if they don't clean the room after me checking out. Because if they did, for sure room service had found my belongings and kept it for me. Or they hired a not-so-honest maid, or they didn't clean the room and the following guest took my stuff. Sucks both ways.
