• Paweł (6/5): - Atutem jest położenie. Blisko do plaży i sklepów. Problem stanowi bardzo głośna muzyka oraz krzyki ludzi z pobliskiego baru, które trwają w weekendy do 3- ciej w nocy. W pozostałe dni głośno jest do około 24 -tej.
• Anamaria Ioana (10/5): - Very well positioned apartment, max 2 min walk to the beach, close to bus stations, many restaurants, cafes, grocery store, a small market with fruits and vegetables and other local products. Music from nearby bars
• Galik (5/5): Not bad, but not so good also - Location in city center It wasn`t clean enough and there are no mosquito nets on balcony doors (dozens of mosquitoes in room already in April). The apartment is pretty shabby and with old furnitiure.
• Hanna (8/5): - Bardzo blisko do promenady, plaży oraz pobliskich sklepów. Mieszkanie na 3 piętrze, winda w obiekcie, z tarasu fajny widok. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba: drobne AGD, wi-fi, klimatyzacja. Należy zwrócić uwagę, że podczas braku słonecznej pogody - woda nagrzewa się elektrycznie w bojlerze - reguluje się to niebieskimi guzikami znajdującymi się pod TV. Mieszkanie znajduje się bardzo blisko pubu i klubu, co sprawia, że wieczorami (do około północy) było bardzo głośno i utrudniało nam odpoczynek. Może to być istotne dla osób szukających ciszy. Jedno łóżko rozkładane było dość niewygodne.

• Konstantin (8/5): It was a good place overall, nothing to big to be rated negative. Location is perfect. - It is in the center of the Old Town. Everything is close. Perfect location. Can be loud on weekends because of the restaurants and pubs close by. Sheets and pillows could be better. Pressure in the shover is bit low and curtain in the showers should be changed.

• Nikolaienko (7/5): Najwyraźniej najpiękniejsza jest lokalizacja, ale nie dla wszystkich. Naprzeciwko balkonu jest bar, w którym muzyka gra - Blisko morza Trzeba odświeżyć remont, chociaż gospodyni mówi, że remont został wykonany 2 lata temu, ale tego nie widać... dla niezbyt wymagających turystów normalne apartamenty. Żałuję, że nie zrobiłam zdjęcia (lub filmu) po przyjeździe i nie mogłam sobie wyobrazić, że taka sytuacja może się wydarzyć. Moja rada to nagrać film w momencie przyjazdu

• MARTA (10/5): Pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze jeżeli chodzi o mieszkanie i udogodnienia,jak dla mnie jest wszystko tak jak każdy ma u sieb - Ogólnie mieszkanie bardzo czyste,fajnie urządzone. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona,można obiad ugotować w domu. Jest pralka automatyczna,jeżeli ktoś chciałby uprać sobie rzeczy. Uważam to za super opcję,gdyż czasem jest to przystanek przed następną podróżą,na balkonie suszarka rozkładana. Balkon bardzo duży,fajnie urządzona strefa wypoczynku,obok stół duży z krzesłami,łóżko rozkładane jeżeli ktoś chciałby się poopalać na balkonie,suszarka do włosów,przełączki do gniazdka. Wszystko zaplanowane ,wchodzisz i masz wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Nie ma takiej rzeczy która by nam się nie podobała. Problem mogą mieć rodziny z dziećmi lub osoby które mają problemy ze spaniem. Mieszkanie jest w centrum więc głośna muzyka cichnie pomiędzy 1 a 3 w nocy,nawet jak zamkniesz drzwi od balkonu słychać jakby grała za ścianą,nam to nie przeszkadzało.

• Temuri Temo (10/5): Отлично провели здесь отпуск. Открыли для себя понимание, что значит жить в сердце Ларнаки. - Когда бронировали эту квартиру, внимательно изучили локацию, а заодно глянули на отзывы предыдущих гостей. К слову, мы изначально хотели провести отпуск в подобном месте, где рядом находится пляж Финикудес, а также старый центр города с его достопримечательностями, множеством точек общепита. По сути, это место и является частью Старого города. Что касается данной квартиры, считаю везением, что всё у нас так совпало. Даты рейсов плюс свободные даты проживания здесь для нас оказались доступными и идеальными. Апартаменты предлагают всё необходимое на время длительного пребывания. Удобства перечислять нет смысла, так как они подробно присутствуют в описании. Всё соответствует действительности и даже чуть-чуть лучше. Отдельное внимание заслуживает балкон-терраса. Здесь было эстетически приятно завтракать и ужинать. В обеденное же время солнце жарит в эту сторону так, что долго не усидишь. С террасы можно с удовольствием наблюдать за всем происходящим и развлекаться тем самым. Да, здесь вечерами иногда бывает шумно и весело, особенно в пятницу и субботу. А ведь в этом что-то есть! Вы просто невольно окунаетесь в бурлящую атмосферу ночной жизни Ларнаки. Из бара напротив регулярно звучали знакомые мотивы легендарных хитов для услады ушей. Такие вот замечательные бонусы с увлекательными видами предоставляются здесь всем жильцам, способным по достоинству высоко оценить данное преимущество. А остальным, кому могут понадобиться бируши, несколько ближайших аптек с радостью широко распахнут свои двери). Отдельно хочу выразить благодарность гостеприимной хозяйке, которая всегда была на связи и помогала ориентироваться на местности. По её добрым советам мы открыли для себя хорошие гастрономы и кафе поблизости. Было бы здорово когда-нибудь оказаться здесь вновь...
• Tal (9/5): - דירה חמודה ונוחה עם מרפסת גדולה המיקום מעולה וקרוב להכל וההסבר איך להיכנס לדירה היה נוח וקל יש מעלית בבניין מארחת מדהימה שענתה מהר לכל השאלות ועזרה במה שצריך 😊 הזרם במקלחת חלש מאוד באחד הלילות היה רעש חזק מהרחוב, לי אישית זה פחות הפריע
• Piotr WWW (9/5): Kilka drobnych niedociągnięć, ale i tak super. - Super lokalizacja, pokój przyjemny i godny polecenia, łóżko wygodne. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, z balkonu ciekawy widok, w pobliżu plaża, centrum i sklepy. Pomimo kilku niedociągnięć jedna z lepszych propozycji zwłaszcza w tej cenie. Przydałoby się lustro w pokoju. Jest tylko w łazience. Dobrze by było zadbać o bardziej dźwiękoszczelne okna. Ulica jest bardzo głośna w nocy, zwłaszcza w weekend i trudno zasnąć. Dobrze by było zostawić jakąś instrukcję co do włączenia ciepłej wody. Pomimo tego jest to jedna z lepszych propozycji, zwłaszcza w tej cenie.

• Renata (10/5): Exceptional - I liked everything, it's simple but it has everything you need, all appliances work well, very powerful microwave, a large balcony, on weekends it's very busy, plus a wonderful atmosphere, the city works until late at night and has everything pharmacy, restaurants, mini market, the beach is two minutes away, I advise with my eyes closed.

• Daisuke (9/5): Good stay - Very good location in the old town. Easy to access anything. Airport bus stop is close. In the middle of night life area. Music from club, bar is loud till 3am. If you want to sleep early, not suitable. If you love night life, it’s the best location!

There is no TV, a small refrigerator, a non-working exhaust hood in the toilet, water flows from the shower onto the floor in the toilet, cockroaches ran in the bathroom the first night.

• Nataliia (10/5): Thank you very much to house owner for making our staying so comfortable!!!:) - Really great apartment with balcony in a perfect location, 2 minutes to the sea, lots of restaurants and shops next to. The apartment was clean, all household appliances were working, we had all what we needed for staying. It also was easy to contact with owner, all guidance how to get to the apartment was provided in time and clearly. When we arrived we had small issues with door opening and owner was happy to help us in the middle of the night via phone. All was just great!:)

City city centre, literally at everything’s doorstep; - feels bigger than it seems on the pictures, nice and spacious, more than enough for 3 - tarrace/balcony- big, lovely space; view on bars,amphitheater- so I believe in season you can watch shows from the comfort of your own space; antresola now covered up from the top so pigeons are not an issue anymore; having breakfast or snacks in the evening with glass of vino- priceless - really helpful and friendly host- we were able to check in much earlier as the apartment wasn’t occupied the night before; great communication throughout since booking , always answered in timely manners - clean, no bugs as I’ve read are the problem in other places; apart from mosquitos there were no other pest; it’s not the newest apartment but it’s clean and spacious - 3rd floor but small and quick lift in the building - easy access- you get a code, then keys- all sorted! Lovely - nice, not dodgy surroundings- no worries to walk after dark - we weren’t cooking there but seen all necessary amenities you might need - bus stop to all destinations- 2 min away - GREAT restaurants around- Souvlaki.gr- 100 m away, Alexander- 100 m away, Quick stop- 70 m away, food market hall with fresh fruits and veg (delicious oranges and to die for dragon fruits) - 150 m away- honestly the location couldn’t be more perfect - plenty of clean towels, extra blankets for cold nights- we really appreciated it - fully working air-con - quite intensive sewer smell, especially in the bathroom- but sewerage system on the island is quite poor anyway- really small pipes and different drainage- no saddle or siphon- so I will imagine it’s quite common - very humid- if you shut your door for the night (you have to, otherwise mosquitoes will eat you alive), you’ll wake up to a lot of condensation on the windows - you can hear noise from outside through closed doors and there’s rubbish emptying truck coming in around 3-4 o’clock in the morning- it was not bothering us , you fall asleep pretty quick after all :)

• Konstantin (8/5): Nice small accomodation - Cleanliness. Easy-to-find. A parking place nearby. A bottle of water and a couple of tangerines were a nice bonus. The washing machine was broken but I didn't need it anyway. This studio is next to a rock-music bar: if you like to party until late, then it's fine, but if you want to rest during the night, then beware of the very loud music until 2 AM. I can't say it's bad -- it just depends on a person who stays there.

The apartment felt a bit shabby, many things needed repair... During my stay washing machine broke and my things stayed inside for couple hours before the repair man arrived.

• Ania (5/5): I recommend it for people who came to Cyprus to party, for those who want to explore - it's worth looking for a quie - Cozy apartment (one room with the kitchen + bathroom) located close to the promenade and the beautiful city beach! Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and induction hob. The owner is very nice and communicative:) The only downside is the proximity of clubs where very loud parties are held, lasting until the morning. The noise (very loud music) coming from them makes it impossible to sleep.
