- Martina (8/5): Esperienza positiva - Pur non essendo un hotel ma una guesthouse, e quindi priva di reception, l’host è comunque reperibile telefonicamente e si è dimostrato molto disponibile nel risolvere qualsiasi eventuale inconveniente. Camere moderne, pulite e letti comodi. Sistema di self-check in. Posizione comoda, ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici e a pochi minuti dalla stazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Segundo la forma de ingreso MUY REBUSCADA, te mandan 4 videos para explicarte cómo tenés que ingresar a la pieza. Tercero las paredes con muchos detalles de deterioro. No me gustó, me fui al otro día.

- Allison (8/5): Convenient location, great value for money - The location is perfect if you need to be next to the central station and it felt very safe. Super clean and great comfortable room, relatively large for European standards. The shower was a bit small with very low water pressure
- Susana (9/5): - O alojamento era bastante central, muito perto da estação de termini, havia sempre muita gente na rua o que nos fez sentir seguros, dava para fazer muitas coisas a pé e tinha também bastantes paragens de transporte público perto. O alojamento era bastante confortável e estava sempre tudo limpo, durante os dias que estivemos foram trocando as toalhas e retirando o lixo. Só tivemos alguns problemas com a fechadura da entrada do prédio que não era fácil de abrir.

There I knocked on the door and rang the buzzer to have no one answer. I thought this was a hotel. Overnight I heard people doing the exact same thing I had done earlier ringing the bell ringing the bell at 1:30 in the morning

Esi pašā notikumu centrā. Istaba maza ar dušu un nelielu galdiņu brokastīm. Kopējā virtuvē var pagatavot kafiju un nolikt ledusskapī produktus. Nakts mītne ir tīra un kopta. Slēgtā teritorijā kur nevar iekļūt zagļi vai nepiederošas personas. Ir novērošanas kameras. Ēkā darbojās lifts. Istabas stūrī ir statīvs apģērbam. Pats lielākais pārsteigums bija liels pārvietojams spogulis kurā sievietes var sevi redzēt pilnā augumā. Un saposties pirms doties uz restorānu lielpilsētā. Viss bija kārtībā pārnakšņot dažas naktis. Ilgstoši uzturoties būtu jūtams TV trūkums un telpas šaurība.

- Manon (8/5): Très bien pour un court séjour recherché près de la gare de train. - La chambre était tres propre, nous avons eu la chance de laisser nos bagages dans la chambre quelques heures avant notre heure de prise en charge. La dame qui nous a accueilli était tres gentille et accommodante malgré la barrière de langue (elle parlait Chinois) Malgré la proximité avec la gare, le quartier est médiocre et pour les gens qui n’aiment pas trop marcher c’est assez loin des sites populaires,

Lovely comfy beds and good bathroom although you can't flush toilet paper so bear that in mind. Friendly staff. Didn't dislike anything but there isn't a lot of things in the nearby area other than the station

- İlayda (7/5): Clean and quiet - The apartment was very clean and quiet. Unfortunately, the balcony door could not be closed properly. This made me feel unsafe and worried about leaving my belongings. When I contacted the host, I was told there were no other rooms available and that it should not be a problem because the building is safe and the apartment is on the second floor. While I appreciated the reassurance, I would have preferred a properly secured door for peace of mind.

- Marc Lemexius (4/5): Rudimentäres Hotelzimmer beim Bahnhof - Gute Lage in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof Roma Termini. Fairer Preis für diese Lage. Unterkunt war bei der Ankunft nur schwer zu finden (nicht auf Google Maps hinterlegt, und der Name war nur bei der Türklingel angeschrieben). Kein Wasser beim Wasserhahn im Badzimmer; die Zähne mussten entweder unter der Dusche oder in der Gemeinschaftsküche geputzt werden. Sonst war das Zimmer sehr rudimentär und minimalistisch eingerichtet.

The area is quiet yet conveniently connected, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The self check-in process was incredibly smooth and easy. I received clear instructions ahead of time, and everything went seamlessly. It’s perfect for independent travelers or those arriving late. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed. I highly recommend Ten Miles to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and hassle-free place to stay in Rome! One small suggestion for the future: it might be even more convenient to have code locks instead of physical keys, so guests don’t have to worry about carrying or losing them during their stay.

- Lucía (7/5): A un Pie del centro. - Me gustó mucho la ubicación del sitio, y sobre todo que había nevera en el lugar. Lo que menos me gustó fue que la luz del pasillo siempre estaba encendida y entraba la luz a la habitación, al igual que la ventana, no hay una persiana como tal.

- Nadia (8/5): Very good - Good value for money room. Location is excellent, super close to Termini Station and close enough to city center (~30 mins walking). Nice stay for a short period of time - would recommend it if someone wants to go for a quick trip (1-2 nights) to Rome. Also, the communication with the owner was pretty convenient and he was super helpful. The overall experience and the room was good. If I had to pick 2 things, I didn't like is that there was no fridge in the room (there was one in the common area, but this is not super convenient) and the second thing is that the bathroom had only the "shower" option - so for the people who don't want to wash their hair it requires some extra effort ;) But other than that, I would definitely recommend it for a short stay in Rome.

We had a problem with the lock when we arrived.We couldn't open the door. The owner was really rude when we contacted him for help and said he was too busy to meet us.The lift was very dodgy so we were afraid to use it.

Location was good for younger people who don’t mind walking to see the beauty of the city. AC was great. The cleaning lady was so lovely. Bathroom was very small but nice, my partner said the water pressure wasn’t great but I didn’t notice! The lift in the building was a little scary but this is normal in Italy!

- Sara (5/5): A nice apartment if you want to get some sleep quickly and in relatively good conditions - Apartment close to the station -the lock on the main door to the apartment is a joke, it is very difficult to open it at night and you can hear that other guests have the same problem and cannot open the door. -paper walls you can hear everything -no TV - the sheets were full of other guests' hair. 😭 - there is nothing special in the area, it is even difficult to find a grocery store -NOISE!!
