- Adina (1/5): After the first night I left and never wanted to come back. It was very disturbing. - nothing The fact that light would come inside the room from the holway window. Very small room that DID NOT MATCH the photos so I felt it was miss leading. VERY NOISY neighbours with LOUD MUSIC late at night.

- Sevastianova (3/5): We were checked into the wrong room that we had booked - not very far from the center. there is a swimming pool. There is a shop nearby. we have booked a studio (separate kitchen and separate room). and we were accommodated in a very small room (which is cheaper). where there is no closet and even nowhere to put things. the staff is not responding to the specified number. They gave us the keys and we went into the room alone. We wrote, but no one answered!!! We were very unhappy.

- Reddy (9/5): Except check in time , rest all fine - Everything was fine Check in time was by you 3pm but we reached 9am from airport and we had very bad experience in checkin ,in booking.com they never mentioned about 3pm, imagine 9am to 3pm we at lobby,no response at nue suites reception.so please clarify the check in time to all also while checkout ur person come s at 11 ask to vacate. (Check out 11as per his owner) When checkout was 11am then why checkin was 3pm.please look in to this matter

- Safie (1/5): Disaster - I dont like anything at all..first of all the customer service property AWESOME STAY are very RUDE & SACARSTIC by not replying on my request, using harsh words and even threatening me for my request to change the dirty bedsheets with bloodstain, im quite surprised with how they responded to me by shouting at my ears on the phone and even DIDN'T REFUND MY RM150 DEPOSITS,
My friendly advice to BOOKING.COM & AWESOME STAY to look further in it by doing sportcheck on the front desk what they have done to their guest as this is really serious matter would bring the company name anf branding even more worst by using this staff working as your employee All of them from checking in till checking out

- Joan (10/5): Marvelous - I stayed at 41 floor and the view from my room at night was so beautiful, it helped a lot in my mental healing journey. The room was thoroughly clean, the bed was very neat. The services were super but there’s one guy called Ahmed he’s so submissive to his job. He’s kind listening and always smiling. I would actually choose this same place the next time I happen to visit Malaysia InshaAllah 🙏🏽

- Irwan (1/5): Bad - Nil the service provided is not satisfactory..the room I paid for in BOOKING.COM is not the same as the room we were given, the television in the property does not work and there is a deposit we gave before taking the room key which is not stated in the application..overall I am very not satisfied with the service provided..I'll check out out on 7am until now my Deposit didn't refund from the property host

Were check in by around 3.30 pm then they give the key for check in, the key give by security . after that we reach in the room , we shock that the description in the list with and the room we get is not same at all, just only bed, fridge and washing machine and wash room. No living room, no dining table at all.
i trying to call the agent and they said who reserved the room more quick then they get the room, and no other room . After that we trying to get refund but the booking said i ask this owner and the owner said booking will handle the refund, then i spent my time resolve my problem but they cant tolerate for this matter, trying to call they cant tak very well because the agent is not local person. At the. end we just stay with the small room coz we dont have any choices because we stay far.

- Syed (5/5): Passable - It is neat small condo apartment. MRT is 5-10 mins walk. Slow or no reply from owner. My two room apartment had a broken AC which was not fixed. Incorrect room code was provided which made it even more difficult to get in.
- Leslous (2/5): Scam unfortunately with unprofessional and unethical behaviour. - Nothing honestly, I consider it as a scam and as the worst property I have ever booked. The worst unprofessional service who can not communicate and who are very rude. The will send you a message that you can deposit the money in cash, once you arrive they will not let you in, they will hung up the phone and block you just because you said I can not transfer money I can only deposit cash. After 1 hour waiting at the lobby, they finally responded and agreed that I can give the deposit tomorrow. Going to the room to my surprise it was a 9m2 room while where I have booked it was written 46m2 with a view, funny enough my view was to the block corridor. Calling them after a while no response no nothing. Till I have contacted Booking.com they responded. When I asked that the money I have payed was for a kitchen, sofa, a proper room with view they said you are only one person so we gave that( rat room) when I explained that I know my rights and in the booking the facilities that were written are completely different and non existing, they agreed to change my room the next morning. Which was better and the service guy was more respectful than those on the phone and on WhatsApp. However it was also missing a lot of stuff and facilities but better than the rat room they gave me first.

2. Comfy bed.
3. No deposit deduction. 1. Host totally dissapointing. Late responds. Late deposit returned. Not guest friendly. If host are the owner and not happy to do these task, just hire someone.
2. No sofa, no living room. Very small unit.
3. Need to give ID card to security each time go in/go out. First time I see airbnb like this.
4. Unsuitable for family stay.
5. Check in system is dissapointing. First need to refer to security, then security ask to call host to get unit no and mailbox no, then host so late response. The host tone quite arrogant (when on call).

- Ramon (7/5): Good - The view from the window. Small and basic kitchen, useful to prepare breakfast. Swimming pool and gym available on 2nd floor. The check in process was crazy. It took one hour and a half to get in the room. It's a huge building so you have to wait long to get the elevator. No public transport nearby. Super hard and thick pillow!

- Mustapha (9/5): Awesome stay - The unit is super clean and have all the necessity. Free parking and easy check in. Mamak restauran at the ground floor. Minus 1 point because of slow deposit refund. If not I give 10.
