• Zofia (1/5): Very sad experience - The neighbourhood is neat and protected (though the security staff doesn't care who they are letting in). First, the information provided about the property is inaccurate and probably deliberately confusing, specifically: it doesn't have a private pool and hot tub, nor a balcony and terrace overlooking the garden (only a terrace overlooking the street; it's an apartment in a large housing estate). The apartment wasn't ready for our arrival – the bathroom wasn't clean (hair in the shower, dirt on the shower cubicle...), there was no towel for one guest, and no hairdryer. There was a very unpleasant odor coming from the refrigerator. The cleanliness of the bed linen was also questionable (hair). The terrace looked like it wasn't cleaned for a very long time. I received instructions on how to access the apartment after 5 p.m., even though check-in was supposed to begin at 3 p.m. After reporting the missing towel, the owner said there would be a clean towel in one of the cabinets. The cupboard was in complete chaos, and the only towels found were scattered around and stained. The owner responded that missing a single towel wasn't the end of the world. The next day, I asked where I could find a hairdryer (it was, of course, listed as an accessory; I needed it in the morning before leaving for the airport). The owner said he didn't have one, but he would try to get one the same day (!). I should add that the owner charges a hidden $25 fee for cleaning service. Another hidden rule is charging extra for using more than 14 kWh per day. The lack of services like Netflix is ​​also inconsistent with the property description. The owner was not able (or not eager) to handle any issue, he preferred to argue, claiming that everything is fine. Besides, the apartment is in the middle of nowhere, so highly not recommended for person who doesn't have car.
