• Jackie (7/5): Holiday in Italy - The apartment is very spacious ,and charming, well equipped. We like the close proximity to SMN station.. There are steep flights of stairs to reach the apartment, with no lighting. The bathroom is cramped and the tiles are slippery. Unfortunately, my husband slipped in the shower and had a nasty fall in the shower. The water flow from the shower could be a little better.

• Hsiaolun (8/5): Overall it’s worth the price and if you are looking for a lovely place near all tourist spots, it’s the top choice. - Location is fantastic, very close to the train station and famous spots all within walking distance Apartment is very spacious Maybe bathroom and toilet needs to be refurbished Bringing personal shampoo and body wash is suggested

• Michele (6/5): A comfortable apartment full of character in a great location however not ideal for more than 2 couples due to the bathr - The apartment is in one of Florence’s beautiful, historic narrow streets very close to the station. All the main attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is full of character & was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was good. Small supermarket nearby & many other shops, restaurants and cafes. There is only 1 bathroom which is only accessible through bedroom 3. We were not aware of this when booking & cannot see this mentioned in the apartment description. This meant walking through bedroom 3 whenever needing the toilet or shower, less than ideal especially at night! We struggled to find anywhere to hang our towels to dry.

• Fiona (8/5): Very comfortable and beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence. - Light, airy and spacious. Very rustic and beautiful. Very Italian/authentic apartment. We loved the artworks. Not enough toilet rolls for our stay. No tea towels in the kitchen or kitchen roll etc for drying up, wiping spills. The plug sockets were the ‘older style’ which we weren’t aware of. The ones we had brought were the ones sold in our shops at home. It would have been nice to know before hand as some of us had to go out and buy plugs in order for us to charge our phones etc The key box didn’t work with the code. Some of us struggled to get back into the flat if the remote key box didnt work if they didn’t have the remote working on their phones. The shower did work but could do with updating. More towels available would also be great plus a towel rail to hang wet/ damp clothes & towels.
• Lucy (6/5): Pleasant - Amazing location Fantastic apartment, well equipped Clean and comfortable We were able to drop our bags off early, which was very helpful The communication with the owner was really poor. I had to chase for checkin completion, having already submitted all of my documents, I felt like multiple people were responding to the email thread

Will stay here again when I come back to Florence. - The location was great, 5 minutes walk from the train station and located near many shops and restaurants and also I 3 minutes walk from a small market. The apartment was a little cold but it’s Italy every apartment is kind of cold.
