• Milos (8/5): Clean apartment near metro station - Good apartment, clean, very well equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, stove...), comfortable beds, the metro station is close, the shop is across the street The couch in the living room is bad (you fall into it), there are no closets in the rooms, they asked us for 30€ if we leave things behind(until 2pm) even though no one was in the apartment that day. The apartment is located on the ground floor, facing the street, one room has no windows
• Maria Àngels (7/5): Acogedora - Me gusto que con muy poco espacio tenía todo lo necesario y además muy acogedor. Además es un barrio totalmente chino, así que si te gusta la comida asiática, perfecto. La ducha al ser 4 personas solo se podían duchar una y media, es decir que el tanque de agua es muy muy pequeño al ser 4.
• Leonardo (8/5): Opción recomendable en Madrid - Entorno tranquilo, a un par de calles del Metro con servicios cercanos. Parte del mobiliario (banquetas) no se condice con el nivel del depto. Se debe verificar que haya vajilla disponible para la cantidad de huéspedes, ya que hubo algunos faltantes de cubiertos.

• Flores Ascama (9/5): Bien - Me gustó mucho los espacios separados y también que la cocina tuviera 3 ornillas Las toallas estaban limpias pero manchadas eso no fue de mi agrado de igual manera, no olían mal

• Erica (1/5): Apartamento sem condições para ser alugado - Nada Apartamento muito sujo, lençois da cama cheios de manchas e com mau cheiro como se nãotivessem sido lavados, com cheiro a humidade, móveis partidos, nenhumas condições para fazer uma refeição e água quente não era suficiente para tomarem banho mais do que 2 pessoas seguidas.

• Alain (9/5): Hébergement fonctionnel et propre correspondant aux attentes. - La propreté et le calme. La situation dans un quartier "asiatique" de Madrid. Les commerces et les restaurants à proximité. Quelques manque d'ustensiles en cuisine (nombre insuffisant de fourchettes, pas de carafe pour l'eau, pas de dessous de plats ...). Distributeurs savons défectueux. Le système d'accès au logement (déblocage par un smartphone) est trop impersonnel à mon goût.
