GABRIELA (10/5): Impecável - Encerrei hoje minha estadia, passei 4 noites no local e preciso dizer que superou as minhas expectativas. O local proporciona uma paz absurda, no meio da natureza, não se escuta nada além do som dos pássaros. O ponto alto é a vista com o pôr do sol, simplesmente espetacular. A localização é excelente, porque ao mesmo tempo que está distante da “muvuca”, o acesso para o centro e para a praia é a poucos minutos de carro, então é possível descansar e ir para o movimento quando quiser. O quarto proporciona um conforto impecável, sou exigente com os locais que fico, porque amo a natureza, mas também prezo pelo conforto, limpeza, e isso foi entregue com excelência. Fiquei receosa antes de reservar em virtude de uma avaliação que consta aqui no booking, me hospedei inclusive no mesmo quarto que a pessoa que avaliou, e preciso dizer que durante 4 noites não vi um bicho sequer, seja aranha, barata, nada. Embora seja esperado por ser um local no meio da natureza, não tive nenhuma intercorrência neste sentido. Enfim, recomendo a quem quer ter uma experiência em um lugar incrível, com uma vista maravilhosa e muito conforto. Nada a pontuar.
Melanie (4/5): - I experienced ongoing cleanliness and reliability issues during my stay. I stayed for several weeks and had to switch rooms. The new room had been empty for some time and contained visible insect nests. It was only cleaned after repeated requests, and the host later confirmed the cleaning was done personally, not by a professional. Towels and bedding were not clean and had visible stains, and despite multiple requests, professional cleaning was never arranged. The apartment was sprayed with pesticide shortly before I moved in. A few nights later, I found multiple large cockroaches in the bathroom. There were also drainage issues, and I was asked to fix them myself using old, ineffective products that I was supposed to find on the property. Communication around extending the stay was unclear and changed last minute. Shortly before Christmas, the previously discussed rate was replaced with a much higher daily price, which forced me to move out during the holidays. While the property has a nice view, it is outside the city and requires transport. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this accommodation, especially for guests sensitive to hygiene or clear communication.
Andreia (10/5): - Gostamos de muitas coisas: o quarto, a vista, banheiro, localização, piscina, mas o que foi demais além das expectativas foi o pátio seguro e fechado para nossos doguinho, eles amaram, muitos sons da natureza, curtiram demais, e foram bem recebidos pelo Ricardo. Gostamos de tudo.
