• Katerina (9/5): Хорошие аппартаменты для отдыха с семьёй. - Хорошие аппартаменты, я была с тремя детьми, одному 2 года, детскую кроватку не просила, но она стояла в комнате - но без постельного белья (одеяло и подушка была), не буду считать это минусом, тк изначально не просила её, но ребёнок предпочел спать там :) Застелила своим пододеяльником. Местоположение отличное, мы дошли от Ahhaa пешком, за углом музей спорта для детей, с другой стороны музей игрушек - оба места хороши для посещения. За углом улица с барами-ресторанами. Окна выходят в тихий двор, никакой шум нам не мешал. В комнате, которая без окна мне не хватило ночника. Может быть стоило бы его туда добавить. Полотенца жестковаты. Отсутствует микроволновка - я разогревала по-быстрому в духовке. Посудомоечная машина - поменяйте таблетки для мойки посуды, те, которые сейчас - оставляют ужасный налёт. Я перемывала всю посуду, которой мы пользовались. Надобность посудомойки с такими таблетками полностью исчезает.
• Kaja777 (9/5): Kesklinnas asuv mugav korter lihtsa sisseregistreerimise ja parkimisvõimalusega. - Korter asub otse kesklinnas. Võtmete kättesaamine on väga mugav – need on seifis. Sisseregistreerimise juhised on põhjalikud ja arusaadavad. Omanik pakkus lahkelt parkimisvõimalust korteri lähedal, mis on kesklinnas väga väärtuslik. Soovitan kõigile!

• Ginta (9/5): Spacious apartment right by the old town - Very central location, perfect for walking around the old town of Tartu in the evening and in the morning as we did not have much time, just spent the night on the way to other places. Many places to eat in the newarby area. Walls are very thin, little sound isolation. I understand it was also our fault as we did not communicate the fact that we are not a couple and therefore wanted to use both bedrooms. When we arrived, only one of the beds was set.

Ilmselt enamusele inimestest ei tekita see probleeme, aga viirukite või muude kangete lõhnaainete kasutamine võiks olla majutuse kirjelduses märgitud.

Kõik oli kena ja hoitud, korter oli hubane ning vannituba mõnusalt soe – väga mõnus olemine! Ainult üks tähelepanek – diivani patjadel oli üsna ebameeldiv lõhn. Võib-olla tasuks need üle kontrollida, igaks juhuks, et äkki on sinna midagi sattunud.

• Mariella (10/5): Jäin väga rahule! Kindlasti kasutan võimalust, kui mulle sobivatel kuupäevadel vaba on. - Väga lähedal koolile. Avarad ja ruumikad toad. Kõik vajalik (nõud, rätikud, kohv) olemas. Väga hea asukohaga ka söögikohtade suhtes. Seinad kostavad päris hästi läbi, aga ei midagi hullu.

• Karola (7/5): Decent one night stay with good location and modern apartment. - Location was good. The apartment was modern and spacious. The shower was very good and big. The plates in the kitchen were not very well cleaned but everything else was spotless. But sleeping was not the best due to noise and one of the bedrooms didn't have any windows and the other didn't have darkening blinds. • Christina Dibbern (9/5): Lækker lejlighed og masser af kultur i byen - Lejligheden var super lækker og indeholdte alt vi skulle bruge. Lejligheden ligger meget tæt på byens bar gade, fredag og lørdag var der larm hele natten som kunne høres tydligt med åbne vinduer. Men med lukket var det minimalt men dog varmt.

• Jake (7/5): Great location and spacious room, but unfortunately has maintenace issues. - The location was excellent, and the price was reasonable. The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort. The wifi was great and fast. However, there were several issues that need attention. We were promised a baby cot, but it was not provided. The bedroom could use blackout curtains for better sleep quality. The bathroom drain was clogged, and the underfloor heating sensor was faulty—whether set to level 1 or 5, the floor became unbearably hot. The kettle was full of limescale, and the kitchen faucet was also covered in limescale, causing water to spray in all directions. The kitchen cabinets were worn out, and the doors wouldn’t stay open. Additionally, the bathroom mirror light was not working. With some maintenance and improvements, this place could be much better!

It’s a very nice tastefully and comfortably furnished appartment, superquiet. Slept like a baby!

• Maira (7/5): Quiet apartment at good location, but not great hygiene standard - The location is great, at walking distance from the main streets of Tartu. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is very spacious. Free parking is available near the apartment. The room is quiet, no noise from the street or other apartments. The couch is spacious and comfortable. We were happy that there were 2 bedrooms to choose from, since the main one did not have curtains while it’s on the street side with bright street lights shining in. The other bedroom did not have a window, but at least it was dark enough to sleep. Hygiëne in the bathroom was below standard, especially in the shower with a lot of rust, a dirty mop and old almost-empty shower products. Made it feel like being a guest in someone’s AirBnB.

• Helen (8/5): Superb Old Town location, spacious and comfortable apartment - The location of this apartment is superb for exploring the Old Town. It's a modern and attractive apartment and was spacious for our family of 4. The apartment is on the ground floor to easy to enter with suitcases etc. The parking space is a small walk away but there are some nice cafes on the way so we often stopped on the walk! Check in was easy with a key box and clear instructions from the host. The 2 bedrooms were very comfortable. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a window which was great with the children as they didn't wake up as soon as the sun rose! Very comfortable beds, lovely living room with great sofa and tv. Kitchenette allowed us to save money by self catering with fridge/freeze, hob, kettle, toaster. Didn't use the oven - not sure if it works. We also enjoyed the cosy dining area. We couldn't find the cot we requested - I'm sure the host would have sorted this if we'd contacted them but we just borrowed one from a friend.

If you are looking for abundant natural light, this may not be the ideal location for you. The apartment is on the ground floor and windows face the courtyard, limiting the amount of light that enters.

• Jane (8/5): A lovely apartment in the Old Town! - The location of the ground floor apartment is excellent, it is modern and tastefully furnished. Very safe and quiet. We hardly made use of it since we only had one night in Tartu, passing through, but it was lots of fun. Nothing as far as the apartment is concerned. There were 6 of us travelling in a people carrier, which of course, was too big to manoeuvre into the small parking space kindly offered, but that was our fault entirely to think we could drive a large van into the old town. Once our able drivers parked and we brought our luggage over to the apartment, and do the reverse again in the morning, we were very relieved and happy. Tartu is a beautiful and very important university city. Our second visit.
