• Mark (7/5): Value for money, you get what you pay for, it presents as value for money. - Location The bedding could of been better not apartment standard, Its tired but they have tried to make it modern and comfortable
• Zoe (1/5): Place wasn’t clean at al, very disappointed. - Was in a good spot right by the train station The place was filthy, was hair all over the beds, floor bathroom. Food splatter in the microwave and food remains in the sink. Open food packaging in the cupboard. Grime and fluff all over ceiling fan, quite dirty.

• Ellisia Poppy (4/5): Don't stay here - The location was good Stained sheets, chipped miss matched and limited crockery, no aircob/heating, windows were drafting, couldn't get in either bed from both sides, apartment was dirty, one towel each and one face cloth for 2 people and were told would be $5 per towel plus a $35 fee. You could only come to 7th floor in lift, which i was trapped in with other residents after 20 minutes we pulled the doors apart and climbed out, reception didn't care, lifts are apparently broken alot in this building. Toiletries were miss matched used bottles, random open food in apartment and mechanical units tok up all the floor space in the lounge. 10/10 don't recommend
• Marie (3/5): Overall very disappointing - The location is great but the apartment was very small. The apartment was right next to the rubbish shoot very noisy and smelly. There were issues with the door not locking properly and parts of the bathroom weren’t clean
• Helene (9/5): A nice apartment at a great location. It had really comfortable beds. - Really comfortable beds and bedsets. Great location. One of the bedrooms did not have a window. It was also really hot in the apartment even if we used the AC or the fan.
• John (7/5): Great location, great hosts. - The hosts were extremely responsive to the couple of small issues we had. The location was outstanding. It was a little smaller than expected and we encountered a bit of an issue with a double payment which was resolved in due course.

• Nathan (6/5): Pleasant - Great location Took a while to get the keys, as the guys at the pick up location didn’t know anything about the keys. Also a bit noisy because if the construction happen next door. Not the property’s fault though.
• Sj (4/5): Would I stay again NO, Would I recommend it to family and friends NO - the only thing this property had going for it was the location, it was right in the of flinders street and close to everything we needed for the visit it was way smaller than the photos showed, it was dirty, it was set up to sleep 4 people but didn’t even have 4 of everything in the kitchen, two of us could have breakfast and morning coffee then we would have to do the dishes so the other two could eat. We had to buy batteries for the TV remote to even get the TV to work, Smoke alarm is covered in Gaffa tape. black mould in shower and bathroom roof, vacuum was clogged full of dirt, only bottom sheet on bed and quilt, under the bed had lots of dirt and mess (not from us) (contacted the mobile number that was left if we needed anything) about the bathroom and kitchen on the day we arrived no response, sent them photos on check out via booking.com app and they claimed they never got any messages from me. for $1545.00 for 5nights and all we got was one cheap $5 Kmart towel per person definitely not worth the $$, no offer for a refund or partial refund not even a refund on the $150 cleaning fee. They have plenty of msg before you stay on how to pick up keys and agreements to make sure you have no parties and how they expect you to leave the apartment.
• Shian (5/5): A little disappointing - Good location, reasonably priced The house was tidy but dirty, mould in the shower and lots of dust under all the furniture. Cups were a bit dirty and there was stains on the sheets. Picking up the keys was tricky with the staff not knowing what was going on and the keys were an hour late.
