• John (4/5): Most disappointing, 8.6 rating definitely not justified - Many better/cheaper properties available. - The property is managed by Estea Property Management Company not a private host. It is listed on AirBnB and Estea’s own company website. The pictures of the downstairs interior are misleading as the downstairs is somewhat dark and dingy in real life. The whole property felt cold and damp and the heat mode on the air-conditioning is inadequate. There is no tumble dryer, no heated towel rail and no access to the only outside drying area on the back patio as we were told they do not have a back door key. We bought two fan heaters, one for each floor to keep the property at a comfortable temperature and to dry the washing and towels. Bed linen had to be taken to the laundry. No housekeeping, no cleaning materials, just a mop, bucket and broom outside the front door. A fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the cupboard under the sink but NO smoke detectors/alarms. With no key to the back door, the only fire exit was through the front door. - IS THIS LEGAL? Laminate flooring throughout including the stairs which weren't fitted with rounded non slip stair nosing but simply square edges These were uncomfortable when walking downstairs and the stair edges had no definition, so easy to miss a step plus there is no banister/handrail. We bought special black non slip stair nose edging tape and fitted it to avoid any accidents during our stay. A walk-in shower wet area has no non slip tiles or grab handle, we bought a couple of non-slip shower mats and a squeegee to clear the water from the floor tiles. Only one key provided for the front door plus an electric cut out card which shuts off the power when you leave through the front door. The oven clock needed resetting each use as the oven will not heat up without the clock being set. There is a four ring hob but no cooker hood/extractor so cooking smells/vapour permeate throughout the house.
• Petya (9/5): Clean and cozy, best area - Walking distance to the costal area. Many restaurants nearby. The best neighbourhood in town. Clean, cozy and nice decorated. The staff was absolutely professional. There are luggage lockers next to the street. We would defiantly come back. The pool is situated in 2 min walking distance from the house. We haven’t used it but it looked clean.
• Jackie (6/5): The photos are probably more flattering than the property deserves - see full review - The location is absolutely fine. Peaceful despite having a lot of bars and restaurants, and the harbour area, including possibility to swim, all within easy walking distance. Safe parking and at least in November there was no trouble finding a space. The house is comfortable enough and pretty well equipped: some sharp knives, coffee machine plus capsules, kettle, oven and hob with 4 burners - no dishwasher! TV, Wifi (downstairs). OK for a few days but the downsides make themselves felt after the first few days. The property is managed by a company, not a private person, so not exactly run by someone who's heart is in this project: if it is privately owned (as indicated on booking.com) it's clearly a business. We got the impression, sadly, that everything is just cheaply done to maximise profit. Before you arrive you get a ream of instructions on the location and how to find the key, which you are instructed to view, but it is still not necessarily easy to locate the property and keybox in the dark. Some of the downsides we experienced (in November): dark living room and kitchen (electirc lights needed all day); swimming pool off-site and rarely open; synthetic duvets and pillows (warm even in winter); miniature ants in kitchen; damp patches in living room; no WiFi upstairs :( ; not much cleaning equipment and a small sink that doesn't retain the water (for washing up). "Minor" things like no hooks to hang up towels or clothing in the bathroom (and even behind the doors in the bedrooms) become more than an inconvenience after a few days.

• Karina (10/5): Your amazing Mideterranean stay - Very cosy property with lovely garden and well equipped kitchen. The design is charming and truly Mediterranean. Despite the harbour was near the neighbourhood is quite calm
