- Katarina (1/5): Apartmán hrůzy / nespolehlivý pronajímatel - vynikající lokace, pěkný areál, hezký apartmán - Výhled z terasy do zdi, bez slunečního světla, hned vedle sousední terasa s problémovými sousedy - Při příjezdu pronajímatel zablokuje 300 EUR zálohu na kartě, slibuje odblokování do 7 dnů po odevzdání apartmánu. Potvrzení, že částku odblokoval, poslal v den opuštění apartmánu. To se ale nestalo, peníze ani 7 den připsány nebyly. Musela jsem kontaktovat banku a doložit komunikaci s pronajímatelem, aby mi peníze banka uvolnila! - Vedle v apartmánu bydleli problémoví sousedi, kteří dělali hluk dlouho do noci a v 6 ráno začínali znovu. Nebyla s nimi žádná domluva a pronajímatel, který už s nimi problémy měl v minulosti, vám nepomůže. Několik dnů jsme to řešili s pronajímatelem, který nám nakonec při opakovaných problémech doporučil volat policii. Když jsme se ptali, kdy sousedi apartmán opustí, nechtěl na náš dotaz pronajímatel reagovat. Až po mnoha dotazech během několika dnů pronajímatel přiznal, že sousedi budou v apartmánu ještě další dva týdny. Na nás to působilo dojmem, že tam žijí dlouhodobě. Po šesti dnech jsme se přestěhovali do hotelu. Peníze za zbytek pobytu nám pronajímatel odmítl vrátit s tím, že problém vyřešil.
