• Lucy (10/5): - This apartment had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Chiara was welcoming and offered any help we needed. Would definitely stay here again Although we didn’t ever feel unsafe, there are quite a few homeless people in the immediate area which could be off putting.
• André (9/5): Rome, l'époustouflante ville éternelle - L'emplacement : café bistrot juste en bas, très bien, proche du Colisée, proche d'une station de métro et d'un arrêt de bus, proche de la gare Termini. Propre, récemment rénové. Salon avec canapé-lit et possibilité de fermer la pièce via une porte coulissante, cela rajoute de facto une deuxième chambre à coucher. Très bien équipé. Bon sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, caddie pour les achats, machine à laver, produits de douche, parapluie, cuisine bien équipée. Climatisation. Je le recommande et j'y reviendrais sans hésiter. Le canapé-lit est positif en soi, mais pas très confortable, donc pas adapté pour un long séjour. Cependant, dans mon cas (4 nuits), cela a fait l'affaire. En partant, il nous a été demandé de jeter nous-mêmes les déchets de l'appartement et des toilettes. Ce sont des petits détails mineurs, malgré cela mon expérience était très bonne et j'y reviendrais sans hésiter..
• Vanessa (10/5): - L'emplacement à deux pas du centre et de la gare termini. L'appartement est spacieux, avec une très belle chambre. Le lit est grand et confortable. C'était très calme. Il y avait tous les ustensiles pour cuisiner. Le matelas du canapé n'est pas très confortable par contre.

• Alex (9/5): Pulizia e comodità - Posizione ottima. Distante 15 minuti a piedi da stazione termini. Comodo al Colosseo e alla metropolitana. Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario.
• Stephanie (9/5): Très agréable séjour - Emplacement super, proche du métro, d attractions touristiques. Supérette à proximité si besoin. Appartement situé dans un immeuble typique italien. Canapé lit pas tres confortable mais c est un detail par rapport à la qualité de l ensemble.

• Hubert (10/5): Perfect stay - Great place. Very comfortable bed in a spacious bedroom. There are all amenities you need for a longer stay (or shorter if you prefer such). It's well comunicated with the best known attractions of Rome - 15/20 minutes walk to Colloseum and Termini Station, close to the red metro line (Manzoni, Vittorio Emmanuele) which leads to the Vatican and tram nr 3 can take you to Trastevere. Supermarket is just across the Merulana street.
• Nelly (10/5): Perfect for long stays - Everything was great. It was well connected, spacious and it had everything you needed for a long stay. It was clean and the host was super helpful. We left our keys inside the appt and she was quick to help us. I would go back in a heartbeat. Nothing, except that there were some noisy neighbors. Unrelated to the apartment itself, but the bedroom is close to the door of the adjacent one, and I think it's also being rented as an accommodation because there were people coming and going, even at night.

• Edith (10/5): Semaine parfaite !!! - L’appartement était parfait! Assez grand pour 4 personnes. Confort au top. Literie exceptionnelle . Il ne manquait rien. Et climatisé ! Et tout ça , à 1/4 d’heure à pied du Colisée Merci ☺️ Rien à améliorer, tout était parfait

• Siddhartha (9/5): Superb - Great central location with historical sites, shops and restaurants very close to the apartment. Very clean and compact space and ideal for 3-4 guests. Nice high ceilings. The staff were very easy to deal with and great. One big plus is that they have a washing machine and for 5 Euros, one can use it as needed. They have a dishwasher, although we didn't end up using it. One has to throw the trash before leaving, but there are bins just around the corner. They equipped the apt with shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher liquid, detergent, sugar, and tea, and also one big bottle of water,which was very nice. One tip...if getting an uber or taxi, don't get one from Via Alfieri...just go around the corner to the main street as you'll get it a lot quicker. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is that the shower stall is a bit small. Other than that, no complaints.

• Steve (9/5): Exceeds expectations. - It is unusual to find a place that so lives up to its description, even exceeding it! This truly is only 10 minutes from the Colosseum; there is a television in each bedroom and both work; the flat is not just clean, but cleverly decorated. The owner supplies toiletries as well as towels. The cafe next door is very good. There is a large CONAD supermarket about 100m away on via Guicciardini. The Ristorante Pizzeria da Michele is 2 blocks away - a traditional place but a notch above the usual, and highly recommended. There is a fair amount of ambient light (ceiling uplights, skylight above the door) that might be a problem if one is used to sleeping in a fully darkened room. Similarly, the apartment is a traditional Italian tenement with multiple residences around a central common space, and residents have a habit of holding loud conversations in the evening: earplugs might be useful if you are a light sleeper.

Especially a Chinese restaurant just face to the building and a vietname restaurant 100 metres away. life here is convenient. The apartment is spacious with all the equipment you need at home except the ironing board. very clean and confortable

• Carolina (8/5): Very good - The apartment is organized, they provide all the toiletries you need, they take care of the cleaning and also the decoration, so you could feel as you are at home. The main bedroom is big, there are even 2 tv's on the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped and it is pretty near to the Colosseum, you can walk or if you prefer there are many busses stopping by nearly to the apartment and go everywhere. This is an apartment inside like a village of apartments. In the front door, you share a common area with other people. This is the first time I saw it, maybe, it is something from Italy. Because of this, you could hear some noises coming from other apartments even late at night, this didn't disturb me though. We could feel a bad smell coming from the bathroom, but we couldn't rely where. The smell was a little bit uncomfortable, once we had this since we arrived until we left. There is no iron for the clothes and also the check out is earlier than we are used to.

• Rita (10/5): I can suggest the apartman to everyone. :) - The apartman was only few minutes walk from the Colosseum, in a nice area. It was very comfortable for 4 people, and the flat was very clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. When we had a small problem with the heating system first evening, they fixed it very quickly. The communication was very effective. :) everything was fine
• Anna (9/5): Superb - Domus Alfieri al Colosseo is a very nice place to stay in Rome. Charming building with inner yard. The apartment is light and cosy, elegantly decorated and well equipped. Good area, 5 min walk from metro and also walking distance from Colosseum and most of the attractions; but the neighbourhood itself is quiet, no crowds of people, nice cafes. Thank you Franca and Kristina for being attentive to all our needs and questions. We really enjoyed our stay!
• Mihaela (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very cosy, clean and very well equipped. The location is great, near the Colosseum, not too far from the station, and near grocery shops. Great communication with the host, she was very helpful and friendly.
