• Maxine (7/5): We loved our visit to Tirana and experienced both sides of the city. - Close proximity to the square The cockerel’s were very noisy at different times throughout the night which meant we did not experience a whole night’s sleep whilst we were there. There were also workmen in one of the other apartments who were drilling and banging from 8am. However, we stayed where local people live and work so you have to expect these unforeseen events.

On trouve des boutiqued etrestos par centaines. -Le personnel est sympa -L'immeuble n'est pas assez insôorisé. -Les fenêtres donnent sur des jardins, ce qui est sympa, mais les coqs se mettent à chantér de très bonne heure. Il vaut mieux avoir le sommeil.lourd ( ou des bouchons d'oreilles)

• Bace (4/5): - Beds were comfortable, air conditioned through out the apartment. The lounge was big and comfortable. The building has a lift very helpful when you have bags to carry. The bathroom wasn't great. Things were missing of the walls, the toilet seat was broken and overall look it needed a bit of T. L. C.

• Daniela (9/5): - Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Tirana und im Apartment. Die Lage ist wunderbar: ruhig und zugleich mitten in der Stadt. Man kann alles gut zu Fuss erkunden. Das Apartment ist schlicht, aber gross und sehr sauber, mit bequemen Betten. Die Vermieter sind sehr professionell und haben uns immer schnell und effizient geholfen mit Fragen zur Stadt etc.

Le new bazar très très proche:quartier agréable pour manger le soir. Le parking très proche mais le prix était plus élevé que celui annoncé ( 8 euros par 24h).

• Lydia (9/5): Very clean, comfortable apt in great location with nice and good value! - The apartment is in a great location to walk to the center and both markets. It was very clean and the beds were super comfy. We also enjoyed using the kitchen to cook and found everything we needed to make simple meals. Great lounge space and good WiFi! If you are not an early riser then the neighboring chickens could potentially wake you up. Personally I liked that they were there and it felt like a real neighborhood with people living their lives- hence keeping chickens- but it could bother a very light sleeper or person who wanted to sleep late. It wouldn’t deter me from coming again but I think it’s important to know.
• Kyle (9/5): Amazing stay with a host with great communication. Central to explore Tirana. - Location is brilliant to see Tirana. Close to the Old Bazaar with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Also a supermarket. Hosts communication is amazing. Spacious. Pictures do not do it justice. Two balconies. Stayed with my son (8); I was never worried about safety etc. There’s a cockerel behind the house that makes so much noise! Cannot be helped though.

The host came to the apartment next day morning and had the blind sorted

• Šárka (9/5): Superb - Very nice and modern apartment, perfect location. Perfectly clean. Just few minutes walk to the centre, bus stations etc. Very good communication, pleasant owner. The roosters in the courtyard are quite loud all day and night. This is the only negative. If you have good ear plugs, you will be fine. The kitchen could be better equiped, but it is still ok.

• Floor (9/5): Great spacious apartment close by the centre of Tirana - It was a really spacious and comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Klajdi responded to our texts really promptly and gave good instructions on how to find the apartment as well as tips for my sons birthday. The location was quiet but really near to the New Bazaar with lots of restaurants (I recommend making a reservation at ODA Garden restaurant just nearby), we could do everything by foot! The beds were comfortable and the seating area was really nice. We really liked everything. If I have to think of something then the rooster of the neighbors woke us up a little early some days (but I also got used to this sound and bought earplugs). In another area you may have noise from a night club so I preferred this ☺️
• Adina (10/5): Excellent choice in Tirana - The apartment is very spacious and clean. It felt like arriving at an oasis after our long and hot trip from Himare. The AC worked perfectly, unlike in other places we stayed, which was critical given the heatwave. The host was very helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat and a great taxi company (Smart Taxi), and very responsive throughout our stay. The location is excellent - very close to the Bazaar (we recommend a meal at Kërnace Zgare Fatosi), Skandenberg Square, Tirana Castle, the 2 mosques, the Luna airport shuttle (4€pp) and other key attractions. We had a 4am flight, so being able to catch the 2am shuttle and be at the airport by 2.20am was priceless. We enjoyed the views of the mountain, nearby buildings and of a green garden with chickens from the balcony. 🤩 Like everywhere else in Albania (at least in our experience) the beds and sofas were too hard, and would have welcomed a small amount of coffee to get us going, but these are just personal preferences 😊

• Sjg26 (9/5): Superb - Lovely appt, exactly has described. The beds were comfy with a good kitchen and shower. It was a good location near to the bus stop to and from the airport. We liked the Bazaar area which was close by and had lots of bars and restaurants. The appt also had x2 balconies which was great for an afternoon drink in the sun. Unfortunately you could hear next doors cockerill early in the morning.

Plus it had location, location, location on an interesting non-touristy street about 5 minutes from the New Market. The unit is within walking distance of all the city's main attractions. It would be great for a long term stay. And by the way, I can say from first hand experience that the rooster noise issue previous guests mentioned has been resolved. There was nothing not to like.

You can pay in cash and credit card. Only recommendations! Others could be disturbed by roosters in the garden downstairs, but I loved it haha. Made me feel like home at some point

Possible to pay by card (which is unfortunately not Albanian standard). Super affordable pricing! Please note, there is nothing that the host can do about this, but there is literally next door a small personal farm (one household) with chickens and rooster which is crowing very early in the mornings. Be prepare it can wake you up! :)

• Neda (10/5): Stunning and spacious! - My family and I loved this beautiful apartment! Most apartments in Tirana don’t have lifts/elevators, this one did which was great. The home was clean, had all necessities, and beautifully decorated. It’s location is amazing as it’s a short walking distance to the local market (Mercado Pazari) which has plenty of restaurants and local traders. From there you can walk to Skanderbeg (main square) where you can find all buses. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, they allowed us an early check-in, kept our bags after check out, and called a taxi for us to the airport. They were always available to contact via WhatsApp. Thank you both for an amazing stay. Some might be bothered by the sound of the neighbours’ roosters, but the apartment is equipped with external roller shutters which blocked out light and sound. I personally enjoyed the contrast of rural liveliness in the middle of the city.

The host was very helpful and kind, he suggested very good coffees and restaurants near apartment.I would highly recommend it.I will be back again
