• Helmut (1/5): Nie wieder - Im Zentrum von Bad Godesberg gelegen. Wohnung war sauber Ich habe im Dezember 4 Tage in dem Apartment verbracht. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, die Fenster ließen sich nicht vernünftig schließen, ein äußerst unangenehmer Geruch hing in der Luft, äußerst abgewohntes Mobiliar vorhanden, Brandflecken im Teppich, Steckdosen fielen einem entgegen, schwarze Flecken in der Silikondichtung im Badezimmer, Handtücher fehlten gänzlich.

• Satoshi (9/5): Confortable and convinient. - It is located in a convenient place for business and site-seeing, and is also near to a supermarket REWE. A wash machine is equipped in the room and it is helpful for me. Thank you.

• Iryna (4/5): - Gute zentrale Lage in Bad Godesberg. In der Wohnung war es sauber. Eine Waschmaschine ist ein Plus Punkt. Es gab keine Probleme mit WiFI. Insgesamt war es nicht laut im Haus abends und der Blick aus dem Fenster ist nett. Eine super Schneiderin arbeitet im gleichen Haus (Frau Al Baiti kann ich nur empfehlen, sie ist einfach super). Die Kommunikation war gut. Ich habe in der Wohnung eine Woche verbracht. Leider sehr ungemütliches Apartment, es muss noch einiges gerichtet werden. Der Wasserhahn ging am gleichen Abend kaputt, wurde dann ausgetauscht, zusammen mit einigen Steckdosen, die wirklich fertig waren. Die Silikonabdichtung im Bad war teilweise schwarz, ich weiss nicht mal, ob das Dreck oder Schimmel war (hoffentlich Dreck). In der Toilette lief immer das Wasser, also der Spülkasten war auch fertig. Es gab auch keine Tücher. Das Boden hatte Brandflecken, ich musste das Teppich etwas anders drehen, um das schlimmste zu verstecken. Insgesamt hatte ich das Gefühl, ich wohne auf einer sauberen Baustelle. Ich habe in billigeren Apartments schon viel bessere Erfahrungen gemacht, wenn ich ehrlich bin. Und nur hier hatte ich Bettwäsche aus Polyester, was ich auch nicht so toll fand. Also Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht.

• James Paredes (10/5): Filipino Kid in Bonn Aug 22-25, 2024 - The place is really convenient. The bathroom, kitchen area, couch area and the bed are well prepared. The Apartment is nearby the commerical establishments and historical landmarks. Walking distance from different train stations so it is really comfortable to commute from the Apartment to any parts of Bonn. The view from 5th floor of this Apartment is stunning and it is really worth to pay. It is a quiet and safe area. I didn't have any bad experience in the Building and in the Apartment. The building were the Apartment is well kept and secured. I really like that the other tenants are helpful and kind to assist me sometimes. I'm really glad that the building has a Elevator unlike the other Hostels so it is good for those who have big luggage that needed to bring it upstairs. The price of the stay is reasonable and affordable as such for me as a student that travelling for the first time in Bonn. I'm thankful for the owner and the person who assisted me to this Apartment. I never regret I have chosen the place to stay for a while before I moved to another place here in Bonn. If I have a chance to go back here in Bonn definitely I'm going to choose this Apartment again. I would like to suggest if next time you'll instruct how to open the door to your guests because I was confused to open it at first but it's okay. I hope you may add trashbins in the living area and the kitchen area because the trashbin in the Apartment is only in bathroom.
