• ALI (7/5): It was good and convenient. - You can find everything you need, location is amazing, clean apartment. There wasn’t some detergents to clean after your self.

• Mario (10/5): Appartamento accogliente e luminoso. - Appartamento nuovo dotato di tutti i comfort a due passi dalla stazione centrale e della metro, molto accogliente e luminoso. La casa era pulita cosi come le lenzuola. Letto molto comodo.Condizionatori ben funzionanti. Ci tornerò sicuramente nella prossima visita a Milano.

• Sharon (7/5): Comfortable stay with great air con walking distance to train station - Air conditioner great and very responsive owner. Spacious and has a washing machine. 10 minutes walk to Metro. Also close to tram. Power tripped when oven used at the same time as air con and washing machine requiring a trip to the basement cellar to rectify. Fortunately the management responded immediately and it was soon resolved. An improvement would be to supply some basic kitchen equipment including tea towel and washing up sponge.
• Iulia (2/5): Not worth the money - avoid. - The sheets were clean - they had a laundry service. The bed was comfortable, but not the pillow. Instructions to access the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. I spent 2 weeks in Italy and this was the worst facility I have encountered during this time, while clearly being the most expensive one. For $460.00 per night, I was expecting a top notch apartment. The location was on a noisy street, close to Milano Centrale. The phonic isolation was poor. There were no blinds/blockout shades in one of the bedrooms.The pillow was uncomfortable. City tax was 6 Euro per night, versus 2 Euros at a different Milano apartment, where I had previously stayed only five days before. The most bothersome aspect was the fact that the apartment did not appear to be clean. It had been cleaned, but only superficially. The bathroom floor and the shower needed a good scrub. The toilet water tank leaked 60% of the time. The shower enclosure was small and not well maintained - see pictures. There was a dirty glass in the kitchen cupboard. The decor was stark and uninviting. There was some mistake on the part of the management, which resulted in our beds not been made and for which Stephanie did her best to remediate - this is not the reason for this poor review. Needless to say, I don't recommend this apartment.
