Perfekt für eine Reise mit Kindern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. In unmittelbarer Nähe aind 2 kleine Supermärkte und Cafes. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Die Straße, an der das Haus liegt, ist doch sehr stark befahren und deshalb ist es bis abends doch eher laut (viele Motorräder).

• Beata (10/5): jeśli wrócę do Aten to własnie tu - bardzo komfortowy apartament z dwiema odrębnymi sypialniami i pokojem z aneksem kuchennym, bardzo czysty, idealny dla dwóch par, blisko najważniejszych miejsc w Atenach, z górki do pół godziny dotrzesz do głównych atrakcji, powrót sugeruję taksówką :) bo pod górę (ale taksówki bardzo tanie) absolutnie jestem nim zachwycona i daję 10! za wszystko nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń a sporo apartamentów już wynajmowałam ;)

Stayed for 5 nights with two teenage sons and felt like we all had enough space to relax. Loved it. Short uber trips to the main sites were very easy. Nothing.

• Iñigo (9/5): El mejor apartamento que hemos encontrado. - Apartamento muy espacioso. Eramos 2 familias, total 8 personas y había sitio para todos con tranquilidad. Terraza enorme. El barrio de lo mejor de Atenas (tal y como es el resto) y bien ubicado, puedes dar un paseo un poco largo y te encuentras en el centro en un momento. Está a los pies del monte Licabeto. No dejéis de visitar la iglesia de San Nicolas que está cerca del apartamento. Recomendaré este lugar a todos los que quieran venir a Atenas. La comunicación con la gestora una vez realizada la reserva fue excelente. En general todo estaba bien. Quizá el tendedero un poco antiguo pero nada problemático. La cocina puede que se quede pequeña pero al estar integrada con una isla en la sala de estar no se nota mucho. Algo más de vajilla le vendría bien.

The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well.... good size bathroom and very pleasant living area. We also very much appreciated the balcony. I genuinely loved the flat and the area. There is a small supermarket nearby opposite a patisserie/boulangerie with great ice creams. It is a little bit off the main paths but we liked this. Very close to many little restaurants nearby. Being higher up in the city, in a hilly area, there is always some breeze.. Nothing.

It’s located in a residential neighborhood, which gave us a more local and authentic experience. If you’re comfortable walking, you can reach the city center quite easily – otherwise, there’s a bus stop right outside the building, which is super convenient. The apartment itself was great: very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a short or longer stay. It felt like a real home away from home.

• Veismoradi (8/5): Very good - This place was totally worth it. Everything was great in the apartment. It was clean. All we needed was there. MOST IMPORTANT WAS THE COOLERS IN THE HEAT. EACH ROOM HAD ONE AND THEY WORKED GREAT. 😃 Even cold water in the fridge. Great service. Easy to make contact through what's app. Location 2 kilometers from Syntagma square on a hill but we found bus line 25 after a while which was great cause the busstop was right in front of the building. The wifi username and password we were given was not the right one but we got help when reaching out. The beds in the two bedrooms were comfortable but the couch in the living room (a folding sofa) was broken. We told the personal so it should be fixed. Things needed in the apartment: clothespins needed when drying clothes in the balcony and a mop to dry the floor in the bathroom.

It has a Nespresso machine and some coffee available. Shampoo, conditioner…. And if you like to walk it is a a walking distance of all Athens attractions. If you don’t like, the bus stop if just in front of the apartment.

It is a 17 min+ walk to the closest Metro station on a pedestrian-unfriendly, rather busyish, narrow street. Not close to anything. Desolate residential area, hardly anyone to be seen.

• Adam (8/5): Very pleasant comfortable stag. Defo recommend.. - The apartment was lovely and clean. Both modern too which was a lovely surprise. Location isn’t as close as Psyri as initially thought but 5 euro uber is reasonable. The blind onto balcony door wouldn’t open so couldn’t go straight from bedroom straight onto the balcony. Also the WiFi wasn’t very good so if you needed to work in the apartment, you would struggle.
