- IVANA (9/5): Cozy and family welcoming property - Communication with the property was perfect. We liked the possibility of parking the car in the same building, the flat has everything necessary for a family stay, toaster, kettle, basic kitchen utensils, the beds were comfortable and the flat was warm enough. Normally the check in is quite late, 5pm. And the check out is quite early too. Which makes if a bit difficult for families. However, the property let us leave the car in the parking, so we managed it well.

It was a last minute booking, so eventually the room we had was on the first floor with windows to the wall of 'patio' and had some odd door that led to the some stairs down. Also cleaning needs improvement, as the glasses were with lipstick stains.

- Toby (1/5): Terrible stay - avoid at all costs - Location was ok but definitely not ski in ski out. everything else was inadequate I booked an apartment with a balcony which was listed on description and confirmation but on arrival there was no balcony! I complained to the on-site manager and I was told their apartments didn’t have balconies. I complained again but no suitable alternative was offered. Apartment was extremely hot - we were woken at 2.30am every morning to unbearable sauna like temperature in the bedrooms. The thermostat controls did not work. Hardly got any sleep in the entire stay. Terrible company that mislead their customers - they shouldn’t be listed on booking.com

- Carlos (8/5): Repetiremos, siempre y cuando lo cojamos a buen precio - Muy moderno, equipado y bien decorado. Cabe a destacar bañera, acceso directo de parking a apartamento, cocina bien equipada y calefacción bastante potente. Las camas y almohadas, esperaba que fueran de algo más de calidad, colchón del sofa cama muy mediocre y almohadas demasiado finas y con poco relleno.

Lo mejor el parking subterráneo para dejar el coche por las nevadas y el acceso a la habitación. No funcionaba la bañera hidromasaje ni tampoco la tostadora. La calefacción del salón tampoco. Se escuchaba bastante a los inquilinos de otras habitaciones (Portazos , televisión fuerte , entrada y salida de gente)

La ubicación Inmejorable, a 5 minutos andando a la plaza y con telesilla en la puerta también. Super limpio y bonito, equipado con todo( toallas sábanas jabones, secador ….la cocina tiene de todo incluso dejan sal, aceite, cápsulas de café…) La atención por parte de los recepcionistas FANTÁSTICA. Parking y taquillas en el mismo edificio Mejor que en las fotos !!!!! Volveremos SIEMPRE.

El apartamento es aún más bonito que en las fotos, con una decoración asombrosa, impecablemente limpio y con todos los detalles cuidados al máximo. La cama comodísima, la cocina súper equipada, y la decoración con un estilo que te hace sentir como en casa. La ubicación es ideal. Y el trato fue maravilloso, fueron amables, atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y hacer que tu estancia sea inolvidable. Como viajero desde México, me sentí completamente acogido y seguro. Sin duda, este lugar se lleva un 10 rotundo. No tengo dudas: ¡volveré!

- Elliott Upton (8/5): Excellent, really pleasantly surprised on all levels. - Really pleasantly surprised, excellent location, clean, modern, cosy apartment with enough space and can damn near ski to the door. Right by the mid way stop of the town lift. All in all very very impressed. And considering it's right beside El Lodge where they rip you off for a box room at 1k+ a night, this is an absolute no brainer. Not much to say here, I chose to leave early purely because the resort filled up like crazy on boxing day and the lifts were impossible. But the apartment, can't complain at all.
