Franco (7/5): - El apartamento se ve un poco diferente al de las fotos, en cuanto a la decoración. La ducha tiene poca presión a determinadas horas y no sale mucha agua. El aseo del apartamento podía mejorar un poco, especialmente en los utensilios de cocina. El apartamento es un poco retirado de la zona turística. El televisor no da a la cama.

Made en recepción es una gran persona, me hizo sentir definitivamente en casa, hemos ido a otros hoteles pero está chica de verdad un 20 en atención al cliente! Ciertos detalles del apartamento requieren de arreglos y mantenimientos aunque no afectan la comodidad se ve antiestético!

La persona que me atendió a todo decía que no antes de intentar solucionar algun inconveniente, no tenía para pago de tarjeta, no aceptanban dolares, después de aceptar los dolares no me quería darme el cambio en moneda local, la página incluía el taxi y el hotel no queria reconocerlo, después q me lo pidieron no le notificaron al taxista que ellos lo pagarían, asi que tuvimos que llamar al hotel desde el aeropuerto, la habitación daba a la calle y era extremadamente ruidosa. Creo que si me dan la habitación gratis, NO volvería.

TAMAYO DIAZ (10/5): agradecimiento. - Las Instalaciones del Hotel ecepcionales, los funcionarios siempre estan atentos a tus necesidades. Exelente lugar para estancias largas. La falta de lavadora en el alojamiento es un aspecto necesario y mas cuando la estancia es larga.
