• Michael (9/5): - We stayed with our two adult sons for 5 nights. This newer 3 story building has 3 bedrooms and 2 separate toilets and a shower room and was ideal for us. The kitchen living room area is on the second floor. While not expansive, it has adequate space, plenty of opening windows and offers good views of the quiet little local street. The kitchen was fine. My immediate thought when we got out of the taxi from Shinjuku Station was that we were too far removed from the action. After a short walk in the area we realised that we were only a couple of hundred meters from the main street and the more we explored the more we realised that we were in a great spot for us. There are close by 7/11s and Family Marts and bigger supermarkets 10 - 15 minutes walk away and the main street had plenty of restaurants to choose from. The main train station was a good 10 minute walk away which for us was not a problem and the walk was always interesting. We also enjoyed staying in the quiet suburban street and being able to watch the comings and goings. We felt safe walking around during the day and night. Check in and out details were received in a timely manner and the key in the key safe attached to the front door set up worked well (we discovered that there is a top and bottom lock!) We would happily stay there again :):)

• Hervé (9/5): Une très belle location avec un emplacement stratégique au centre de beaucoup de transport pour visiter facilement Tokyo - Maison entièrement pour nous. Style moderne donc tout est très propre et fonctionnel. Il manque des rideaux/volets dans une des chambres, donc il faisait jour à 5h du matin. Difficile de bien dormir.

• Sandra (9/5): - Good value for the money especially for families. Very convenient location close to shin-okubo station in Shinjuku area. Very quiet neighborhood and very clean facilities.
• rosie (10/5): - The house was well appointed for our group (two couples, two teenage boys), with the perfect bedding arrangement for the group. AC worked beautifully, and having a washer was amazing. It's not noted in the listing, but the washer also functions as a dryer. Also, the shower room turns into a dryer as well. So don't let the lack of a dryer listed dissuade you from booking! We had an issue with the Internet the first day or so, but the host was very responsive with getting someone out there three times until it was fixed. I loved that the house is just one stop from Shinjuku station for convenience, but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Tons of restaurants, convenience stores, etc nearby. Train station is about a 10 minute walk, but that doesn't bother us. I do wish that in the living room they were able to tuck in a small love seat for additional sitting. when the family was all together, half of us had to sit on the floor. There is an adjacent small dining table, but it's not conducive for sitting together playing cards or whatnot.
• Sara (10/5): Great location, great space, great value. - Great space, great location. For a family of four, this was an incredible value and much better than a cramped hotel. It was a life saver to have several metro stops -- and a 7-11-- just a few steps away.

• Andz (9/5): Great stay - Great location! Close to the lively neighborhood but at the same time the apartment is located on a very quiet street. Comfy beds, extremely clean, responsive host. The common area is pretty small. But I think that is the case is most apartments in Tokyo.

• Rachel (9/5): Superb - The house was clean and spacious for a family of five . The area was very quiet but still close enough to transport and shopping. It looks exactly like the photos . The blinds in all rooms were not block out and let in light day and night.

We stood in the rain for an hour to get into the property because door instructions were missing vital pieces of info, and the poeprry manager was unresponsive. Once we got in it was fine.

• Anonymous (9/5): Lovely stay, great location on its own, in the Nippon-Korean neighborhood, with plenty of konbinis around. However, was - The property is newly renovated and has all promised amenities! Really clean and nice-smelling space (so important!). Plentiful toilet paper and facial tissues also stocked. Laundry Machine was not washed and cleaned properly, so we had to do it ourselves. But owner kindly refunded us the cleaning fee. Truly apart from that small part, it was a pleasant stay. The other thing to take note is that the property is about a 10 min walk to the Shin Okubo station that connects to other parts of Tokyo.

• Xing (10/5): Excellent family house for Japan vacation. - The house was newly remodeled, it is perfect for family vacation. We love the Japanese bathroom and toilets. Host was quick in response. There’s a 711 in 2 minutes walk. Overall very pleasant stay. 10 minutes walk to the closet Subway station.
