• Neil (1/5): A dreadful experience. - Nothing. No house number given on any emails and no instructions on gaining access given. The phone number does not work and emails are not reply to. It is like a total scan. booking.com do not reply to my complaint. I couldn’t sleep there because of the incomplete address given. Speaking to Booking.com, they have the same details as me with no house number. Then they hung up on me. Beyond amateurish, absolutely appalling.
• Matt (1/5): This booking is a scam - Could not get into the property. The phone number to get pin to enter property number was invalid. I was told they would email pin to get into property they never did. I lost £202.50. Had to pay out for other accommodation. Don't book this.
• Hajjali (1/5): Bad - Booked it for emergency as my other accommodation fell through, the booking went through they took my money and nobody got in touch to share the full address, also the phone number they provided does not work! Now I'm down 200£ and its been3 days and I haven't been refunded. What a waste of time and money. Be careful booking this property Everytjinf about it

• Mikael (1/5): Bad - the one who rents the back room is not a good person, had an amazing first day/night very well received by Aline the lady that lives in the front bedroom, the next day as i was already in direct contact with who rented me daily the back room, i asked to pay directly to her account, but unfortunately had some problems on the side of the country where the money would come from and delayed a little the transfer, explained very well to her as we speak the same language, she started to order me to get out of there, i had already transfered to her and told her to check her account, and then i received a msg of return of the money as the details she passes didnt match, then she said she booked another woman by booking.com, with me inside, bathtub full of water waiting me, my cloths inside the washing machine, threatening me saying her brother was going there with the police, that she would report me to booking( by the way, she accepted to close the deal outside of the platform on second day), and all i asked for was a little of patience and empathy, as i was just kicked out of the flat i rented from a very good and close mate( at least i thought as he was robbing me), im dealing with depression and trying to stay strong and keep myself as much together as possible to continue and not give up. If I were to scam her, I would be very stupid since the app and she have all my personal data, name, transfers etc...i gave her satisfaction of every step and sent her print of my bank and hers having the issue with name on transaction, from my friend transfering me the noney and nothing from her... unfortunately as on a rush, upset, angry with this stupid atitude i didnt have time to leave everything organised(clean it continued from entering and time of going out) and i feel ashamed as Aline had such a warm heart, asking if i needed anything or oferring me to eat her own food(food is not included on price) and i just wanted to thank her,. comunication and trust
