• Jurgen (1/5): Avoid this place! (apartment B at Gran Via Urban Apartments) - What I liked about this property was leaving it. Leaving the mould, the smell, and entering the daylight. 1. The only window in this apartment -which is in the bedroom- opens into an air vent: this apartment does not have any daylight. 2. The bathroom is cramped and damp. 3. There are large patches of mould in the bedroom, and the whole apartment smells of it. 4. The light switch in the bedroom hangs loose. 5. There isn't a coffee machine in the kitchen, just a fake Bialetti (bring your own coffee). 6. Dishes from previous guests had not been cleaned properly. 7. There were holes in the bedsheets and in the towels. 8. The shower cannot be fully closed, so the floor gets wet. 9. I only received the code for the lock box after asking 3 times (after the indicated check in time). 10. Correspondence was in Spanish only, and Javier did not answer all messages.

La mampara de baño estaba rota, y no encajaba en la ducha, haciendo que el agua se saliera del.plato de ducha, las paredes llenas de rozaduras, la cama del dormitorio era tan grande que casi no quedaba pasillo entre la ventana y la cama, teniendo q moverse de lado. • Yeray (4/5): Lo salva la ubicación - Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación. Lo que no me gustó, es que las habitaciones estaban en la planta de abajo, muy complicado para acceder y más con maletas. Sin ventilación. Poco almacenamiento para poner la ropa. Conocimos con reformas en el edificio y todo el rato eran ruidos, polvo. Las paredes son muy finas. Debo imaginar que era un local y se aprovechó para vivienda, por como está ubicada la distribución del piso.

• Cristina (7/5): GRAN VIA A 2 MINUTI - La posizione è tra le migliori che possiate trovare. Praticamente su Gran Via e a pochi minuti dalle principali attrazioni La camera da letto senza finestre. La più piccola in particolare è davvero angusta e si respira poco. Se andate per pochi giorni e rimanete in camera solo per dormire, allora va bene. Se volete passare più tempo in casa, valutate bene. Inoltre le stanze sono seminterrate

• Tatiane (1/5): BAD EXPERIENCE! READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING - Well-equipped kitchen. Good shower. At no point was it mentioned that the rooms were located in the basement. To access them, you must go down a precarious staircase below ground level. To make matters worse, neither of the rooms had windows, and both had a strong moldy smell. There were no photos of the non-accessible staircase, nor any mention that the rooms were underground. A fan and air freshener had been installed to mask the smell, but it only made things worse—mixing the mold odor with an overpowering artificial scent. I traveled with my parents and my partner, and the stay was truly unpleasant. My father has asthma and couldn’t sleep in the room. We had to bring a mattress up to the living room—which also smelled of mold—so he could sleep on the floor. My partner has sinusitis and was unable to sleep at all for two nights. I also stayed in the moldy room and woke up coughing with a sore throat. I called the host to ask for a room change or even a cancellation due to the conditions. He said he could offer a non-basement room only for my father, or alternatively, he could mark on Booking that we were a “no-show,” which would allow for a full refund. I hesitated to accept the no-show option as it didn’t seem appropriate. Since Booking never responded to my urgent requests for support, I agreed to move my father to the other room. However, the host later claimed he had “lost” the code to unlock it—and that was it. I was not offered a mold-free room, the no-show was never marked, and I’m still waiting for a response from Booking. I strongly recommend you do not book this place if you want to avoid serious issues.
• Fabian (10/5): La mejor opción para un alojamiento en chueca. - Un alojamiento amplio, moderno, bien equipado, muy buena ubicación, muy cómodo. Durante nuestro Eurotrip pasamos por 3 alojamientos en Madrid y sin duda este fue el mejor. Un sistema de Check in fácil de ejecutar, comunicación rápida con el anfitrión. El departamento cumplía con todo lo que se ofrecía en la publicación e incluso más. La mejor opción en chueca para alojarse precio - calidad Todo excelente. Pero si podemos mencionar algo sería que al ser un loft la sala de estar, baño y cocina se encuentran en la planta baja y las habitaciones se encuentran en el piso -1 haciendo que no exista luz natural. Para nosotros no fue problema pero quizás para otros huéspedes sea importante saberlo.

• Alberto (10/5): Un espacio para sentirte como en casa - Súper céntrico y fácil de acceder , al estar en la primera planta es cómodo, las 2 habitaciones se agradecen en gran medida. El espacio de la sala , cocina es muy amplio y cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto.

Off on a side street so pretty quiet A little too “cosy” in the bathroom and bedroom. Very small quarters. I liked the washing machine but would have preferred a combo washer/dryer
