• alarcon (8/5): Buena ubicación - Excelente ubicación, todo limpio. Excelente precio calidad. Algunos inconvenientes con la chapa de la puerta del dormitorio, costaba abrir la puerta con la llave, pero es algo solucionable

• Tamara (2/5): Maximal für eine Nacht im Sommer - Die Lage ist gut Die ganze Baddecke ist mit Schimmel bedeckt, es gibt keine Heizung und die Decke ist sehr dünn. Zudem fällt der Inhalt aus dem kaputten Kissenbezug raus. ACHTUNG: auf Booking steht Check-in ohne Endzeit, es geht aber eigentlich nur bis 22Uhr. Das wurde am Abend meines Check-ins um 7Uhr mir mitgeteilt, ich bin mit dem Bus angereist und erst um halb 12 dort sein können. Auf die Frage, ob man eine Ausnahme machen kann oder man eine andere Lösung finden kann, kam einfach keine Antwort und war gezwungen ein anderes Hotel für die Nacht zu buchen (was entsprechend teuer war) Am nächsten Tag wurde sich nicht mal dafür entschuldigt…

• Kristina (8/5): Great location. - Great location for the centre of La Serena and the bus terminal. Lovely, quiet courtyard with beautiful plants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice touch.
