• Maria (9/5): Great place and location. Simply recommend it! - Great location! There is a parking spot just up front. The terrace is simply perfect. I didn’t like the option you get charger if leave before 8a.m in case you have an early flight or something. Could suggest a key box just to be more convenient.

• francoise (9/5): Très beau séjour - Petit appartement très bien équipé avec une super terrasse. Situé non loin du centre et des plages. Il y a de plus une petite supérette au pied de l’appartement. Lit grand et confortable, salle de bains spacieuse… Un arrêt des bus locaux est tout à côté ! Les personnes avec qui nous avons été en contact sont hyper sympas et francophones. Très beau séjour ! • h.m. (7/5): - Locatie is ok. Bed is goed. Balkon is ruim, maar na 15 uur geen zon meer. Binnen erg klein. Vervelende rioollucht.
• james (8/5): Enjoyed our 5 night stay - Comfortable bed. Good heating system for cold weather ( January). Washing machine and washing liquid. Patio area large and well furnished. Near to local shops. Great communication with owner & representatives. Early check in . Tiny kitchen.
• Andrea (7/5): Estancia poco cómoda - La terraza era estupenda, muy grande y cómoda. Lo mejor del piso es eso sin duda. La cama era bastante cómoda, y la ducha funcionaba muy bien. Para dos personas creemos que está bien, pero para 3 se queda pequeño. El barrio es algo peligroso, una noche presenciamos una pelea justo debajo del piso. El portal huele demasiado a marihuana, es asqueroso. La cocina era demasiado pequeña y los cubiertos y los platos, vasos, sartenes…estaban sucios.

• Edna (6/5): We had a good time in Torrevieja. - The apartment was fine for what we paid and the length of time we were there - 3 nights - everything was there that we needed. Communication with Sylvia was very positive and she was very helpful. The smell from the drains in the bathroom were overwhelming, at certain times you could smell them as soon as you entered the apartment, one night in particular it was very difficult to sleep in the room because of the close proximity to the bathroom. The link that we were sent to get to apartment was incorrect, took us to the supermarket round the corner, having said that we were able to quickly communicate with Sylvia and found the location.

• Sergio (5/5): No repetiria - La gran terraza que tiene. La limpieza, y la ubicación, puesto que se encuentra en un barrio conflictivo. Nada más llegar en el portal había un fuerte olor a marihuana que nos acompaño durante toda la estancia. Al siguiente de día observamos como se encontraban tapiando la puerta de una vivienda para evitar las ocupaciones.
• Mark (10/5): Perfect location and perfect stay. - This property is all about the outdoor space. A nice fairly bijou apartment inside,but you don’t come to Spain to sit indoors.The terrace is what it’s all about and it was perfect for what we wanted. The host was very good with quick response to any questions. No negative points at alll.

• Jantoxxx (10/5): Exceptional - Truly exceptional accommodation. You will find everything you need in the apartment. The apartment has a great location - you can easily reach anywhere you need on foot. The terrace is absolutely perfect. A big advantage is the small grocery store on the ground floor, where you can buy both food and cosmetics. We had no problem with parking - there is a small parking lot behind the building, but you can also park directly on the street. Wifi worked perfectly. We were very satisfied.
