• Hedi (1/5): A fuir! - Franchement? J’ai sympathisé avec un cafard à mon arrivé mais sinon rien! Une expérience à oublier. Le logement ne correspond pas aux photos : pas de draps, propreté douteuse, odeurs désagréables, fils électriques apparents qui traînent au sol et même une fuite d’eau dans la pièce. À notre arrivée, l’hôte a exigé un supplément de 40 € en liquide, totalement abusif. Booking a été prévenu, mais rien n’a été fait. Le séjour a été si inconfortable que nous avons dû réserver ailleurs à nos frais. C’est du vol organisé et je déconseille fortement à quiconque de réserver ici.
• Francesco (5/5): Valencia sotto tanti punti di vista! - La posizione era comoda al centro (torre di serrano) e alle stazioni del tram. Gli spazi dell’appartamento sono buoni ed il bagno ha la finestra. L’acqua calda funziona perfettamente così come la lavatrice e gli accessori della cucina. La pulizia, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani non erano paragonabili a quanto normalmente offerto dagli host professionali. Ad esempio per quattro persone vi erano 4 teli grandi, puliti ma macchiati, senza teli per le mani o altro. Noi avendo un lungo soggiorno ci siamo organizzati e tutto ok. Altra cosa, tutte le finestre sono senza vista esterna. Non senti il rumore delle auto ma non hai vista esterna. Host disponibile a risolvere tutto il necessario efficacemente, ma ha gestito tutto a distanza senza presentarsi fisicamente come spesso fanno gli host professionali.
• Frédéric (3/5): 14 jours laborieux - 3 chambres Vétusté de l’appartement. Évacuation douche difficile. Évacuation toilettes très difficile . Clim seulement par le nom .
• Abraham (4/5): Regular - Había aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores en todas las habitaciones. Los colchones estaban bien. Buena ubicación y tranquila. Saltan los plomos frecuentemente. No había jabón ni papel higiénico. Utensilios de cocina faltaban y algunos en mal estado. Sábanas y toallas sucias. Sillas en mal estado. Falta de enchufes.
• Beverly (9/5): Very nice for a family short vacation. - The apartment was well divided and also well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable!
• Mattia (4/5): Disappointing - The location is ok. It is close to the tram and to the city centre. Getting the keys is easy. The house is dark with windows only on the internal courtyard (which is not great!). Air conditioning is present in the living room only, there are large plastic bottles to collect the condensate which need to be emptied regularly, if not water spills out and the floor is all flooded (they didn't warned us, so learned it the hard way!). The furnitures are old, with beds not comfortable at all. No receipt was given at the end of the stay, despite multiple requests.
• Pilvi (7/5): Good - Good location, approximately 10-12 minutes walking from the centre. Apartment was clean, comfortable large beds in every bedroom. Car parking possibility was allowed in this apartment. Which, unfortunately, was not available. We spent almost an hour searching for a vacant parking space. No view at all, only to the small patio.

Just give a detailed information of the address we just had the street name but no number of the building and the flat no. Communication was not proper
