• Bruno (1/5): - Je devais avoir un autre appartement. Du fait a priori d'un incendie avant que je n'arrive, le propriétaire (ou le gestionnaire) m'avait promis qu'il me logerait dans un appartement aussi bien voir mieux. Au final, je suis arrivé le soir dans un appartement moins bien. J'ai dormi dans un canapé lit dans l'entrée pas agréable. L'installation dans la cuisine est dangereuse. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas... un mépris total des clients.

• Laura (10/5): Inmejorable ubicación con vistas! - La ubicación inmejorable al lado de la plaza de las tendillas , en pleno centro pero sin el ajetreo del casco viejo La casa super coqueta y práctica, camas cómodas y una terraza con vistas maravillosas!! Me gustó muchísimo todo ! Sí sugeriría poner un armario en la 2ª habitación ya que en estancias largas como la nuestra se agradecería poder colgar y guardar la ropa!

• Marc (9/5): Een aanrader om te verblijven - Mooi groot terras, goede bedden, alles heel schoon en wat nodig is ,is er ook. Kleine aanmerkingen zijn de kapotte zonneluifels, geen kussens voor bank en stoelen op terras en geen informatie boekje over de omheining/ restaurants en dergelijke. Maar dit woog verreweg niet op tegen wat er wel was.

• AichaB (4/5): Needs improvement - The king bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is great, close to historical areas and shopping streets. The apartment is at the terrace of the building which causes it to be cold in winter. When we entered, there was no electricity, they said they turned it off fearing weather conditions but they didn't reactivate the heating before we come, so apartment was freezing. There was a hole in the ceiling of the kitchen from which rain water leaked on the kitchen floor (see pictures). The frying pan was in a horrible state, impossible to use to fry an egg. The check-in was not flexible concerning time, we were ignored when we requested to check-in an hour before 3pm. Also, the codes and instructions were sent until 3pm after our message. Our impression was that the host is a neglecting one, no care for details and comfort of the guests. Towels are small to cover the body, no hair towels, one roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 2 days.

• Demeester (8/5): - L'appartement est très bien situé, juste à côté du vieux centre, près de magasins alimentaires ( aldi, dia ), de très bons restaurants ( la tabernas salinas, la taberna san Miguel " casa el pisto" ). Au niveau du logement, les lits sont bons, l'appartement est spacieux et propres. Le chauffage fonctionne bien (il faisait très froid quand nous y sommes allés) mais il y a des courants d'air au niveau de l'entrée, côté cuisine qui est froide. (Il y a une porte qui permet de séparer cet espace du reste du logement et de garder la chaleur dans les pièces de vie). Le parking est vraiment bien pratique et à côté du logement. Très bonne communication avec la personne responsable. Nous aurions aimé être informé des travaux importants qu'il y a juste derrière l'appartement. Il y avait énormément de bruits. Il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine ( saladier, des vrais essuies de vaisselle) et des produits comme du se,l du poivre....
• Antonia (10/5): Todo lo que quise hacer "a tiro de piedra " muy céntrico . - La ubicación buenísima, muy céntrico, una buena terraza con vistas , el piso bonito y limpio ,camas muy cómodas , párking Sevilla muy cerca , primero dejar el coche pq si no hay que dar mucha vuelta , el piso a cinco minutos.todo genial Se accede al piso con ascensor y se sale a un patio ,me dio un poco de angustia pensar que solo se podía acceder con el ascensor , luego descubrí que enfrente estaba una puerta que se accedía a las escaleras con las llaves de la portería,no había ninguna indicación al respecto,, pero a parte de eso todo bien .
• Stefan (10/5): Penthouse apartment in Cordoba - An outstanding apartment on a 3rd floor accessible by an elevator. It has a large terrace with excellent street views. The kitchen and the bathroom are very comfortable as are the beds. An excellent choice for a stay in Cordoba.

• Dominique (9/5): Bel emplacement - L'emplacement central idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied. Appartement confortable et lumineux, spacieux pour 4 personnes. Le propriétaire propose pour 15e par nuit une place de parking à moins de 100m de l'appartement. Mieux vaut avoir une petite voiture pour se garer facilement sur la place de parking du propriétaire mais cette place a l'avantage d'exister et c'est appréciable. Peu d'information pour l'arrivée et manque de réactivité du propriétaire aux messages mais dès qu'on a les coordonnées de sa mère alors tout va bien car elle est super réactive et elle habite le même immeuble 😀

• Mohaanaam (10/5): - Excelente estancia en el corazón de Córdoba El apartamento es muy bonito, cómodo y está perfectamente ubicado, a pocos minutos de la Mezquita y de los principales lugares de interés. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado. La terraza tiene unas vistas preciosas. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y amable. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí. Muy recomendable

Atico con vistas a la calle principal y con una terraza para disfrutar del solecito Camas cómodas, con salón amplio y cocina. El baño justo pero cumple su función El acceso es facilísimo y cuenta con ascensor. Jesús, el anfitrión, es muy top. Parking propio muy bien de precio Realmente nada.

• Rosemary (7/5): It was ok for a short stay - We were only there for one night just to break up the journey back to Portugal so we didn't really explore the neighbourhood. TThe lift was good. The apartment was ok for one night The living room was small and the patio furniture was tired. Driving around that area is a night mare because of some very narrow streets. Parking was impossible so we accepted the offer from the owner of a space in an underground carpark for €15 a night. unfortunately this was a short walk from the accommodation and we had some rather heavy luggage. If you drive by the property you have to do a 20 min detour to get back.

• Eduardo (10/5): Amazing location, near to supermarkets - Excellent location, very pleasant house, and it even has an elevator (useful if you have heavy luggage). The location is also close to supermarkets. The only issue (which isn’t too serious) is that when it’s very windy, the roof over the outdoor area shakes and makes some noise—just something to be aware of.

The apartment is only reachable by elevator (there was a door probably leading to stairs but it was locked), so in case of emergency i m not sure how someone could go downstairs without using the elevator.

It was an excellent location from which to explore Cordoba.

• Jorge (3/5): Poor - Communication was very poor from the owners. The central AC unit did not work, so one of the two rooms was uninhabitable.

The balcony was huge; more like a large elevated patio. There were two sets of balcony doors that we couldn't lock.

• Billy (10/5): If you are staying in Córdoba, this is good enough. - It is not a hotel but a full furnished apartment with two rooms. It has an environment where guests can cook and laundry. We washed them in a washing machine and dried them in the sun. It's location is also very good to walk to every tourist attractions. There are also some cheap and delicious tapas restaurants nearby. Hard to communicate without Spanish tongue.

The hosting could have been better - they were very nice, but not really "on the ball". Didn't answer our preliminary questions about entering the apt until the last minute, there were no written instructions in the apt about anything (wifi password, using equipment etc.), and there was trouble with the door (difficult lock and key) - which was not adressed.
• Klára (9/5): Great place - Beautiful apartment and location, a bit cold in winter but .must be amazing in summer with the huge terrace. Very comfortable beds, super private on the top floor. The shower door didn't close properly, inevitably leaving the floor soaking wet and very slippery.
