• Mohamed (7/5): - Hôte très réactif. Apparemment bien situé, au calme. Facile pour se garer. Il faisait froid dans la chambre et il n’y avait pas de chauffage.

• Jose (2/5): Habitación congelador - Hace mucho frío y la calefacción muy baja y encima de madrugada la quitan,, pasamos frío y mi mujer se levantó con dolor de garganta. No lo aconsejo a nadie personalmente no volveremos,,, también estaba sucio mucho polvo.La ducha tarda mucho el agua caliente y regularla ni te cuento.🥴🥴🥴👎👎

She explained in full detail all the facilities for the accommodation and places to dine out in the location. This is the home of our host and she has decorated and furnished the whole area of the suite we stayed in to a very high standard with quality furnishings. Sincere Congratulations Piedad, you have made your home beautiful in every respect. We hope that during our next visit to the area in February the accommodation will be available for us to book. We were sorry that we didn't see our host when we left as it was very early on the Sunday morning. We very much look forward to seeing you again. Sincerely Keith and Patricia Bright. • Jonathan (1/5): VERGÜENZA - Una vergüenza, me dejaron tirado fuera y no me abrieron tras tener que irme en ambulancia después de estar alojado un rato , encima la señora miente diciendo que yo quise dejar las llaves cuando me vino a recoger la ambulancia, cuando están de testigos los propios trabajadores de la ambulancia que me las quería llevar y ella insistió en que las dejara, y tuvieron que subir ellos a por mi ropa Una vergüenza, me dejaron tirado fuera y no me abrieron tras tener que irme en ambulancia después de estar alojado un rato , encima la señora miente diciendo que yo quise dejar las llaves cuando me vino a recoger la ambulancia, cuando están de testigos los propios trabajadores de la ambulancia que me las quería llevar y ella insistió en que las dejara, y tuvieron que subir ellos a por mi ropa

La literie très confortable Accueil agréable Très propre Un excellent rapport qualité prix Les points positifs prisent largement sur les points plus négatifs Absence de numéro dans la rue , un peu difficile à trouver. Absence de poubelle dans la chambre ou salle de bains Situé dans un bon quartier calme mais pas de restaurant à proximité .

Sitio tranquilo a las afueras del centro pero a tan solo 10 min del casco antiguo. Nos facilito un secador de pelo cuando se lo pedimos, atenta y disponible para lo que necesites.

• Un català pel món (9/5): Un lugar tranquilo, acogedor y agradable para pasar unos días - La tranquilidad, el entorno, la decoración y el espacio. Esta muy cerca de Pamplona (5 minutos en coche) y había aparcamiento gratuito delante. La anfitriona muy amable. Por la noche hacía un poco de frio y no pudimos poner la calefacción porque era centralizada y no pudimos localizar a la propietaria hasta el día siguiente. Si se pudiera regular desde la habitación misma hubiera sido perfecto.

• Skibinski (8/5): Great stay, would highly recommend for a comfortable, affordable option to stay in Pamplona. - The place was very easy to find and right opposite a bus stop to get into Pamplona Central very easily. The host was very welcoming and warm, and the room itself was spacious, comfortable and cosy. Toiletries were well stocked, had a sofa and day bed, a large wardrobe and a really quaint balcony overlooking the front garden. Would definitely recommend this to other people, especially if they're staying for an event at Castilla Gorraiz. A couple of really little things that would take it up to a 9-10 rating. There was an iron, but no ironing board in the room, and there was a kettle with no tea/coffee or anything to use it for. Some bits of the room were a little dirty, but only small areas.
• CATALINA (10/5): - Pues vi unos comentarios y pensé en buscar otro hotel, pero decidimos quedarnos y fenomenal, si se corresponde con lo publicado, Piedad encantadora, y el lugar muy bonito y muy cuidado, estuvo excelente, sobre todo una muy buena relación calidad precio. Volveremos!

Because of the heat we asked for extra bedlinnen, but there was an extra bed so we could sleep separate, which is considered. The very kind lady gave us cherries upon arrival. With google translate we communicate. You stay in their home, and it felt like home to us. Very welcoming! Parking in the street available. Some people might not like it to stay in someone's home, but we think this is a good way to see how people live and it much personal and welcoming. For us there was nothing we didn't like!

• Monica (4/5): - . Las fotos indican el acceso a lugares de la casa que no tuvimos. En todo caso, las fotos de la habitación muestran una cosa y luego es otra. Éramos 4 y al hacer el sofá cama, ya no quedaba lugar para caminar. No es de 4 personas. El sofá cama se hundía, imposible que duerma un adulto y mismo para los niños tampoco. El anuncio es poco claro . Las vistas al golf no son tal como uno las imagina, se ve verde enfrente...nada más. Tampoco me parece una casa " estilosa" son casas iguales en un mismo barrio, solo cambia el interior. A mí gusto demasiado objetos sin sentido que solo estorban.

• Liliia (7/5): - We stayed as a family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 (2 adults + 2 kids) during the holiday season 🎉, and this place fit our budget perfectly 💶. The accommodation is a room inside a house 🏡 — without a kitchen, but with everything basic you need: a private bathroom 🚿, a big sofa 🛋️, a bed 🛏️ and a fan 🌬️. Everything went smoothly 👍. For four people it felt a bit tight 🤏, but it’s definitely fine if you just need a place to sleep 😴 while spending your days exploring the city 🏙️. The free parking 🚙✅ and the bus stop nearby 🚏 were very convenient Overall, a good option for short stays 👌✨. The only minus ➖ was the strong smell of washing powder 🧺 on the bed linen, though others may not find it disturbing.

• Janette (1/5): Bad - Location was great, good, regular bus service into Pamploma The suite we booked and that was in our confirmation is not the room we were given. We were given a small attic room with a shower room next door. There was no terrace or balcony, desk, sofa, fridge or many of the other items that were included in our confirmation. It was not the room we booked and paid for. No other rooms available. Emailed and messaged Booking.com numerous times and telephoned. Was put on hold for 24 mins then the call handler was gone. We had no choice but to stay in this totally unsuitable accommodation after wasting half of our two day stay trying to sort it. Other concerns, there were only 2 sockets and an extension lead which sparked when we used it. One socket had to be used for light as the main light did not work. The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable & no cups for coffee or a socket to plug the kettle in.

It’s hard to make out what you are getting by looking at the photos because there are pictures from different rooms. I was looking forward to the nice view, but we just got a view of the road. There was no hair dryer in the room even though it was listed in the facilities, we had to request one Shower looks nice but impractical, water everywhere after one shower and no shower gel
