Muy limpio y ordenado, excelente disposición de muebles y la cocina muy útil y práctica con todo lo que necesitas para cocinar. La ubicación es genial, cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas. The building is very neat, clean, and feels extremely secure with smart lock access, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The condo itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. Everything was organized and thoughtfully prepared, which shows great attention to detail.

• Catherine (10/5): The property was so relaxing, the access to the swimming pool and facilities was such a bonus. - The property was bright and welcoming. Great location to public transport, shops, cafes, restaurants, hockey stadium and Science Centre. Facilities on the property were a bonus.

• Ana veronica (8/5): - Los extras como spa sauna, cafetera. Que solo den una llave cuando el.mando es necesario para todas las instalaciones, que haya una cámara en la entrada es un poco invasivo.
• Vickey95 (8/5): - - Cleanliness. - Modern appliances, especially the washer/dryer is state of the art. - The apartment is fully equipped. From umbrellas, ironimg board, to the fully equipped kitchen. - Bed has a very soft memory foam that is not easily removable. Felt rather uncomfortable and hot. - Noise from the street. The skytrain didn't really bother us, but heavy trucks and other loud traffic on the streets are very much heard in the bedroom. - The gym is tiny. The sauna is nice and clean, but doesn't get very hot. Max setting is 85°C, but the thermometer is right above the electric stove!

• Kate (6/5): Non responsive check in nightmare but aftwerwards apartment was nice - The apartment had free parking and was easy to find. Nicely located walking distance from all the things in downtown. Apartment is spacious and shower was nice and hot and clean. The guy sent me the wrong check in information for an apartment already occupied and didn't respond to me for HOURS I was waiting like 6 hours for a response from him after texting/calling/emailing. It was a nightmare. There is a camera inside the apartment, albeit pointing only at the door but still creepy and who knows if it has a mic in or not ?! Bed was on the small side. Kept bumping into each other. I'm not sure if there was something special on that weekend but it was so expensive for just 3 nights! The most expensive place I stayed in my 3 week trip in Canada.

• Maria Isabel (6/5): For couple not going out is ok - Me gustó la chimenea artificial y la cocina. El sofá es cómodo y crea una buena atmósfera. Justo desde la ventana puedes ver y oír hasta altas horas por la noche el tren pasar. El apartamento está muy cerca de la calle donde se ponen todos los vagabundos, algunos locales dicen que es de las zonas más desagradables de Vancouver. Una pena porque el apartamento es bonito. Otra cosa que no me gustó es la hendidura de la cama. Al acostarme me di cuenta que el colchón estaba hundido, no tenía suficiente fuerte para darle la vuelta y dormí del otro lado del colchón.
• Flemming (7/5): Good - Good info regarding check in and out. Limited entry to building for residents and private parking spot.. Dishwasher, washer/dryer is very convenient. Location close to downtown, station and water taxis. Surroundings a bit noisy, traffic, trains and guests to sports events and concerts nearby. Number 2 bed (extendable sofa) is not comfy for more than one grownup/youngster, but will do for 2 small kids.
• Linda (9/5): Superb - Easily accessible to transportation and near local attractions. The train runs late and is very loud.
• Matthew (8/5): Very good - Convenient location if you want to be downtown or near the Stadiums. Good secure car parking. Comfortable main bed. Well appointed kitchen. Be aware it can be noisy, particularly the sky train but we expected it so it didn’t bother us. The bed in the living room is just a futon rather than a pull out bed but was fine for our 2 small kids.

• Littlefair (9/5): Comfortable apartment - The apartment was as the pictures show. Comfortable for a couple. Good home base location for site seeing. Accessing the building was initially confusing, however that might have been to do with our jet lag. Instructions for using the shower would have been helpful on arrival. We did figure it out eventually.
• Claire (9/5): Comfortable, well-equipped & stylish apartment close to station. - Comfortable, practical and secure apartment in convenient location close to Skytrain station. Easy walk to downtown Vancouver and restaurants and bars nearby. Very attentive host who helped us figure out how to work the shower! Super pool and gym. Some may find proximity to Skytrain rail intrusive but the advantage is that the station entrance is 5mins walk from the apartment.
• Martin (9/5): Superb - Nice clean spacious apartment with all the facilities we needed. It’s close to the trains but the noise didn’t really bother us.
• Nicole (9/5): Superb - Excellent location for exploring Vancouver by car, on foot, by train and by ferry. We appreciated all of the amenities (parking, laundry, pool, etc.). The train and traffic noise were quite loud at times.
• Jessica (10/5): The location is great! The apartment building is also a safe place for solo female travelers. - Perfect located. Friendly conversations before, during and after. The apartment was very clean. Lot’s of towels and a fully stocked bathroom.
• Dana (8/5): Very good - Very smooth check in/out, great location and the amenities include a nice hot tub, pool, sauna and gym - and free garage parking! Very clean and great value, especially since pet-friendly places are hard to find. It can be a bit noisy with the skytrain and any concerts/games at Roger’s arena across the street, but it didn’t affect our experience. The light in the bedroom does not work.
