• Julie (9/5): Perfect place to stay in this incredible city! - Quiet location. Great local vibe, out of touristy areas but easy access to everything (we happy to walk). Property was well appointed, good size and tastefully decorated. The actual apartment (once we were inside the door/gate) was incredibly difficult to find (in a well-hidden courtyard) which was not an encouraging start especially as we arrived late and there was no-one to ask. Suggest you give more detailed instructions (this was a shame because all other communications were really excellent!)

• Ligita (8/5): Nice and comfortable stay - The apartment was comfortable and well located. Easy check in and check out. Living room would benefit from some extra cleaning especially sofa and carpet.

• norhazwani (10/5): Everything was perfect and the check in and communication system was efficient! - The apartment was perfect! Everything was complete! The beds were comfortable. Easy access to the city center. Instructions given by the host clear and easy to navigate. Only the keys to access main door quite difficult to open as the key always stucked.

• Karo (10/5): great for a city-break or a sightseeing visit - very convenient for more than 2 people, separate bedrooms with comfortable beds and a living room where you can enjoy your meals and spend time. fully equipped kitchen, with a coffee machine and dishwasher and a washing machine - as a great plus. not for people who have a problems walking, as the access to apt takes walking inside and up the premises, there is a lift but before you get there, you need to walk inside the courtyard.

O ar condicionado funcionou maravilhosamente e as camas e o sofá cama eram muito confortáveis. O bairro muito calmo e a vizinhança tranquila! A localização é muito prática para chegar aos locais mais importantes, mesmo a pé, fácil para o centro de Sevilha como para chegar à Isla Mágica. A Alameda Hércules a 5 minutos a pé tem restaurantes e parques infantis para os mais pequenos. Para perfeição só faltava mesmo uma piscina! 😅 Recomendo e contamos voltar! • Elaine (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and clean. It was in a good location with bars and restaurants only 5 minutes away. The main attraction of the cathedral and Alcazar were a 20 minute walk. We had a bit of a blip with the remote control for the fans in the bedroom and lights, the remote in my room also turned the lights and fan on and off in the other room.

• Fernanda (8/5): Great apartment - The apartment had everything necessary. Facilities were great, two comfortable bedrooms and a good bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, also with coffee capsules for the machine. We were in 3 people and all was very comfortable. The structure of the apartment unfortunately had some trouble holding the AC. If on for more than one hour, the electrical switch would fall down and we would have to turn it back on in the junction box. This made things a bit difficult, particularly considering that our stay coincided with 3 days in a row of a 41 degree weather in Seville. Also, the apartment is not very well isolated so neighbours noises like moving chairs, talking or closing doors sound like they are coming from inside our own apartment.
• Pauline (9/5): We had an enjoyable time. Communication with staff by phone was easy. - Immaculate. Attractively decorated. All amenities provided. Air conditioning worked efficiently. Easy walk to historic centre. Restaurants very close by. Short walk to a supermarket. We arrived after 8.30 pm, apparently the last time of day we could be met, so had to go to another property to collect keys! We got our taxi to drop us at that property. It was dark and had to negotiate streets back to Santa Ana. The keys were necessary for a wooden door and a metal gate. The keys were difficult and inefficient in the metal gate. Thankfully we had a torch. Power at the property dipped in and out but remained on.

• Plamen (10/5): Great apartment in a very convenient and quiet neighborhood. Very attentive and responsible host. - Amazing, clean and tidy apartment, top location in a very central but quiet neighborhood. All the sights in the center are close by, as well as public transport stops. There is also a place nearby in the neighborhood to leave your luggage if needed. The host responded immediately to all our messages and helped us in various situations. I highly recommend it! There is nothing to complain about :)

Maria was a great host and was waiting for us on arri - The apartment is nicely furnished and had everything you needed. The location is good, near lots of restaurants and bars. Only minor details. It’s a lovely apartment.

• Carrieanna (4/5): Wouldn't stay again - Comfy beds Spacious Good location Problem with lights intermitently going off when we arrived. Draws in bathroom broken.After many messages, no one came to fix either. Loud music on Saturday night /Sunday morning 2am to 6am....no sleep all night.
• Daniel (10/5): A great stay in a lovely apartment with great staff and a fantastic location - The flat is in a beautiful building in San Lorenzo, which is a lovely district within Sevilla's old town near to some great restaurant and bars. All the staff we dealt with were lovely and super helpful - particularly María who showed us round. Inside the appartment was spotlessly clean and the wifi very reliable - I couldn't ask for more. Nothing - everything was perfect.

• Zahra (6/5): I would not recommend a 4 night stay at Seville. It takes 2 nights three days to see the whole of Seville and have a goo - It was a clean property as mentioned on booking.com. Clean sheets, clean towels clean bathroom. I didn’t like the location which was amongst other residential apartments. Some neighbours were quite loud at times and the noise could be heard. I didn’t like the customer service once I was in the apartment. I raised an issue with the shutter and no one turned up to repair. On the 4th day our AC stopped working completely. I emailed/ text for a possible extension on the last day no body responded. The number provided for texting for selective. They would reply when it suited them. The surrounding area was buzzing in the evenings especially if you are into partying and drinking!
• John (3/5): Wouldn't stay at the apartment again - The location of the apartment in the old town was convenient with many good eateries round about. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean. The soundproofing of the apartment was poor and one night we had to listen to music until 5 30 in the morning. You can hear chairs scraping and water running from other apartments. The living room sofa and carpet could do with a good clean or replacement.
• Kirstin (9/5): Comfortable place to rest up during a busy trip. - It was spacious, clean and comfortable, and close to cafes and restaurants. We had everything we needed for our stay There were a few problems with the air conditioning turning itself off at the switchboard intermittently.
• Lauren (10/5): Great Seville property! - The location of this property was very good. It's based in a residential area which meant that there was not a lot of noise in the evenings. We were about a 20 minute walk from some of the main attractions which was great, and there were a number of good restaurants/cafes nearby which we appreciated.
• Gl (9/5): Superb - -- big and bright apartment in a quiet residential area, spacious bathroom and full kitchen -- many eateries nearby. About 10 min easy walk to shopping, Las setas, and bus stops -- friendly and responsive staff. -- the electricity supply seems unstable. Sometimes the light will blink. The aircon switch off intermittently. But the staff were fast to react and send a technician to help within an hour. Would recommend this apartment for family too as it has 2 bedrooms. Both beds are comfortable

It was very kind of them to let us check in after hours but we couldn’t have done it without those instructions, they were so amazing! Really appreciated the effort that went into making them!! Can’t thank you enough. 🙏🏼 No complaints.
