• Catherine (10/5): Would definitely return! - The hostess Chiara went over and above to make our stay wonderful. There was a transport strike, and she spent much time trying to arrange transport for us. Wonderful home from home! Location fantastic!
• Nicole (10/5): Great stay - We only stayed 1 night, wish it was longer. It’s a shared bathroom but no one else was there so we had the place to ourselves. The host was great to communicate with, she was very helpful when I had questions about the airport and we got a guide about spots around Venice. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Great place.

• Robert (10/5): Overall a good insight into how the locals live and cope with rising waters. Was our favourite place to visit out of Rom - Close to train station you arrive at. Close to the main sightseeing locations. Surrounded by loads and loads of good eating places. We knew there was no laundry facility, but close by is a self service reasonably priced laundromat. Host was very pleasant, met us once we arrived, air conditioning and build of accommodation meant it was cool from the oppressive heat. Close to superette. Comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen if you wanted to eat in. No issues for us.

Location is superb - quiet yet literally a minutes walk from beautiful architecture, restaurants and bars. The host Chaira welcomed us on arrival and shared helpful information about the property and the surrounding area. We couldn't have wished for more. Nothing - all excellent.

We were allowed to check in early with our two young children which we were grateful for. Nothing really. Owner originally tried to charge us more for the city tax so I’d double check before paying.

The apartment has a perfect location in immediate proximity to key places of interest for us such as Scuola Grande di San Rocco, and close to very good restaurants & bars. It's very clean and has all necessary appliances. The host, Chiara, has been very welcoming and shared important information and recommendations for our stay in Venice.

• Louis (7/5): Good place in Venice - There was plenty of space in the 2 bedroom apartment. The view of the garden was nice. The location was good. The apartment is dated, and the paint is chipping off the walls in a couple of locations. The door has multiple locks, but mostly for the that doesn't open. It would be good to reinforce the top of the opening door. We did feel safe throughout our visit.

• Jennifer (10/5): Lovely apartment just off a ‘main’ thoroughfare - Very convenient location. Away from the main tourist areas. Close to supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies. Ground level, so no stairs required. Clean and comfortable, plenty of room to spread out. Lovely view of the secret garden 🪴
• Sakshi (10/5): Exceptional - It is a beautiful property at amazing location. Kitchen is very well equipped along with crockery. Only thing we didn't like was there were two single beds joined instead on one double bed which made it little uncomfortable. But no big deal. It was manageable.

• Penny (9/5): Great location, great apartment. - We particularly loved the wonderful location just off the hustle and bustle of the square with the beautiful church, lively bars, cafes and shops, but tucked away in a little street that is so quiet and peaceful. We also loved the easy access on the ground floor, the spacious living room, the views out to the garden so we could see green space and the sky, the typical charming tiled floor and the good shower! But actually, everything was great, and Chiara, the owner, was friendly, helpful, communicative, and easy to contact. Our only small suggestion would be to put a mattress topper on the double bed to soften it a little. But this didn't stop us from sleeping well - just our preference.

• Thefinn (10/5): Great apartment in a great area - In a lovely quiet calle just next to the Frari, and two minutes walk from the unmissable San Pantalon, this apartment is situated in a delightful place. Communication with the owner was excellent, with clear instructions on how to get in and about all the facilities sent before arrival. The bed was very comfortable (and I'm quite fussy!) and we slept really well. Plenty of storage. Mozzy killers were provided and we had no issues (again - have had bitey issues on last few Venice summer visits, but not this time). Kitchen and living room facilities were great (even a selection of Moka sizes, depending on your coffee requirements. The other room with twin beds looked ok too, but we didn't use it. Everything was clean, good shower, good linen. All in all a great place to stay that we'll more than likely use again.
