• Saddam (10/5): - The hotel is very good and very close to the old market; everything you could want is within 300 meters. The owner is a very kind and helpful woman. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going on vacation or tourism because it's close to everything, and you'll have an excellent stay, especially considering its affordability and proximity to all amenities. The great thing is that the hotel owner is very kind, and the hotel is very close to the old city, with everything within easy reach. The hotel is quiet, and I recommend it to anyone with a moderate budget. This hotel is specifically designed for people with average means because it doesn't have major amenities like an elevator or a private bathroom; the bathroom is shared, but the room is private. For this reason, its prices are suitable for people with limited incomes.

• Melina (6/5): - Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, joka teki olostani tervetulleen. Loistava sijainti, edullinen hinta ja ihan siisti. Keittiö yhteiskäytössä. Pimentävät verhot olisivat hyvä lisä huoneen ikkunoihin ja parempi lämmitys huoneeseen, yöt olivat kylmiä.

• Fizulli (10/5): Хороший номер за свою цену - Расположение рядом с знаменитым фонтаном Себиль, 5 остановок на трамвае номер 5 до авто вокзала и железнодорожного вокзала, у меня завтрак не был включен, но на 1 этаже была кухня и были все принадлежности включая электрочайник Это не существенно, но было бы лучше, если электрочайник был бы в номере...крышка унитаза была поломана, нужно менять

The host is unpleasant and unprofessional - it was only 10 minutes walk from the central nothing else was good The entire flat was of very low quality The bed was very dirty and disgusting, full of hair and food crumbs The door handle for the main was broken, and it would just fall off The owners would sit all day smoking and playing very loud music from morning to evening The toilet was of poor quality and often dirty The kitchen was horrible, nothing was provided The owner changed the garage door randomly and didn't inform the guests and didn't offer the new keys- I was then locked out for 12 hours until the owner woke up and manually opened the main door. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend staying here

• Paola (9/5): Esperienza positiva. - Posizione ottima in zona vicino al centro e molto silenziosa. Camera grande e luminisa. Letto comodo. Wifi efficiente. Disponibilità dell'host che ha subito provveduto a quanto chiedevo( una stufetta per il bagno e un asciugamano per la doccia) C'è una cucina a disposizione. Poichè c'è un bollitore per caffè o tisane sarebbe comodo poter avere a disposizione anche bicchieri o tazze e tazzine che invece mancavano.

• Aksana (10/5): - Старый боснийский дом рядом с центром.Дешевле не найдете .До Башчаршии 5-7 минут,там кафе,магазины,обменники.Удобные кровати,есть кухня,общая ванная комната.Нет смысла писать об удобствах апартаментов,которые стоят 20 евро в сутки и находятся в самом историческом центре города.Хотите чего-то лучшего– не возмущайтесь,снимите за 100.Это обычная цена для этого района.Девушка хозяйка очень милая и услужливая,всегда была на связи и помогала,это дорогого стоит.От души рекомендуем! Мы снимали двухместный номер с балконом на 2 этаже,под нами было место для курения.Весь дым постоянно шел в наш номер.Родителям с детьми будет некомфортно.

• Ioannis (9/5): Smooth stay, affordable accomodation - Central location, a few minutes walk from the heart of the Old City of Sarajevo, in a quiet neighborhood with distinctive Turkish ambiance/flavor. Spacious, tastefully decorated room, clean toilets/bathrooms, extremely functional and well-equipped kitchen, which I used extensively. Dijana, the owner of the establishment, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended, competitively priced accomodation, would stay there again with pleasure. Initial communication failure with the owner upon my arrival quickly and amicably resolved.

• Adela (8/5): Great place to stay in Sarajevo - Great location in Sarajevo, close to a lot of sights and nice places to eat. It felt cozy and we even got a room with balcony which was lovely since the view was very nice. Friendly and welcoming owner, felt very safe. Room was easily kept cold even though there is no aircon - we always felt comfortable. The kitchen was very dirty - could need a clean and some extra utensils. Toilet paper was often missing.

Friendly owners and the room was super lovely with a balcony. Would definitely recommend! We had some issues with our key and opening the front door but the owners were really great adapting so that we were never locked out. So no problems!!

But I don’t care because the places very good and statisfied
• Shanshan (6/5): Basic facilities, clean enough, easy to get to the centre to explore the city. - There were two showers/bathrooms for several rooms. The shower was hot, and generally I did not need to wait. The location was very convenient. The room was warm. The lady at the property was very helpful. I couldn’t use kitchen as the facilities didn’t work (couldn’t boil water for tea, and the fridge was broken). There were people smoking inside the house so the corridor was full of smoke/smell. The heating was not adjustable so it could be quite warm.

Being close to everything made exploring a breeze, and the host's hospitality added a cool, welcoming touch to the whole experience. • Martha (7/5): Good - Great location! And Kerim is a great host. The bathrooms and the kitchen are shared with the other guests. Unfortunately other guests were smoking in the kitchen… A part from that everything was great!

• Berenika (5/5): Passable - The location was very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town, it just couldn't be better. The host of the place is very kind and welcoming. It's easy to contact him and arrange things. The apartment has all the equipment needed. Unfortunately our room and bathrooms had a bad smell. We haven't felt comfortable to sleep on the beds and we tried to stay in the room as little as possible. The bathrooms were dirty to an extend they it felt repulsive to use them. It's such a pity since the host, location and equipment was really all you can wish for. The price is super competitive but for me cleanliness is a must no matter the price. I really hope the host will work on that and the apartment will flourish.
