• Timothy (7/5): Lovely house but host unreasonable . - Wonderful location and spacious and airy The owner was irate because we moved 2 side tables to barricade the dangerous electrical cords from our baby and moved a chair for my disabled family member but did not put them back exactly as we had found them . She was also furious because we swopped the linen around because some guests found the heavy duvets too hot for Perth summer . I did not think it necessary to make all beds as we found them, assuming in any good establishment all linen would be washed before it is re used. I had purchased cups with handles for my disabled family member and left them on the counter for housekeeping to see and was rebuked for not putting them away. I left some pantry items for future guests but that too caused offence. Sadly I left my grandchild’s Christmas gift on departure and this was labelled as junk left on the table. I think the owner was offended because I said the home needed some attention…..the BBQ was filthy, oven grubby and pots and dishes scalded black. So in return I received an irate message condoning all the things we had done when in fact they were done with good intentions. We had a lovely stay in Perth , a family reunion with family from all over the world. The attitude of the owner was a sour note when we had legitimate reason for complaint. So I tried to not let her irate message spoil the stay. Even though the house is lovely I would not stay there again .

• Keith (8/5): Expensive for 4 weeks but it was tidt and felt new and was very clean - It was secure and well furnished and decorated and clean Couldn’t unlock the dining room glass doors that exited onto the back patio. The cups didn’t have handles so had to buy some as they weee too hot when filled.
• Ralph (10/5): We had a great stay in Karrinyup. Beachy Vibes is a short drive from the shopping mall and from Trigg Beach. The beach i - Spacious, immaculately clean and in a perfect location for our needs. The house was fully equipped for self catering including a very good BBQ. The car could also be parked in the garage which was another plus. We will be looking to stay at Beachy Vibes again on our next visit to Karrinyup. Couldn’t fault the house. Chris was also very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. Nothing.

• Madison (10/5): Fantastic, will definitely stay again and recommend to friends. - Beautiful property, 2 min walk to Karrinyup shopping centre. In immaculate condition and has everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. Nothing.
• Rob (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent big clean house close to everything good in Perth. I’ll definitely be using this place again.
