• Mari Carmen (1/5): PELIGRO SANITARIO: Humedades, moho y desamparo total (Embarazada y bebé)" - Nada Insalubridad: El apartamento tiene humedades estructurales graves y moho que causaron problemas respiratorios en mi bebé y en mí (estando embarazada). • Negligencia: Intentaron solucionar un riesgo biológico ofreciéndonos un ambientador a las . • Realojo inviable: Como alternativa, a las 19.00 nos ofrecieron un 3º piso sin ascensor y cambiar cuna, maletas , carro a la bebé y nosotros mismos a pie hasta ese piso,algo inaceptable para nuestra situación ( reconocido por ellos mismos , pero es lo que tenían nos dijeron) • Abandono nocturno: A las 20:30h nos dijeron que la única opción era dejar el apartamento, dejándonos en la calle de noche, sin alojamiento y sin devolvernos el dinero en el acto para poder costear otro hotel ( el cual ya nos ingresarían en días ) • Gestión pésima: Instalaciones deficientes (aire acondicionado roto y pérdida de agua en el WC) y una atención al cliente inexistente que incumple sus propios plazos de respuesta.

Muy buena ubicación Se debe coordinar con alguien para la entrada al apartamento, te preguntan horario de llegada con anticipación y a veces no es fácil la coordinación, tuvimos problemas para conseguir taxi desde la estación por ser un dia feriado, y terminamos caminando. De todas formas pudimos coordinar y solo tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos en la puerta. Tal vez seria mas cómodo otro método

The nearby parking was convenient, and despite being in the center, the apartment itself was quiet. We were given a ground-floor apartment, and there was a noticeable smell of dampness and humidity. The outdoor sitting area was not inviting at all, and there was a garbage container directly outside one of the bedroom windows.

• Guenter (10/5): Beautiful comfortable convenient located apartment. - Beautiful newly renovated apartment. Comfortable beds. The location was perfect right in the center in walking distance of shopping and pedestrian zones. It was cold and the heating from the air condition unit did not give up much heat.

Los aires acondicionados no funcionan como deberían, ni poniéndolos a 30 grados eran capaces de calentar las estancias. La entrega de llaves se retrasó(aún habiendo avisado de nuestra hora de llegada), menos mal que una chica de la limpieza(muy amable por cierto) nos pudo abrir. Si no hubiese sido así hubiéramos estado esperando casi 1 hora con dos personas mayores, una niña y un bebé.

• Carmen (9/5): Visita a Granada - Muy bonita la decoración, el trato de la chica que nos atendió fantástica, la limpieza y la ubicación... Todo genial. Muy silencioso y las camas muy cómodas. Justo al lado del mercado y la catedral. La cocina toda equipada y todo nuevo, lavadora, lavavajillas, nevera,.... Muy acogedor para ir en familia o con amigos. Habíamos pedido dos habitaciones con dos camas separadas en cada una de ellas, pero una era de matrimonio, con lo cual una persona durmió en el sofá. Lo malo era que no pudimos abrirlo y se tuvo que dormir en él sin abrirlo, siendo más incómodo. Como éramos 4 personas, hubiera sido más práctico 2 baños.

La ducha tenía una fuga que no pudieron arreglar durante la estancia y ocasionó una molestia importante. Con gran humedad en el baño y perdiendo muchísima agua.

La fuite au niveau du plafond (coin cuisine & couloir escalier). Difficile de s'imaginer cuisiner sous les gouttes d'eau... Pas avertis lors de notre arrivée même si apparemment la personne qui nous a accueilli était au courant ! Très humide dans une des chambres, appartement assez froid fin décembre malgré la climatisation. Les portes de la douche ne ferment pas bien.

En las fotos ocultan que para acceder al dormitorio tiene escaleras( adjunto foto), con el peligro para los niños. El primer día el alojamiento estaba a 12 grados, íbamos con niños de tres y cuatro años. No volveremos seguro Nunca nos ha pasado algo así

Dos dormitorios con camas extra grandes y dos baños totalmente equipados. Cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario y aire acondicionado frío/calor en todas las estancias. Buena relación calidad/ubicación/precio. Apartamento muy coqueto. Nos han asignado un apartamento de minusválidos y el baño no tenía perchas para las toallas y la cortina de la ducha no deja espacio suficiente para ducharse sin que se te pegue al cuerpo. No le pondría muchas más pegas.

Excellent communication throughout stay thru WhatsApp. They were very understanding when we had an unfortunate mishap with a lamp. Overall quiet location as it's set back from road noise. Neighbors coming in can be a little loud and we unfortunately had construction work on the apartment below us from 9ish-5 the last 3 days of our stay, would have liked to have known beforehand. A/C and heat work well Plenty of hot water for showers. Washing machine and dishwasher with plenty of pods for use during stay. Kitchen fairly well equipped with dishware, etc. No microwave. Bedroom is small with a couple stairs down into the room (if mobility is an issue). Outside little terrace with no real views. Bathroom is in the bedroom so can be annoying with light getting turned on in middle of the night. Slight sewer smell as typical in older buildings. WiFi seemed solid. Bed was a little on the hard side for me but I was able to double up the extra duvet to pad it. Sofa bed couch as well. No place to prop feet up as the tables are not sturdy.

A gentileza de enviarem uma pessoa que falasse português foi um detalhe muito apreciado. Sobre o apartamento, estava muito bem decorado, equipado e limpo. Localização bastante central e encontramos um lugar ótimo e muito próximo para tomar café da manhã Não havia vaga de garagem disponível, e como estávamos com muitas malas foi um transtorno levá-las do estacionamento ao prédio. A escada para descer ao segundo quarto pode ser um problema para quem tem bastante mala. O fato de ter apenas um banheiro com chuveiro também é um ponto negativo para grupos grandes. No chuveiro, também faltava uma prateleira para colocar nosso shampoo, condicionador e sabonete. O box não fechava direito e muitas vezes molhava muito o banheiro. O colchão do sofá cama não é confortável para um adulto. A máquina de lavar roupas também poderia secar, já que não há muita ventilação

Watch out for leaving keys in the door ( apartment side) and locking yourself out! 70 euros to get back in! Best to have just one set of keys and not two. Or better still- a modern key card system.

J’ai trouvé le lit confortable. Malpropreté du plancher de la salle de bain (beaucoup de cheveux sur le plancher, poils de barbes autour des 2 lavabos), vaisselles malpropres et lave-vaisselle non-drainé ce qui a causé de l’eau stagnante et malodorante dans le fond du lave-vaisselle. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai communiqué avec le manager. On m’a dit qu’on enverrait quelqu’un et personne n’est venu! Le lendemain, j’ai parlé à l’équipe de ménage qui étaient un palier plus bas en train de nettoyer un appartement (ils étaient trois) et ils n’ont rien fait!

El alojamiento es muy bonito, decorado con gusto y muy cómodo, con dos habitaciones amplias y un baño impecable. Además, la ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de la ciudad a pie. Queremos destacar también la atención de la administradora, que fue majísima y se adaptó en todo momento a nuestras necesidades. Su amabilidad y disponibilidad hicieron que la experiencia fuera todavía mejor. ¡Totalmente recomendable

Stille I annonsen ble det lovet egen terrasse,men denne var innvendig, ganske trist plassert i et hjørne på svalegangen og uten utsikt. Leiligheten var i 2. etg, men et av soverommene var på bakkeplan. Man måtte gå ned en lang, innvendig trapp og det luktet fukt på rommet.

• Javier Paradela (9/5): Antigua casa centenaria en Granada con encanto y comodidades. - El piso se encuentra en un edificio antiguo, con suelos de mármol, columnas de madera y patios interiores con fuentes. A pesar de ser centenario está reformado con gusto y no le falta detalle. Es luminoso y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable; buena ducha, menaje, electrodomésticos, camas cómodas y está bien aislado del clima exterior. Es un gusto alojarse en lugares que tienen historia y encanto. Un gran acierto. Además está en pleno centro de Granada, con lo que en pocos minutos tienes los lugares de interés. No tenemos queja alguna, nos gustó todo.

L’isolation phonique pourrait être meilleure, le moindre bruit dans la rue ou dans la résidence ne passent pas aperçu. La luminosité est belle mais les fenêtres donnent sur la rue et le patio: si on veut de l’intimité, on se retrouve vite dans l’obscurité.

Incorrect listing of facilities. We specifically booked this apartment because the facilities listed included a washing machine. As we had already been in Spain for a week, with hand luggage only, this was a necessity! The apartment did not have a washing machine.

Podrían ponerle un seguro a la puerta del baño para tener un poco más de intimidad ya que se comparte entre dos habitaciones.
