• Cixi16 (8/5): Soggiorno nella normalità, staff cordiale e disponibile - Lo staff di questa struttura a Ikebukuro è stato davvero molto gentile e accogliente, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio durante il soggiorno. La camera era piccola, così come il bagno, ma sinceramente non ci aspettavamo qualcosa di diverso considerando gli standard di Tokyo, quindi sotto questo aspetto tutto in linea con le aspettative. L’unica nota negativa riguarda purtroppo la lavanderia. Ci era stato detto che fosse perfettamente funzionante, ma la lavatrice in realtà non ha lavato quasi per nulla: il detersivo avrebbe dovuto essere già incluso, ma i vestiti non sono usciti particolarmente puliti né profumati. Anche l’asciugatrice non è stata molto efficace: dopo un’ora e mezza i panni erano ancora umidi.

• Cathy (1/5): We arrived on time for check in but there was nobody there. We waited 1/2 hour before he rushed in with embarrassmen - Not much Very small. Not a 3 star hotel at all. More like a 2 star hotel.

• Christie (8/5): - Quiet rooms, easy commute to ikebukuro station. We didn't see staff at the desk very often but they were friendly and helpful when we needed them. One, very hard pillow, and unfortunately we didn't know north west ikebukuro is the red light district! But we still felt safe walking through the streets.

Hotel spartiate, le prix se justifie du coup pour la ville de Tokyo. Futon trop fin, on dort sur le sol : dure la nuit 😑. Cabine de douche, inclus WC, assez étroite. Pour une famille une nuit ça suffit !

• Kuangkai (9/5): Really convenient and great location and value - Location was great and the staff was very responsive. The room was a little small but that is Japan! Especially Tokyo. 😅

• Noémie (8/5): Great first night in Tokyo - We loved the Japanese style beds, it was a very comfy stay. The room is small but it was big enough for us. It had a mini fridge which was helpful. A short from Ikebukuro station, it was pretty convenient. They stored our luggage after check out. The room smelled a bit damp but we opened the window and it was fine.

• Jakub (9/5): - Very close to the Ikebukuro transportation hub and convenient stores. The room was clean and comfortable, there was an elevator and a simple shared seating area. The room could have been bigger, but good enough for a few days!

• Yvette (10/5): - Liegt zentral in Ikebukuro. Sunshine City war gut fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die U-Bahn. Man kommt überall sehr schnell hin. Konbini fußläufig erreichbar. Ich hatte im Zimmer alles was ich brauchte. Speziell das traditionell japanische Bett hat mir gefallen. Der Aufzug wurde nach meinen langen Touren zu meinem Freund 😀

• Syoyooo (5/5): - 此次入住經驗如下，提供給有需要的人參考。 旅館距離池袋站 C6 出口步行約 6 分鐘，地理位置便利。以附衛浴的雙人房來說，價格相較周邊同類型房型略低。周邊生活機能良好，步行約 2 分鐘可到 7-11，附近亦有多家便利商店、藥妝店、咖啡廳、餐廳、酒吧與居酒屋。 雖然周遭成人酒吧很多，晚上約 10 點步行回旅館時，整體環境感受尚可，未遇到拉客情形。 本次入住為兩位女性，選擇日式榻榻米雙人房。該房型原本是單人房改為雙人使用，整體空間偏小。房內使用的布團尺寸約為 98 × 188 cm，兩組布團完全鋪開後幾乎佔滿整個房間，只在側邊留下一條很窄的走道，寬度不到半張布團；走道旁就是浴室入口，另外還有一小塊區域可以放一個行李箱（詳細可參考房間平面圖）。 房間內設有一扇對外窗，尺寸不小，可以開窗通風。如果室內氣味較重，開窗會有幫助；早上也會有自然光照進來，讓整體空間看起來比較明亮。房內另有一台小冰箱，提供約 6～8 個衣架，並設有一張白色小桌子，上方擺放電視；浴室內則有浴缸可使用。 入住時房間的狀況明顯感受到潮濕氣味，同時伴隨排水孔的味道，房內也有幾隻蛾蚋（活得死的都有）。榻榻米上有一些碎屑，房間角落、牆邊，以及床鋪旁的牆角都能看到灰塵堆積。 住宿期間，第 4 天晚間浴室排水孔發生堵塞，我們當下傳訊息反映，第 5 天旅館有協助處理，回應與處理速度還算迅速。在這個過程中，我們也詢問是否有每日進行房間清潔，對方沒有直接回應，只表示入住前有進行清潔。 櫃檯有標示長住旅客在第 3 天會進行房間清潔，但這次入住直到第 6 天，才明顯感受到房間有被整理過，包括床單更換、地板毛髮清除，以及室內氣味明顯減少。另外有一個比較明確的細節是，我們平常會把睡衣放在枕頭上，並把布團對摺收納，以騰出空間；第 6 天清潔後，睡衣被移到一旁放置，布團也被重新整理，從這些變化可以看出當天有進行較完整的清潔。 服務方面，訂房頁面標示有中文服務人員，但從訂房到退房期間都沒有遇到可以使用中文溝通的工作人員。訊息回覆也全部是英文，即使傳送中文內容也沒有收到中文回應；透過 LINE 聯繫則完全沒有回覆。 入住時櫃檯人員只確認護照並提供鑰匙，沒有主動說明館內設施或使用方式，相關資訊需要透過牆面標示自行了解。退房則是自助方式，只需將鑰匙投入櫃檯的盒子即可完成。 館內有提供飲水機，位置在一樓大廳最內側，需要推開門到後方隔出的空間。旁邊有茶包與糖可以自行取用，但茶包並非單包裝，而是一大包多入，也沒有另外密封或收納。 洗衣設備位於地下室，只有一台洗衣機與一台烘乾機。洗衣機上有標示會自動加入洗劑，但旁邊又放了洗衣球，讓人很困惑。烘乾機內部可以看到很多棉絮堆積，且設定為低溫，實際使用時，即使是冬天較厚的衣物，烘乾一小時後仍然有部分是濕的。 另外觀察1 樓與 3 樓房間外原本的定員標示被黑膠帶覆蓋，1樓的表示有另外貼上「n+1」的標籤，是否符合當地規範無法確認。 櫃檯在中午之前是完全沒有人的狀態，白天時走廊燈、大廳燈以及空調也都沒有開啟。 整體來說，這間旅館在地點與價格上確實有優勢，周邊機能也很方便。是否適合入住，會取決於個人對住宿品質的需求與接受程度。

Aunque las toallas eran de re cambio diario, en toda nuestra instancia (8 días) no nos cambiaron las sábanas, pese a que lo solicitamos. El conserje no está en todo el día, sólo puedes ubicarlo en la noche.

También a pesar de poner el cartel de “limpieza de habitaciones” estuvimos 2 semanas sin tener sábanas limpias, nos cambiaban las toallas y estiraban la cama pero la sábana no la cambiaban.

• Albert (6/5): Decent value. - Good value. Rooms are cleaned daily. There's a small wardrobe area in the room. Rooms aren't sound proof. Anytime anyone used the microwave in the hall you can hear it. Any noise from the hallway and outside the hotel can be heard in the room. Any noise in the room can be heard in the hall. Cleaners that came in the morning, you can hear them through the doors. Drunken people outside can also be heard. The toilets are also small.

Haim (or Hame?) at the front desk was so lovely - he allowed us to store our bags securely at the hotel for a whole night after we’d checked out, just so we didn’t have to take them to Fuji for the one night we were there. Fantastic customer service. The wifi was pretty weak in the room.

• HsingTung (7/5): 房間內有獨立冷暖氣，能調整適合自己的室溫。離車站有一小段距離，位於比較安靜的區域，比起大馬路邊的飯店更加安靜。附近有大間的便利商店，半夜想吃點東西或是採購生活用品很方便。 - 住宿地點是離車站不會太遠，走路約10分鐘(包含等待紅綠燈等)能抵達，位於較安靜的區域，附近有便利商店很方便，冷暖氣能自己設定，房間算寬敞，這次是1樓的房間，有簡易衣架(非衣櫃式)能掛衣服。 ホテルは駅から10分ほどの距離で、静かなエリアにあります。すぐそこにコンビニがあり、必要なものが大体コンビニに揃ってあり、とても便利です。冷/暖房設定は部屋別できます。 房間內的椅子是塑膠椅，沒有把手或能抓的地方，移動時只能用拖行的會發出很大的聲響，隔壁房間移動椅子的時候也會聽的到，不確定其餘的隔音狀態，但整體而言房間很安靜，應該是只有椅子比較容易發出大聲響，如比較晚回到飯店不小心碰動到椅子就會擔心隔壁房間會不會覺得吵。 部屋内にある椅子はプラスチック製で、持ち手がなく、移動するたび大きい音が響きます。部屋自体は静かで快適ですが、椅子の音は隣の部屋まで聞こえるようで…ちょっと気になります。
