• Yulia (10/5): Super stay for small family! - We stayed with our small child. The location was very convenient with a Spar supermarket and the underground 3 mins walking distance. In the area there are cafes with good coffee and a playarea for children. The apartment was clean, warm and very comfortable bed. The host was excellent and very accommodating!
• Paula (1/5): Schlimmste Unterkunft überhaupt! Niewieder! - Nichts eine reine Katastrophe Alles war völlig verschmutzt und offensichtlich seit langer Zeit nicht mehr richtig gereinigt worden. An manchen Stellen sah es sogar so aus, als hätte dort monatelang niemand geputzt. Man fühlte sich überhaupt nicht wohl und entdeckte ständig neuen Dreck – egal wohin man schaute! Als wir uns schließlich beim Service beschwerten, wurden wir einfach ignoriert. Bis heute haben wir keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten!
• Adriana (10/5): Céntrico y acogedor - La ubicación es genial. Muy cerca del centro de Viena, son dos paradas en tren y ya estás en todo lo importante. Tienes dos paradas de tren muy cerca para ir a los diferentes sitios de la ciudad. A 3 minutos caminando tienes un Mc Donald’s y un Spar para comprar si lo necesitas. El barrio es muy seguro y muy tranquilo. Todo estaba muy limpio y se mantiene calentito para cuando viajas en esta época de Navidad. En todo momento estuvieron pendientes para ver si necesitábamos algo y si todo estaba yendo bien. Es muy fácil acceder y encontrar el apartamento. Lo recomiendo 100%. Por poner alguna pega, el suelo es muy frío. A pesar de que tiene calefacción y ellos durante el día lo conectan para que la vivienda se mantenga, por las noches se pasaba mucho frío porque por las ventanas se colaba, ya que no están bien selladas. Y otra cosa a tener en cuenta para las personas alérgicas es que hay MUCHO polvo. La limpieza es buena pero el polvo no lo limpian y nosotros nos despertábamos por las mañanas fatal…

• Cecilia (8/5): Bem localizado para visitar Viena - Boa Localizacao. A 15 minutos a pé do centro e a menos de 5 minitos da estacao de metro. Apartamento pequeno mas comfortavel e remodelado. O predio estava em obras. A porta exterior do predio era velha e não fechava bem o que causa alguma inseguranca quando chegavamos à noite por receio de que tivesse entrado alguem no predio.

La comunicación con el dueño no es fluida. Se publicitan diciendo alojamiento gratis para niños con cuna disponible, pero pocos días antes de nuestras llegada informaron de costo 8€ por noche por la cuna. Solicitamos hacer check in temprano a lo cual no respondieron. A nuestra llegada la ropa de cama estaba tendida encima del canto de la puerta.

• Jacob (10/5): - The kitchen was equiped with all we needed. The location was very good, right next to the underground station, restorants and groceries. The place was clean and well designed. The space was more like a hotel room with a large kitchen. There were a few stairs before the entranc, so it was a little challenging with the stroller.

• Denise (9/5): Excellent stay and friendly apartment owner - We received excellent assistance if we needed it. The apartment was really well equipped with modern appliances and very close to both the underground and the tram. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay again in the future. We weren't keen on our windows facing onto the building's trash bins, but this was solved by simply keeping the drapes closed

• Sian (9/5): Excellent location for conferences, generously sized studio and responsive host. - Perfect location for the Messe Wien conference centre, close to tube U2 and other transport links so very accessible. Generously sized studio. Has all you need; decent sized well equipped bathroom. Really responsive host who messaged extremely accurate instructions. The only thing to say is I was there in unusually warm September (30 degrees) and it stayed pretty warm at night. But there is a fan.

• Ivan (7/5): Good - Beautiful apartment and location Monday morning at 6:50am we woke up with the cleaning lady and a man, speaking VERY loud while cleaning the backyard of the building which is directly in the apartment. The water heater (no hot water in the shower) had a problem that we realised at 8:30pm Saturday night. We only got an answer the next day (Sunday at 7:30am).
• Marica (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean. Very spacious. Newly renovated and cozy There were men taking out the garbage very early in the morning and we were woken up and could hardly fall back asleep from the noise of the garbage cans being moved
• Marta (8/5): Very good - Amazing location, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. We were there with two children and everything was perfect. We missed a wardrobe or some kind of cabinet for our clothes. The hangers would have been sufficient if we were without kids.
