• Hans Frederick (5/5): - Die Lage, gutes Internet, die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von einer U-Bahn Haltestelle, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe auch gut. Altes Gebäude, die Wohnung ist nicht richtig gestattet, ein alter Fernseher keine Smart TV. Die Dachventilator in beiden Schlafzimmer funktionieren nicht.

• Birgit (1/5): - In einer Wohnung mit Schwarzschimmel im Wohnraum und im Bad hat uns nichts gefallen. Bei Betreten der Wohnung kam uns der Gestank von Schimmel entgegen. Im Wohnraum und im Bad war Schwarzschimmel deutlich sichtbar. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermietung und Booking.com, leider beides situativ nicht hilfreich, sind wir innerhalb von knapp einer Stunde abgereist und haben eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. Der Vermieter hat nach 2Tagen den Schimmel überstreichen lassen und war der Meinung, dass dies genügend sei.Die Schimmel Sporen sind in der Wohnung, somit ist es keine vermietbare Unterkunft. Ein Einsehen und Rücktritt von finanziellen Ansprüchen hat der Vermieter bis heute nicht erklärt.
• Jónsson (1/5): - La única cosa positiva de este apartamento es la ubicación: es céntrico y con buen acceso al metro. Lamentablemente, todo lo demás fue una experiencia muy negativa. La limpieza era claramente deficiente. Había polvo visible, los cristales estaban sucios y debajo de las camas encontramos pelusas y acumulación de suciedad que indicaban que no se había limpiado en mucho tiempo. El problema más grave fue la humedad. Había moho negro visible en varios lugares del apartamento, incluyendo marcos de puertas, paredes de las habitaciones y zonas cercanas a la cocina. El olor a humedad era muy fuerte y constante. Viajé con mi familia, incluyendo a mi hijo con autismo y a mi madre, y la situación fue muy difícil para todos. Durante las noches no parábamos de toser debido a la humedad y al mal ambiente del apartamento. Apenas pudimos descansar y todos terminamos resfriados y enfermos después de la estancia. Además, de los tres ventiladores de techo que hay en el apartamento, solo funcionaban dos. También tuvimos problemas graves con la instalación eléctrica. Cada vez que utilizábamos la ducha con agua caliente, saltaba el diferencial y se iba la luz en el apartamento, lo cual indica un posible problema eléctrico serio. Por si fuera poco, el váter no funcionaba correctamente y la ducha estaba atascada, lo que hacía aún más incómoda la estancia. Sinceramente, las condiciones del alojamiento no son adecuadas para recibir huéspedes. Entre la falta de limpieza, el moho, los problemas eléctricos y los fallos en el baño, nuestra experiencia fue muy mala. Es una pena porque la ubicación es buena, pero el estado del apartamento es totalmente inaceptable.
• Marco (5/5): Functioneel appartement - De ligging is fijn. Lopend of met de bus/metro is alles goed bereikbaar Het is een appartement wat ligt achter andere appartementen. 1 slaapkamer heeft geen raam. Naar buiten kijk je tegen muren aan. Verder best veel schimmel in de badkamer.

Apartment are re - Beds comfortable Sheets and towels clean Oven, hob, washing machine available SEVERE BLACK MOULD!!! place smells damp, harmful black mould covering walls, bathroom, water dripping down the walls. Body hair on the tiles in the bathroom, snot on the radiator in the second bedroom and door frame. Review only allows me to add 4 photos. Apartment is cold, electrical system is bad. It runs on an immersion heater so if you have cooked a meal and have the light / heating on, you will have no hot water in the shower. The place was not clean, skirting boards and radiators were dirty, door frames dirty. We left some hair straighteners there by accident on the floor next to the table and the owners have been dishonest and say they are unable to find the straighteners, even though they were on the floor when we left, we just forgot to pick them up. Apartment are refusing to give a refund. Myself and our children have come away with mould poisoning (chest infections) after staying there. DO NOT STAY HERE, it is a health hazard.

• Rosa (5/5): Buena ubicación y fácil acceso pero complicado de reservar - La ubicación. Fácil acceso al edificio y con clave al apartamento Descuidado, hice muchas observaciones: papel tapiz levantado, manija suelta, muebles sin mantenimiento y piden €300 de garantía que por cierto me liberaron a los dos días…
• Anna-Carina (6/5): Intet dagslys ellers fin lejlighed - Rigtig fin lejlighed med gode faciliteter og ikke meget trafikstøj. Dejligt med vaskemaskine og at der var alt man skulle bruge fx vaskepulver, opvaskemiddel mm. Fine værelser og bad. Det trækker meget med at der ikke er vinduer andet end ind til den mørke gård. Det betyder at der aldrig kommet dagslys ind i lejligheden og det er lidt deprimerende. Det var ingen forklaring af affaldssorteringen så vi kunne ikke gøre det. Fint med elevator men den er meget meget smal.

• Milan (5/5): Clean, good location, but it smells of dampness and there are no windows - Clean, good location, good internet High humidity in the building, everything smelled of humidity. The facility was clean. The window in the bedroom is the ventilation in which the other apartments cook, we never opened it.
• Joana (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great. They provided supplies to wash the dishes. The staff of customer service was very supportive, always answering the phone and helping solve issues. It’s a good value for money and would return again given the price even with the downsides. You have to pay a 300€ deposit to get the keys of the apartment. There is an electronic system relying on your phone to open the doors which is very unreliable and doesn’t work all the time. The apartment is much smaller than it seems to be in the photos. The bedsheets seemed to be unclean with body hair on them. The power would go off when we turned on all the heating, or the hair dryer and something else at the same time. It happened to us three times. We had booked for 4 nights and they gave us only 1 towel per person and one roll of toilet paper.
• Pushminder (8/5): A good family friendly accomodation close to everything. - The property was close to everything, walkable from a metro station. Ideal for families. Had a lift and had all the basic amenities. The toiletries given were not at all sufficient, had no dishwasher, had some issues with electrical circuit which was reported.

• Yanis (9/5): Great apartment with amazing location! - The apartment has an amazing location, close to the metro station and the Cercanías-train Delicias (making it very practical to get to and from the airport), within 30-min walks to the Matadero area, El Retiro park, and the Prado and Reina Sofia museums. Supermarkets, places to eat and drink can be found right next to or in front of the building. The apartment itself was clean, and as described with 2 rooms, a bathroom and a livingroom/kitchen/eating area. Water cooker, toaster, mocca-coffee, as well as cutlery, pots and pans were all available. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, which can be reached by a (very) small elevator. Access to the apartment (and the building itself) has a process but everything is clearly explained by the host, so people should really read every message they send. The apartment itself had no real downsides, only some minor things: there were no cooking things such as oil, pepper, tea or coffee; not a must in every location but for a short stay buying a large bottle of oil, or a bag of coffee might be overkill. Around it had some things that were not so ideal: as mentioned, the building has a small elevator, for which our baby stroller wouldn't fit in and in which max. 2 people with small suitcases fit. The access to the apartment is over a walkway towards on open courtyard, meaning the residents would always have to pass next to the windows of the apartment, so by airing the place with open windows one would occasionally glean in. The bedroom with a window faces a light shaft, which is used by other residents as a smoking vent, so sometimes when we wanted to air the place, we would actually get some smoke inside. But as mentioned at the beginning, these are things not of the apartment itself, just good for people to know/consider.
• Valentina (7/5): Overall a good stay - The pillow was amazing, suuuper comfortable. And the apartment has a good heating system. The spacing of the apartment was good. This electric system to open the doors was a bit weird, maybe i am just not used to it. There is no direct light in the apartment, all the windows go to the interior of the building, and 1 of the bedrooms has no window at all. We had to buy extra toilet paper because for 4 days and 4 people they left us just 1,5 toilet rolls.
• S.lm (4/5): Disappointing - Good location near Delicias station The landlord tried to charge a late check in fee (despite being a self check in process) and asked for a 300 eur deposit, which was blocked by the company for nearly 2 weeks after checking out with out any complaint. Both incidents have been reported to Booking.
