• Oleh (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean, comfortable, and overall great. The host was nice, informative, and very helpful. I have no complaints.
• Anna (9/5): Great stay - Italo was a great host. He shared many useful tips and also came to fix a small problem we have with the bathroom. Overall, I think it's a very good value for money and the location is very practical. The apartment is very spacious. There are a few small things that could be improved like the towels or the mattress but honestly for this price, I think it was great.

• Diana (8/5): Very good - The location is the best, you’re close to the center Napoli station and close to lots of good restaurants, the facilities are clean and it’s comfortable The bedsheets and the bed weren’t that comfortable; You can hear the neighbors and the street noise; and there is a deposit of €150 only in cash, Italo is very nice but I wasn’t aware that he needs to control the apartment conditions before to give you your money back
• Mariia (10/5): Great for 3—4 people who enjoy city trips - It is a spacious, perfectly equipped place close to the city's main tourist areas and the railway station. It wasn't hot here in August, and the view is very authentic. The beds and bathroom were comfortable. The host is really friendly and helpful. All was perfect in the apartment, although the neighborhood seemed to be a bit dangerous at night.
• Ozan (8/5): Worth to stay - Good location (10 min by walk to central train station). Air conditioning. Silent. Safe. Clean bathroom , good shower Floor was so dirty, with a baby it is hard to reach not to step. Sheets were nylon and pilled, not comfortable it can be good to change them. Towels are old and not absorb water. There is only body and small face towel there is no towel for hair for a woman.
• Rajdeep (9/5): A dream holiday - The apartment is at the historic center of Naples with public transport just a few hundred meters away. The host Italo is a great guy, very helpful. We enjoyed our holidays in a great way. The pizza shops are just minutes away including L'antica and Sorbillo. The wi-fi was great and the ac really helped us after the whole day of trips in the hot Neapolitan summer. Italo also helped us book a taxi for the airport. He is a good guy. When we visit Naples again I will make sure to stay in this place. What could be better? I think they can upgrade the kitchen and a few more utensils to cook and may be a baking oven or a microwave oven. With this the apartment can get 5/5. Now I rate it 4.7/5
• Albricci (9/5): Very good experience - Very clean. With all what you need while you are visiting a city. Italo was very nice and he gave us a lot of advice.
• Diego (9/5): Nice place for relaxing. - The flat was very clean and comfortable. Good ventilation and secure with a security door. Good wi-fi. Well isolated from the street noise when you need silence . A handle - grab bar in the bathroom for elders would be a good improvement in the flat, for those who are not so young . A big pot for cooking would be great!

• Man (10/5): Great apartment, clean and safe. - The area is very nice. It's safe and really close to the center without the noise! Italo is very kind, sweet and helpful. He explained everything in the house and gave us advice on where to eat, which were great! The apartment is large, very clean, with everything you'll need, with 3 small balkonies, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, moka for your morning coffee etc. It's an apartment worthy to stay, really nice experience! The waterproof bed cover, although of good quality, makes noise when you sleep and turn, so it could be a good idea to change it. Also, the towels need a change, they don't absorb water any more. Not very significant things, but they worth the change.
• Diana (8/5): A few little improvements but good stay overall - - Very cute apartment, well-equipped and in a good location (close to all main streets and the train station). - Clean - The mattress was very uncomfortable and had a weird plastic cover that made it even less cozy. The bedsheets were pretty bad quality as well. - The shower wasn't draining properly. - WiFi wasn't working.

• Razvan (7/5): Good - Apartment is located 200 m from the Via Tribunali and 600 m from the Garibaldi Sq (Train station) in an old building on the first floor at the entrance of Napoli's Old City Area. The neighbourhood and the building itself quite poor (especially the staircase), but this is something one should assume once deciding to rent in the Old District. The flat was clean, freshly renovated and well equipped , but not 65 m2 as advertised, max 50. Some kitchen equipment did not work properly, but they have been replaced by the owner/admin within decent time. Communication with him was very good and he managed to solve a great part of the issues. In spite of the location (narrow streets), it was quiet, at least between 23:30 and 7:30. We had an early flight on our departure day and there were some issues and misunderstandings concerning our request to the admin to help us order a taxi to the airport (announced both day of arrival and 12 hrs before departing the flat). Annoying was more the attitude (" I am sorry" and "It is not my duty", without offering a solution to the no show up of the taxi). Being already very late, we had to help ourselves, causing a lot of sweat and stress by the end of a lovely vacation. When he finally arranged a taxi it was too late for us, we were sitting in our own. "I am sorry, Italo..."
• Paul (10/5): Excellent Flat, Excellent host, Great Value Flat and Washer!! - Italo was waiting for our arrival. The apartment is great!! Washing machine perfect! Very clean rooms and perfectly set up. A/C was great as well as shower pressure. A few steps to get up but my 77 year old husband had no issues. Lots of space and everything you need to make a meal. It was in a nice location for all things Napoli. Easy to get to the train station. Would easily stay here again and again!! Nothing
