• Mary Rose Grace (10/5): Well Decorated Apartment near a Grocery - The apartment is very pretty, well decorated and comfortable. It was spacious and big. The water pressure is strong. The kitchen is fully functional. Check in and out is fast. It is near a grocery store and playground/park. We were charged a non refundable insurance fee that was not previously mentioned in booking.com. Of all the places we have stayed with, this was the 1st time we have been charged this fee. When inquired about it, the host said that it was clear in the booking.com website that there is a refundable deposit of 300 euros however they offered an alternative which is a non refundable insurance. This insurance was not in any way stated in the booking.com website. I am not opposed to this insurance because the apartment is well decorated and fully equipped but its is fair that this non refundable insurance should be stated in the booking.com website because potential clients should be informed about it. The host team responds easily but aloof, unlike the other friendly and accommodating hosts we had in Rome and Florence.

The accommodation itself was top class, spacious, clean & comfortable! Location was perfect too for easy commutes into the centre of Milan. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks again!!
