Perfect!. - As a solo female, this was a safe area. - perfect base for London, the property is well serviced for transport links, bus stop out front and a short walk to the tube and other bus stops. • Sandra (9/5): Sencillo y cómodo - Limpio, nuevo, con detalles (capsulas café, leche azúcar, sal, bolsas basura...), se agradece la tostadora cafetera y hervidor de agua. Dispone de Jabones, toallas y para limpiar platos. Nos hizo ola de calor y suerte del ventilador. Agua de la ducha con potencia. Aunq no hay mucho espacio para dejar las cosas hay perchas y colgadores.
• ALIAKSEI NASTSIN (3/5): - Good location. Close to the metro and convenient for getting to many places in London. The apartment was extremely cold and very noisy. We booked 4 nights, but sleeping there was really difficult. You can hear every vehicle passing by outside, especially buses and trucks. We were willing to stay for 2 nights and asked the host to cancel the remaining 2 nights because we simply could not sleep properly. The host refused, saying that “everyone else was fine with it,” which we found quite strange. What was even more surprising is that after all this, the host still asked us to leave a positive review. Very strange approach to guests.

Compact but with everything you need for a short stay. Nothing, really. There was nothing I can really say it was bad. The space was super compact, bathroom included, but it worked. • Asif (2/5): - Construction works in the house were happenign when we arrivied and during our stay. Very noisy. The property is VERY small. One of the rooms is basically the bed and no space even to walk around it. Although there are two bathrooms, only one has a shower, so everybody needs to use that one. Would not recommend at all.

Είχε τα πάντα ήταν cozy και καλή συγκινησιακή σύνδεση σε 7 λεπτά με το μετρό district line σε πηγαινε παντου και ακριβως απ εξω λεοφωρεια οικογενειακή περιοχή με σουπερ και μαγαζάκια. Δεν μας δυσαρεστησε κάτι

• forca87 (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno in posizione strategica - Lo studio è piccolino ma funzionale, con tutto l'occorrente per soggiornare senza troppi pensieri: utensili da cucina, frigo, macchina caffè, bollitore, asciugacapelli, sapone, ecc... La fermata della metro di Fulham Broadway è a 5 minuti a piedi e permette di raggiungere agevolmente le attrazioni principali e il centro. Ci sono un paio di store locali nelle immediate vicinanze, oppure un grande Sainsbury's direttamente all'interno della fermata di Fulham Broadway aperto fino a tardi. Noi avevamo anche un piccolo spazio esterno, che avendo un bambino è stato molto comodo. Poco prima dell'arrivo vengono forniti i codici per l'ingresso, senza necessità di dover ritirare fisicamente le chiavi. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e nel nostro monolocale non si sentiva nessun rumore provenire dalla strada in notturna. Le scale (7 gradini) per andare ai monolocali inferiori sono un pò strette, se avete bambini con il passeggino, probabilmente dovete portarli in braccio o farli scendere. Sicuramente niente che rende il soggiorno impossibile, a parte questo dettaglio, noi siamo riusciti senza grandi problemi.

Kitchenette was well equipped. Would recommend. I would suggest that putting toaster and information on lower shelf would be nice. At 5'3" I was unable to reach them. This was only glitch in my 9 night stay.

• Oleh (9/5): Отличный вариант в тихом районе с транспортом до центра - Расположение отличное, рядом (7 мин пешком) метро (District line). В комнате было чисто, была вся необходимая техника и посуда в исправном состоянии. Даже был 1 адаптер для европейской розетки, что порадовало. Район очень тихий и спокойный, единственное, что было слышно самолеты, но если закрыть окно то ок. Хозяин отвечал, я бы сказал, моментально (1-5 мин) на сообщения. Было бы отлично, если бы была возможность заказывать как-то смену полотенец или уборку (типо на дверной ручке). Дверь в ванную очень туго закрывалась - возможно стоит поменять замок или поправить дверь.

• Софья (10/5): - Мы очень и очень насладились пребыванием в этой уютнейшей квартире! Все было чисто, аккуратно и комфортно, это, точно, один из лучших вариантов размещения в Лондоне! Пол часа на автобусе до центра города! В объекте размещения есть все для приготовления еды, полноценная кухня, что было для нас очень удобно! Также нам досталась чудесная комната с собственным садиком, где были стол со стульями для завтрака на свежем воздухе! Спасибо большое нашим хостам за такое прекрасное время в их апартаментах!

Safe neighbourhood. Grocery store nearby. Not completely soundproof, can hear cars from the road but in the night there is hardly any traffic.

L’appartamento è essenziale, gli spazi sono ridotti ma c’è tutto il necessario, adatto per una vacanza di una settimana. Ben riscaldato e pulito. Letti comodi. I padroni di casa gentili e presenti in caso di necessità.

Tenía un pequeño baño completo propio y una cocina propia. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Las instalaciones eran bastante modernas y en buenas condiciones. Tiene vajilla, utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos como tostador, microondas y cafetera de cápsulas. Además tenía un trocito de patio privado. Nos alojamos 2 adultos y un niño y el espacio fue suficiente. Estaba todo bien. A un precio muy adecuado.

Quite a lot of noise at night with screaming foxes waking me up every night! Aside from that I have no issues and the room was good value for money and communication from the owners was excellent.
• Olga (8/5): Cozy apartment in quiet neighbourhood - Apartment has perfect location - it’s just 5 mins from Fulham Broadway underground station, the bus stop is right in front of the building and there are lots of shops and cafes nearby. Neighbourhood is really quite and safe. The room itself was small, but tidy and well-equipped, including a really nice kitchen corner with tea and coffee. The hosts are friendly and allowed us to check in a bit later. For this price this apartment was really amazing! When we tried to fry anything in the kitchen, it was triggering the smoke alarm. The shower could use a small renovation.

• Dominika (7/5): Für eine Kurztrip ideal - Unkomplizierter Check-in, saubere Unterkunft in guter Lage. Sehr klein und mit minimaler Ausstattung – für einen Kurztrip aber völlig in Ordnung. Ein zusätzliches Regalbrett oder eine kleine Ablage wäre hilfreich. Auch ein Handbesen o. Ä. für den Boden wäre sinnvoll, insbesondere bei einem längeren Aufenthalt oder nicht so gutem Wetter.

Scala esterna per arrivare alla porta di ingresso non comoda avendo passeggino. Pulizia generale buona (ottima per Londra), ma cmq migliorabile.
