• Fredy (8/5): - El jacuzzi. El piso estaba deteriorado, baja presión del agua del sanitario, asador en grado más bajo era muy difícil de regular la temperatura. Con el jacuzzi externo se extrañan batas de baño. No tiene Netflix, ni operador de cable, solo canales del televisor y otros gratis. Escurridor de platos muy pequeño. Hace falta un sitio para colocar la ropa y las maletas, así como para colgar con ganchos.
• Leidy (2/5): Demasiado pequeño y sucio - Cercanía con el aeropuerto El tipo de habitación ofrecida por booking es estándar, no tiene jacuzzi, no tiene cocina, no tiene espacio ni para poner las cosas… es muy muy estrecha, la habitación por dentro está muy descuidada, se ve poco aseada, no te dejan ni vasos deseachables, no ofrecen comida en el lugar… eso no es un hotel… solo demasiado costoso para lo que realmente es

No había cobijas, el personal que nos recibió no fue amable. Muy poco privado, desde la parte de afuera se puede ver e incluso ingresar con facilidad a todas las demás cabañas. La habitación no tenía caneca de basura además de la del baño

Mata muerta en la habitación se ve muy fea, me bañé en la noche y en la mañana con agua fría , no sirvió el calentador .

No me gustó que la ducha caliente se apaga porque tiene un problema con la red de gas. Y la verdad el sector es muy frío como para usar agria fría.

No closets or drawers, construction noise, no remote to go in and out of gate, on demand system is not vented,so carbon monoxide leaks under the laundry room door when hot water is utilized. No taxi or uber will pick you up at the address. We tried numerous times over a week stay. Attentive host.
• Sheryl (8/5): - Each guest needs a remote for the exterior gate to enter onto the property. Soy Local Sajonia cannot continue to operate, successfully, without this. The on demand heating does not have its own venting.Dangerous carbon monoxide is what burning propane emits.We put a towel down to better seal off the door. They rely on the laundry room having ventilation holes, thinking that is sufficient. It is not. It’s not run like a hotel- We stayed 5 nights, and had to ask for a towel exchange, and our suite was never cleaned, or even offered to be cleaned. We are clean people, so not a problem, but don’t come with the mindset that it’s a hotel. The jacuzzi tried to heat up for almost 3 hours to lukewarm, with the host’s assistance. Teapot, soap dispenser, and kitchen sink all leak. We moved into the upper Chardonnay suite on day 2 because the hot water did not stay on for more that 30-40 seconds. Moreover, the lowest suite we left was very damp, with evidence of mold throughout. The beauty of this property is incredible. The transom windows allow you to see the magnificent clouds, and the storms that pass are a true gift. The covered deck is wonderful, and there is even a barbecue to cook on. When they finally finish building all the units,expect plenty of noise) the owner should rethink some current problems, and management issues, and we sincerely hope this unique property thrives.

• Keisha (8/5): - Overall this place is amazing especially if you want to stay near the airport only 4 minutes away. I didn’t do my research enough because I would’ve stay in Medellin. The average taxi or uber from this location is about $30000-$50000 pesos. The place was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff were amazing and helpful. The only part I didn’t like was asking for permission via what’s app to enter and leave the property. On the side the staff was available 24/7 to do so in a timely manner.

Pudimos usar el jacuzzi pero no hasta más tarde en la noche que eso no queríamos. Y los más que no me gustó fue que básicamente nos sentíamos atrapados ahí. Siempre le teníamos que decir a alguien que nos dejar salir or entrar. El día que nos teníamos que ir al aeropuerto para nuestro vuelo internacional, nadie nos estaba contestando para salir del hotel, porque había un portón y la única moda para salir, es escribir o llamar al staff que nos abren el portón. Estuve llamando más de 15 veces y tardó casi 25 minutos para que alguien nos abra el portón. No había comunicación ni organización del hotel. Tuvimos una mala experiencia y nunca voy a volver a este lugar. No recomiendo que se queden acá.

Unfortunately, there were parts of the house that were either damaged, unfinished, or lacking proper finishes, such as unplastered areas or missing details. What I really liked was the privacy, the quiet atmosphere, and how easy it was to get in and out of the property. It was also conveniently located close to many places.

• Jaramillo (10/5): Luxé stay right when you land in Colombia - Location was key for our stay. 5 minutes from the airport tucked away in a jungly feeling and barely hear any airplanes. It’s a beautiful place stocked with snacks and wine if you decide to eat them. We also made breakfast in the open kitchen and loved the hot tub. The studio and one suite easily slept 5 adults.

La foto difiere un poco de la realidad, las unidades esta pegadas y no hay tanto espacio, pero el lugar es muy tranquilo, incluso el ruido de la construccion de las otras unidades no molesta. La suite es nueva, yo he sido el segundo huesped. Hay algunas cosas para mejorar, pero en resumen, 10 puntos! SIn duda regresaré.
