Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce, l'hotel ne dispose pas de parking. Il faut marcher 10 min pour se rendre au parking public ( 25€/ 24 H )

Y además venía olor a alcantarilla de algun sitio del baño, que inundaba toda la habitación insoportable 🤢

Kód na vstupni dveře nám obcas nefungoval, kdyby nám neotevřela uklízečka nedostali bychom se dovnitř. Na zprávu se žadostí pomoc majitel nereagoval. Nejdražší ubatování, které jsme za pobyt vystřídali, ale ne nejlepší.

Had - Clean and location 3 flights of stairs to the apartment that was not mentioned I the listing . Loft with a steep ladder that was not mentioned in the listing. Private parking in which it was not clear that it meant you have to pay for parking.

Verdiği wi fi şifresi yanlıştı yada başka bir sorun vardı. Wi fi bağlantısı yapamadık ve bu konuda hiç yardımcı olmadı. Otopark girişi için anahtarla ilgili sorduğum soruya çok geç cevap verdiği için başka park yeri bulmak zorunda kaldım.

J’avais réservé une place de parking pour mon véhicule, mais le jour même, on m’a informée qu’il n’y en avait finalement plus de disponible. Je me suis donc rendue sur place pour régler la situation, mais la personne sur place n’était même pas au courant de ma venue et la place qui m’avait été attribuée n’était pas libre. Nous avons tout de même fini par trouver une solution et obtenir une place.

Pozwoliła nam zostawić walizki wcześniej i również 1h po wymeldowaniu, kiedy czekaliśmy na wypożyczenie samochodu. Apartament jest dosyć mały, i łazienka jest w sypialni. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, byliśmy z dziećmi, ale jeśli ktoś chce więcej prywatności, to może być to problematyczne.

Only the main bedroom had face towels but the 2 other guests only had a body towel. The shower head on the top didn’t work it would shoot water to the ceiling. The toilet button was missing making it very hard to flush.

• Bärbel (7/5): Uns hat das Wohngebiet gefallen. - Lage, Sauberkeit, moderne Ausstattung Es waren keine zwei getrennte, abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer. Der zweite Schlafbereich war nur über eine steile Leiter erreichbar und man konnte dort nicht aufrecht stehen. Keine direkte Kommunikation über die Örtlichkeit. Anfrage per SMS bezüglich Waschmaschine blieb unbeantwortet. Tee-/bzw Kaffeekanne nicht vorhanden.
• Leila María (5/5): - La ubicación Las habitaciones no tenían ningún tipo de intimidad y en la habitación de arriba había que andar de gatas, ideal para una persona mayor o con vértigo (véase la ironía). Estás cosas deberían advertirse. El baño tiene un ventanuco por el que se ve TODO desde fuera. Estás en la ducha y los vecinos pueden verte... La cama de matrimonio era horrible, chirriaba por todos lados sólo con sentarse y las almohadas muy incómodas.

• Катерина Кузнецова (9/5): Прекрасне місце для проживання вдвох і дослідження основних локацій в Севільї пішки. - Розташування чудове, в пішій доступності до парку Марії-Луїзи, до найближчої Меркадонни — 15 хв. Сама по собі вулиця дуже тиха, тому можна гарно відпочити і вночі, і на сієсті. Прибиральниця була дуже милою, і дозволила нам залишити речі в комірчині на пару годин вже після виселення. Можна покращити процес чекіну, тобто передавати коди за пару годин до прибуття. Це змусило нас трохи похвилюватися, і лише вже стоячи під вхідними дверима, я сама набрала господаря, і він продиктував код для входу. Також у ванній в раковині вода погано спускалася — це спричиняло дискомфорт. І також є неприємний запах каналізації у ванній кімнаті. Окрім цього, було б добре мати справжній гель для душу, а не мило для рук в диспенсері у душі.

El anfitrión no fué especialmente amable, intentaba comunicarme con él por chat y no me contestaba, lo compensó la chica de la limpieza permitiéndonos dejar las maletas antes de la hora. Las almohadas demasiado finas y blandas . No había botella de agua de cortesia.

WiFi didn’t work with the password provided by landlord, on the last day we got the right password but in the end couldn’t use the WiFi during our stay. Toilet was loose and the floor was cold.

Perfect location right beside Parque Maria Louisa and Place De Espania in a quiet neighborhood with lots of character, small bars and bodegas. Check out Casa Palacios and Casa Ozama.

• Cristina (9/5): - Foi uma experiência excelente! A limpeza estava simplesmente impecável, o que nos fez sentir logo muito confortáveis desde o primeiro momento. A localização também é fantástica, com fácil acesso a tudo o que precisávamos, seja para explorar a zona ou para deslocações rápidas. O espaço é bem cuidado, acolhedor e correspondeu exatamente (ou até superou) as expectativas. Obrigado por toda a atenção e profissionalismo. Sem dúvida, um local a recomendar e onde voltaríamos com muito gosto!

• Jesús (4/5): Decepcionante - Ubicación Había moho en las duchas y en el salón, el menaje no estaba limpio y lo tuvimos que fregar nosotros, el estropajo estaba usado. La casa estaba muy fría y tardó en calentarse por qué los aires acondicionados no funcionaban correctamente, el filtro del aire acondicionado del salón no se había limpiado nunca tenían 1 cm de polvo que tuvimos que limpiar nosotros, la barandilla de metal estaba rota y había un estore roto. La verdad es que hace unos años el apartamento debería haber estado muy bien pero ahora es notorio que no lo cuidan como deberían por calidad precio.
• ann (7/5): Goed gelegen en mooie appartementen, maar te weinig onderhoud en te koud in de winter. - Heel mooi appartement Zeer goede locatie Vriendelijke poetshulp Eigenaar doet wat hij belooft ( codes komen de dag van aankomst in een mail binnen ) Mijn 2e bezoek in dit gebouw maar nu in een andere studio/appartement. Zoveel zaken missen onderhoud. Dampkap werkte niet, afwasmachine kregen we niet aan, toiletbril hangt scheef... De leefruimte is moeilijk warm te krijgen met een airco die zo hoog opgesteld hangt. De mezzanine heeft waarschijnlijk alle warme lucht. Te koud dus de 1e 2 dagen van ons verblijf. ( Sevilla kent ook winterse dagen )
