LORENZINO (1/5): TERRIBILE, NON CONSIGLIO QUELLA STRUTTURA A NESSUNO ! - L'unica cosa positiva di questa struttura è l'ubicazione dell'edificio ! perchè è vicina ad un bellissimo parco ed è abbastanza facile parcheggiare l'automobile. La struttura, ma soprattutto la gestione è terribile !!! Ma veramente terribile !!! Innanzitutto quando arrivi sulla main door dell'edificio ti ritrovi davanti a due digitatori di codice e non sai in quale dei due inserire il codice che ti è stato fornito tramite email. Uno potrebbe dire ma che problema c'è ? Digiterai prima su uno e poi sull'altro ! Ma non è così perchè anche se utilizzi il digitatore corretto la porta si apre solo se in contemporanea con la digitazione tu muovi la porta per cercare il contatto elettrico che diversamente non c'è. Non riuscendo ad entrare ho chiamato l'host ma questo non si è presentato per risolvere la problematica. Ho dovuto aspettare ore fuori all'aperto in attesa che qualcuno uscisse dalla main door ed io potessi entrare. L'host non si è mai visto per tutto il periodo del mio soggiorno. Nell'edificio era presente solo una coppia di origine albanese che faceva le pulizie. Mi è stata assegnata una camera in un semi-interrato che non era stata segnalato in fase di prenotazione, caldissimo e poco illuminato. Ma la cosa più terribile è stata la gestione di quella struttura ! Senza nessun controllo da parte dell'host, le condizioni di quiete sono state terribili ! Nessuno controllava chi entrava nella struttura. Venivano organizzate feste e schiamazzi nella notte fino alle 3 o alle 4 del mattino. Una notte, una di queste feste era stata organizzata nella camera di fronte alla mia, tant'è vero che ad un certo punto (verso le 2 di notte), non riuscendo a dormire per gli schiamazzi, mi sono alzato ed ho bussato nella camera di fronte per lamentarmi del rumore. Mi ha aperto un ragazzo ed ho visto che all'interno della camera c'erano una decina di persone di origine indo-asiatica che stavano festeggiando con musica altissima. Ho segnalato la cosa immediatamente all'host !

La struttura è situata in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, ma allo stesso tempo ottimamente servita dai mezzi di trasporto pubblico, facilitando gli spostamenti." Il riposo notturno è stato disturbato da persistenti rumori di acqua corrente e calpestio proveniente dai piani superiori. Inoltre, abbiamo riscontrato l'inutilizzabilità di uno dei forni in cucina, il cui vetro era visibilmente rotto, rappresentando anche un potenziale rischio per la sicurezza. Scarsa ergonomia del lavabo nel bagno, le cui dimensioni eccessivamente ridotte ne limitano la praticità d'uso. Auspico una maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione e all'insonorizzazione della struttura."

Robyn (7/5): Comfortable room in Hackney - The room was very comfortable and included a kichenette with refrigerator. This location is ideal for travellers with a car as public transport is available but not close.
Antonina (9/5): Far from the crowds and quiet - I really liked the location of this guest house: yes, it is about an hour away (by two (!) means of transport) from the city centre, but it is right next to an excellent park and the neighbourhood itself is very quiet. The closest shop is about 5-10 minutes away on foot (there's also a cafe in the park - closer - where you can also get some coffee or snacks). My room (-2 floor) was very quiet, had a small kitchenette (with a microwave and a minifridge) and a large window+door situation looking into a 'sunken patio' - so, lots of natural light even in the basement. The host was always available on WA to answer my questions. The room in the basement would really benefit from some hooks in the bathroom and maybe a quilt or an extra blanket, because it gets really cold at night (end of April) (there is a heater to deal with this potentially, but why not save electricity). Also, I'm sure people staying for more than a week would appreciate some basic cleaning materials (even just a broom, some bags for the trash can) to keep the room tidy during their stay.

Quite a few hair in the shower, strange smell in the room, spring mattress, only 1 working tumble dryer for all the rooms as the other one was broken. Rooms in general are quite tired, nothing like as advertised. Unfortunately, it's a no from me.

Mercedes (6/5): No cumplio lo contratado - La ubicacion Que no cumplieron lo contratado, pagamos por una cama doble y un sofa cama para dos, y el sofa era solo para una persona. Tuvo que dormis mi hijo en un colchon en el suelo. Ademas el baño es demasiado pequeño. Tampoco te ofrecen consigna para las maletas. Voy a exigir una indemnizacion.

Jeanne (3/5): - Property is functional with everything you need for a short stay. Building is extremely loud with doors slamming including in the middle of the night. We did not sleep well at all. The cleaner would leave buckets of water in front of our room which made the floor smell of mould and damp. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Jade (10/5): Clean, SUPERB amenities, park nearby, great transport and staff are VERY friendly and responsive. - I loved my stay here so much I'll be back again soon! Easy self-service entry, modern clean rooms - my en-suite room had a TV, desk and fridge. 2 modern, clean, peaceful kitchens fully-equipped with everything to cook + laundry washer and dryer. Neighbourhood feels safe and suburban. There is a huge park behind the building that has great benches overlooking the city and Tesco 10 mins walk. Close to Shoreditch, good bus links too. Above all, the staff are VERY friendly, warm and attentive. No complaints!

Большая хорошая общая кухня со всем необходимым, включая приличную посуду, подсолнечное масло, соль, чай. Так же удобно было то, что в номере был чайник, холодильник, микроволновка. Размещение здесь - это хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Очень интересно было на несколько дней окунуться не только в осмотр достопримечательностей центрального Лондона, но и пожить буднями более тихого района.

El servicio de atención al cliente tenía buena predisposición para ayudar aunque poco resolutivo. El radiador del baño no funcionaba. La temperatura del baño era de 15°C. Contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente, supuestamente enviaron a un reparador pero siguió sin funcionar. El radiador tenía una reparación con cinta aislante que no parecía nada segura. Fue muy incómodo hacer uso del baño a tan baja temperatura, sobre todo, porque al haber un radiador, se genera la expectativa de tener un baño acogedor y preparado para las temperaturas de Londres en diciembre. De haber sabido que el baño no estaba acondicionado para las bajas temperaturas, habría buscado otro alojamiento.

Several aspects of the property did not match the listing, the communication with t - The property was located in Hackney, London - that's what we wanted. The heating worked. Several aspects of the property did not match what was shown or described in the listing. The bed was noticeably smaller than in the photos, and the flooring is in need of repair. Although “city views” were advertised, our room was below street level with no such view. The walls were described as soundproof, but they were not — although some basic insulation was present. The windows did not seal properly and there was a visible gap of about 2 cm under the door. The kitchenette also had no hot water. The communication with the host was problematic. They repeatedly asked us to communicate outside of Booking.com and insisted on receiving copies of our IDs via WhatsApp or email. When we raised a concern about the room layout not matching the listing, their only response was to suggest cancelling the reservation instead of addressing the issue. The most concerning issue was that someone entered our room without our knowledge while we were away, even though the stay was listed as no-service. This made us feel uncomfortable during the visit. Overall, the property did not meet expectations and several listed features were inaccurate.

Quiet and pleasant and easy comms to get there and get in etc. No real complaints but it's all a bit basic, bed is not particularly comfortable but it's fine, pillows were great though! It has all the amenities but it does look a bit nicer in the pictures, like I said it's fine.

AviChau (9/5): Nice and warm with clean beds - Relaxing clean well cushioned double bed sofabed was as nice as a normal bed with nice springiness. Excellent shower temperature unit, no plumbing problem. Very good heater. Dishes, cutlery and washing up liquid and new clean dishwashing sponge and new clean jay cloth inside room and large fridge. Bright lighting Underground basement balcony underneath the bins private to this room had no horizontal view but excellent for plane-spotting and a very nice balcony table. Balcony door doesn't lock unless internal key is removed which wasn't communicated to me

KF (6/5): Responsive owner but overpriced for what it is. - Right next to Springfield Park. Clean and comfortable enough. Clean and well equipped shared kitchen. Staff responsive. It is quite expensive for what it is, which is essentially an ensuite room in a shared house, just with a lock on your door. It needs some attention. A huge damp patch on the wall and water leaked into the room during heavy rain, the window doesn't shut properly, plus several other minor issues.

We didn't meet the staff but received very clear instructions through WhatsApp. Would highly recommend Sleepy Studios and will very likely return at some point in the future.

Kira Bangauf (6/5): - The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable for a short stay. There were fans, a fridge, and a microwave, which made it convenient. Good location with a small supermarket nearby. The apartment seemed smaller than shown on Booking. When the curtains are open, it’s easy to be seen from the street, which feels uncomfortable. The curtains were dirty. Sometimes the smell of marijuana from downstairs tenants came through the open window.
Tudor (4/5): - The location of the property is something that was in the specific region that I was looking for, so for me it was good, but might be less ideal if you want fast access to the city centre. The check in and check out process were also fairly typical and nothig out of the ordinary. I don't know how it is like with the other types of accommodations, but the one we got has some very misleading photos. They feature a blue sofa with a size and placement that makes you think that the room is much bigger than it actually is. In reality there is another, smaller sofa that is placed next to the table, and not in front of the TV. Decorations are also missing. This is bad in and of itself, but honestly the biggest things that ground my gears were that when I brought up these things with the host they were acting all cheerful and denying that the issue even existed. Their actual words were "no other travelers raised any issues". I will add the photos which I took, and the photos that they sent me themselves in the unlikely case they actually bother to update the photos, and you be the judge. Beyond this, I would also like to mention that the cleanliness left to be desired. Some of the plates were very obviously shoddily washed (or maybe not at all), and we had to do it properly ourselves, and the rafts in the bathroom didn't even get any kind of cleaning at all. When you have a dedicated 80 pounds (!!!) cleaning fee for the stay, I expect the place to be absolutely spotless. Another gripe is the bathroom sink. The problem isn't so much that it is small. I get that in a small bathroom you don't have a lot of space. But because of the rafts above it, it was incredibly inconvenient and hard to use. One last thing is that I had to open the electric switchboard and flip the switch in order to use the heater, as it was turned off. Don't know if it was turned off on purpose, or it tripped, but just something to be aware if you visit during a cold period.

Gary (9/5): Enjoyed staying and would definitely re-book and recommend. - It was as described in the advertising, ideal for one person but you could fit two people if you had to. Two kitchens were fairly well equipped and the apartment had a microwave, kettle and fridge as well. It was easy to get to and from London, local railway station (Clapton) was only a short walk, as was the bus line. Communication back and forth with the owners was very good as well. I would have to be really picky to find something!

The room didn't match the description, describe as double bed, sofa bed, but confirmation showed sofa bed in WhatsApp message, and when I questioned it was told it was a mistake in online description, was offered a £30 discount Room had the cheapest of double beds, cold metal frame, only two low pillows The kettle was broken, lid would fall off and it continued to boil without switching off, resulting in my hand getting a light burn, report it, but no replacement or fix provided No hot water in sinks in room or bathroom, again reported but not fixed TV remote didn't work so could watch tv, reported but again no repair given. I won't waste my money on this place again, and obviously no concern for the safety of the residents, by providing potential dangerous item the could cause severe burns.. Stayed for 2 nights, informed owner of faults in morning, but no replacements provided.

Julia (4/5): - The common kitchen was clean, supplied with a washing machine and an iron. In fact, the actual room was in stark contrast to the one in the picture. And it was not just the furniture, which was different, but rather general appearance which was really miserable. In fact the room was shabby, the walls were dirty, the linen wrinkled and torn. It felt like a closet being on the ground ground floor, facing the litter bins. I would have appreciate being informed about the room location before the booking, but it was not indicated. There was no sound isolation at all, so every single creaking step above loudly resonated within. For a long stay it was perfectly unsuitable.

The bathroom smelt quite strongly of stale water the entire duration, it was so strong that the window had to be kept open the duration of our stay. Not enough available plugs for 3 people to utilise and no available cold water; just hot and hotter. The fan available in the room also wouldn't work which left the room extremely hot.
