The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It worked well both for relaxing and for spending time indoors. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with throughout. I also worked during the stay and the internet connection was stable and reliable the whole time. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it was clear that a lot of care had been put into making guests feel at home. One thing I especially appreciated was the flexibility with check-out. Being able to arrange a late check-out made a big difference and allowed me to enjoy my stay without feeling rushed on the last day. Overall, I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others and would happily stay here again in the future.

Pedro ist ein super Gastgeber und hat für jede Frage die Antwort. Ob Restaurant oder Tipps er weiß alles über Gran Canaria. Definitiv eine super Ferienwohnung, aus der Tür direkt zur Playa de Las Canteras. Super :-)

• Stefanía (8/5): Alveg hægt að mæla með😊 - Mjög fín staðsetning við ströndina og stutt í alls konar veitingastaði ,stórt moll í 1 kílómetra fjarlægð. Fengum mjög góðar leiðbeiningar frá starfsmanni um rútuferðir og gönguleiðir og vel tekið á móti okkur. Þar sem veðrið var allavega þá var stundum svolítið kalt innandyra á kvöldin.

Pedro to wyjątkowy gospodarz, doskonale nas przyjął oraz przedstawił wiele wskazówek, które były bardzo pomocne w poznawaniu okolicy. Apartament jest świetnie wyposażony, posiada wygodną kuchnię i wyposażony jest też w pralkę i suszarkę do ubrań. W okolicy jest mnóstwo sklepów. Dodatkowo w dzień wyjazdu z uwagi na wieczorny lot, Pedro pozwolił nam na zdecydowanie późniejsze wymeldowanie.

Расположение просто фантастическое — буквально в нескольких минутах от набережной и пляжа, в шаговой доступности большой выбор супермаркетов и ресторанов. Отдельно хочется отметить Педро — очень любезный и внимательный хозяин, всегда был на связи и оперативно помогал с любыми вопросами. Однозначно рекомендуем, 10 из 10!

• Ytsje (10/5): Top - Pedro is een fantastische host. Goed bereikbaar en reageert snel. Hij was er om ons te ontvangen, liet ons het appartement zien en gaf ons vele leuke tips over la Palma en de omgeving. Het appartement is mooi ingericht. De keuken goed uiterust aan apparatuur. We konden toast maken met de grill, er was een elektrische citruspers en staafmixer/blender, oven, magnetron). De locatie is echt perfect. Binnen een minuut op het strand en er hangt een hele fijne sfeer. Relaxt, sportief, vele leuke koffie en eettentjes, goede busverbindingen etc. We hebben geen auto nodig gehad. We waren er met onze dochter van 2. Ook voor haar perfect, om de hoek bijvoorbeeld op de boulevard al 2 speeltuinen. Het complex bevat meerdere appartementen. Soms (hangt af van wel/geen bezetting buren etc.) kan het gehorig zijn.

• Nina (7/5): Für den Preis mehr erwartet - - Gute Lage direkt am Strand - Sehr netter Host, der eine gute Einweisung inkl hilfreicher Tipps liefert und immer ansprechbar ist - problemloser Check-in & -out - Keine Klimaanlage - Fenster öffnen zwar möglich, aber Straße ist auch nachts sehr laut. Konnten nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Mussten auf den Ventilator als Notlösung zurückgreifen. Für den Preis sollte eine Klimaanlage verbaut sein - Möbel haben teilweise schon ordentliche Gebrauchsspuren - sehr spartanische Kücheneinrichtung.
• BenGraf (10/5): Große moderne Suite mit Wohlfühlfaktor und Vorzeigegastgeber - Wir haben uns in dem Apartment vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt, es brauchte keine Eingewöhnungszeit wie sonst oft. Die Suite ist außergewöhnlich geräumig, schön eingerichtet und bietet viel gemütliches Licht durch Stehlampen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand und ein Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke sowie ein Parkhaus (für den Mietwagen). Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber den Gastgeber Pedro. Er begrüßte uns persönlich, gab sofort jede Menge Tipps wie z.B. Restaurants (wir haben fast alle ausprobiert und sie waren super), Buslinien und Orte auf der Insel, die man gesehen haben sollte. So eine ausführliche Begrüßung hatten wir noch nie. Ganz hervorragend war auch die Erreichbarkeit von Pedro und dass er sich stets sofort um alle Anliegen gekümmert hat. Da das Bett eine durchgängige Matratze hat, überträgt sich jede Bewegung, was den Schlaf zu zweit etwas unruhig macht.
• Klemens (10/5): Wenn Las Palmas, dann wieder Las Canteras Beach Suites - Sehr schöne, familiengeführte Unterkunft in top Lage nahe dem Strand. Pedro hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns tolle Bars, Restaurants und Aussichtspunkte empfohlen. Der Kontakt war jederzeit schnell, unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Haus und Wohnung waren sehr sauber und sicher und das Internet war schnell. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 10 von 10 Sternen. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in der Stadt, daher kann es etwas lauter sein, was aber ganz normal ist und uns vorher bewusst war. Mit Oropax war das für uns kein Problem. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, was jedoch ebenfalls gut lösbar war: Mit Ventilator und offenem Fenster entsteht ein sehr angenehmer Luftzug, unserer Meinung nach sogar besser als eine Klimaanlage. Trotz der Wärme auf Gran Canaria blieb die Unterkunft auch ohne Klima angenehm kühl.

• Colette (10/5): Our accomodation was exceptional in this lovely apartment and we would hope to return soon. - Fabulous stay at the Las Canteras Beach suites. Pedro our host was great to communicate with from the time of booking. He met us at the apartment and had prepared a list of recommended local restaurants and coffee shops in Las Palmas. He also recommended visits to some of the pretty towns nearby in Northern Gran Canaria. Pedro was certainly proud of Las Palmas and all it has to offer. The apartment was only steps away from the Las Canteras promenade, which is busy with walkers and joggers. Plenty of places to eat and some supermarkets only minutes away. The apartment was extremely spacious for our family of 3 adults. The Bed was comfortable and our adult daughter slept well on the sofa bed. The apartment was very modern and clean with a nice bathroom, a well equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Nothing. Very happy with the property.

La ubicación es perfecta, a solo una cuadra de la playa de Las Canteras. La cocina estaba bien equipada y era más que suficiente para nuestras necesidades. El baño era amplio, muy limpio y contaba además con lavadora y secadora, lo cual fue un gran plus. En general, una experiencia excelente. ¡Muy recomendable!

• Diana Dabetic (10/5): Amazing and memorable stay - It's just a lovely apartment that has everything you need, and it’s literally just a few meters from the beach. We had a great stay! Plus, Pedro is an amazing host who gave us really valuable advice about what to see and visit in the area. We will be coming back for sure! ❤️ It can get a bit noisy since the streets are pretty crowded and cars pass by quite often. But that's really more about the area being busy and not specifically about the apartment itself.
• Szidonia (10/5): ​The Perfect Stay: Exactly Like the Photos, Even Better Hospitality - We absolutely loved our stay! The place is perfect, spotless, and exactly as beautiful as the photos. The washing machine and dryer were a fantastic touch, especially for a longer trip—a real lifesaver! Being right on the beach was incredible. And a huge shout-out to our host, Pedro! He truly went above and beyond to make us comfortable, giving us the best tips on local restaurants (seriously, try them all!) and must-see spots. He even helped us book a parking space nearby Pedro, from the bottom of our hearts: THANK YOU! ​A very minor note for light sleepers: there can be some usual city sounds in the morning from traffic and the occasional garbage truck, but honestly, it’s nothing a simple pair of earplugs can't easily fix (we recommend bringing some just in case! 😉). Also, while there isn't AC, the provided fan was more than enough for us, especially since the nights were pleasantly cool (around 20°C during our visit)

The location is great, near supermarkets, all kinds of services, buses stops and near the beach. It felt like home and the bed was very comfortable. It is an amazing suite, with brilliant staff and at a lower price than it shoul - For the price, this might be the best holiday accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. The service that Pedro provides is spectacular, he has helped to curate a wonderful holiday through spending time with us to find out what we enjoy and provide recommendations. The suite is much bigger and comfier than it looks in the pictures, it is beautiful. Couldn’t ask for more.
• Gili (10/5): Clean and spacious flat, walking distance to beach and local cafes - Flat was spacious, clean and comfortable, walking distance to the beach and to lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. Area is vibrant but relaxed. There was a grocery shop 2 min from the flat which was really convenient as well. Pedro the host has been super helpful, answering any questions and giving us great tips about the local area - restaurants, car hire etc. Definitely recommend! Would have been nice to have a balcony to sit on in the evenings- but you can’t have everything..

We loved it so much ❤️ The location is so good , it's like 1 minute to the beach, in the same building it is a supermarket and 3 others near by. It is a lot of shopping centres near to the suites, all needed bus stations and a lot of restaurants/bars. The location is quiet, but you can hear peaceful ocean waves , so relaxing. The suite is super clean and you will have everything and even more things that you need. I wanna write separately about Pedro ! He will make everything for you , very helpful and kind, human who really likes his job and absolutely in love with island. Pedro told us a lot about the island, local food , attractions and other things to do here. Even gave a map , so it was very clear and useful . Pedro the owner is such a helpful, responsive and friendly host. The flat was very similar to the first one we stayed in, just minor differences in layout - again really well equipped and comfortable. As before, location is fantastic, great local bars and restaurants, lots of choice of supermarkets, and so close to the beach and the promenade.

• Ben (10/5): Great apartment, great location - Really comfortable apartment in a great location - very close to the beach and the promenade. 3 different supermarkets all within a 2 minute walk, lots of great cafes, bars and restaurants in the area. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Pedro the host is great - really helpful and responsive.
• Isabelle (10/5): Perfect Stay in an Ideally Located Apartment ! - I highly recommend this accommodation. The apartment's location is ideal, just 50 meters from the beach and close to bus stops that allow you to visit Las Palmas as well as the rest of the island. The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), and the bathroom includes a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment is bright, with a side view of the sea. Several supermarkets are within walking distance, including SuperDino, Mercadona, and Carrefour, as well as a large shopping center. The promenade along Las Canteras Beach is also very pleasant and perfect for a relaxing stroll. Pedro is an exceptional host—he arranged a taxi from the airport, personally welcomed us to the apartment, provided recommendations for sightseeing and great restaurants in the area, and checked in on us multiple times. He was always available. We absolutely loved our stay there and will most certainly come back! Nothing, everything was perfect,

• Kinga (10/5): Exceptional - Great, comfortable apartment, very good location next to Las Canteras Beach, close to walking promenade. Pedro, managing the suite, really takes care of the tourists. The suite is also next to the streets, so at night it's a little bit noisy. Despite of this it's really worth to rent.
• Georgios (10/5): A great place in great location - Beautiful huge Suite . Was everything an absolutely amazing experience. Very spacious with all the amenities a family needs. Located in a quiet side St. Of las canteras beach and all points of interest close by. The host was really helpful and we recommend this place 100 per cent.

Pedro is a very friendly and helpful host. We really appreciated his information about the island and his recommendations for hikes and restaurants. We had a very comfortable stay and would love to come back one day! :-) Unfortunately, there isn’t much natural sunlight coming through the windows during the day. However, the apartments do come with plenty of lighting options.

• Nathalie (8/5): Great location in Las Canteras - Large suites and tremendous location a couple of minutes away from Las Canteras promenade and all you can enjoy in that environment: good vibes, strolling around, having breakfast in front of the ocean, etc. Besides the host, Pedro, kindly and efficiently anticipates arrivals and departures, provides recommendations for nearby places, and is available if needs be. Nothing significant - maybe the access to the building could be more digitized, but it keeps secure

• Mobeen (10/5): Exceptionally good place! - Location right next to the beach, very well decorated, equipped, modern clean apartment. Special mention goes to the host Pedro who went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Rare to see such amazing customer service. The apartment was exceptionally clean and cleaning equipment was provided, but for longer stays, it would be nice to have some cleaning offered as well.
