Andrea (1/5): Soha soha nem voltam ennyire rossz hotelben. Senkinek nem ajánlom! - Semmi nem tetszett Nagyon koszos volt minden. A konyha úszott a zsírban. A fürdőben minden koszos, ócska és régi volt. Annyira mocskos volt minden a konyhában, hogy egy tányérhoz sem mertem volna hozzányúlni. A szobában mèg egy skorpió is mászkált. Annyira büdös volt a szoba hogy folyamatos illatosítás és szellőztetés sem segített rajta. A személyzet úgy bánt velünk, hogy soha ilyen viselkedésbe nem volt részem senkitől. Veszekedett velünk és lekezelően beszélt. Kétszer akarták elvenni a szállás árát. Kifizettem a bookingon kártyával és utána kérték hogy kézpénzben is tegyem meg. Amikor megmondtam nem vagyok hajlandó kétszer fizetni leemelték az összeget a kártyámról ismét. A recepciós 23:00 órakor kopogtatott az ajtóban hogy adjuk oda a pénzt neki.
POU IN (5/5): - 位置很近廣場、地鐵站；房間很大；雖然街外人來人往，關上窗後幾乎完全聽不到聲音，隔音很好；員工性格有善，有問題半夜發訊息還會回覆我洗碟的海綿是新的。很髒，幸運的是我只預約了一晚被子揭開被後有很多頭髮房內沙化極髒完全不敢用手碰和放東西地氊、雪櫃、吹風機也髒馬桶一整晚漏水早上想煮點東西發覺爐頭是壞的（一個爐頭完全無反應，一個開了一小時也不夠熱煎蛋）
Paul (1/5): Didn’t stay. Walked in and booked out. - Absolutely nothing. Dirty, smelly, run down and located in a red light district. There is a reason this place is cheap and it certainly isn’t because it’s good value.

Mohammad Shuaib Ansari (1/5): Worst Experience - Nothing At the time of arrival, they immediately asked me for full payment. When I requested to see the room first, they informed me that they would not provide the room in the booked building and instead wanted to shift me to another building, which I found unsafe and uncomfortable. Therefore, I requested them not to continue and to cancel my booking. This situation wasted a lot of my time and energy, and at the last moment I was forced to book another hotel at a much higher price.
Chernov (9/5): - The location of the hotel is good, plenty of places to eat, to shop and to walk around. The hotel staff is kind and respectful, they allowed me to store the luggage after the checkout, because I had my flight at night and helped me carry the luggage to the bus stop. Very friendly personnel. The room was okay, I think is a good option for its price. At night its very quiet, you cannot hear noisy places from the streets nearby

Ali Sultan (10/5): - I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was very nice, comfortable, and well-appointed. I was particularly impressed with the very fast internet which made working and streaming effortless. The location was absolutely great convenient and close to everything I needed. Additionally the staff were very good; they were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Fins i tot ens van acompanyar per solucionar un problema que teníem amb la targeta SIM per a la nostra estada a Turquia (gràcies, Adbullah!). L'atenció, un 10. Tot i que el lloc és a prop de la plaça Taksim i, per tant, ben comunicat, és un barri amb molts edificis degradats o solars en runa. Tot i ser un barri tranquil, no seria una zona d'Istambul que recomanaria a qualsevol.

Khokhar (1/5): Vary bad Experience 👎 - It was very bad experience 😔. No proper facilities were available even no soap was provided. The LED was not working and as per their statement they have called the vendor and he will give time day after tomorrow and then he will fix the problem. The most important issue is no person available at reception. You can't call anyone for any type of service. It took me more than three hours just to find the hotel. I tried so many times on the given number but no response. Thanks to Almighty Allah who help me and the person picked call after three hours approximately. The name of hotel is different from the hotel where I stayed I.e.it was TAKSIM PREMIER GOLD HOTE instead of TAKSIM GOLDEN HOUSE HOTEL. There was nothing which matches its name. I will also share few pictures which I took during my stay. I request booking. Com team to make refund of my money which I have paid I.e. 69 US dollars. I don't know how you select hotels and how you people check their creditability. When we choose booking. Com we expect that all properties which are being displayed are authentic 🤔. But there is a question mark. If no refund or atleast 50% amount is paid to me then I must be thinking to go for some other platforms like trip adviser, agora etc. Nothing was good. No one present at reception. LED was not working Commode was not working Toilet paper stand was broken Shower was not working so I didn't take shower during my stay. No soap was provided etc.

Saeed (10/5): Highly recomending - The Receptionist on the property was so helpful , The property is at a very nearest place close to the taksim square , you cal also say that this is one of the most convenient and cheapest best rated property near to taksim where the receptionist is very responsible and he would reply you whenever you text him even though if he is sleeping bcz i have experienced it 😅. The heating system was working perfectly and the wifi speed is good enough. Super market is almost next to the door 24/7 open, i really enjoyed my trip because of this property and also i would recommend everyone to have a look and stay here with your family, its so secure and smooth, Thank-you❤️
